The owner of the company, Todd, owns and rents out 40 some properties through this business. Property I signed onto was uninhabitable upon move in with inches of mouse droppings on the floor and entire fixtures rotting out among a variety of other problem. They acted ignorant to the problem despite there being many holes in the wall, wide open piping, and the place being "recently redone/renovated". If their business practice as landlords is that bad I can only imagine what it is like as a landscaping company.

We have used Valley a few times through the years for tree maintenance and have been pleased with the service. Most recent, we secured their services following the split of a large tree during Helene. Fortunately, a limb on an adjacent oak braced the split tree, preventing it from landing on our home. Maria promptly returned our call during the storm, scheduled an appointment for the following business day to evaluate the damage and alerted us of a potential delay of our meeting time. As Tyler assessed the damage, he also evaluated options for bringing in equipment to minimize and prevent potential damage to the yard and surrounding hardscape. He was prompt in preparation of the proposals and scheduling based on the many residents within the community in similar or more severe situations. The crew was aware of the surrounding landscape and hardscape with careful placement of the equipment and use of heavy mats for extra protection. The scope of the project was more than we anticipated though, the crew was skilled in both maneuvering equipment and strategically cutting the limbs to take down the tree efficiently and safely. Following completion of the project, a crew seeded all areas of the yard where equipment tracked and we were offered fresh mulch for the beds impacted. We were pleased with the service received and work completed on this project. Both Maria and Tyler provided quality customer service and follow through to ensure our satisfaction and a job well done. Tyler is quite personable and was a pleasure to work with on this project. Side note: Upon Tyler’s arrival, he remembered visiting the property nearly ten years prior and the history of the oak bracing the split tree. It was amazing to hear him share his memories and excitement for the beauty in that tree!

Called for quote on stone work for my property. Mark arrived when he said he would. Indicated I should hear back by the follow Monday with quote (week or so off), Monday rolled around got nothing. Gave it another week, then sent him a text as a follow up to see if they still wanted to quote on the business. Crickets. Update: owner called me a few minutes after posting my review and was unaware staff did not get back to me as promised and apologized for my experience and indicated he was addressing issue with said employee. Updated rating due to owners eagerness to remedy situation.

My apartment complex uses this company and they do a fantastic job with making the place look so much nicer. Had an issue with a pot being chipped/broken, and the owner went above and beyond by replacing it! Very kind, courteous, and honest workers and owners

Complete rip off. Last year our lawn was regularly mowed. This year we ended up buying a lawnmower because this company barely came to mow our lawn. Our grass and several of our neighbors exceeded a foot in spots and when this company finally came our lawns looked like hay fields. Their staff also destroyed numerous lights on our lawn. Their staff told me they take on way more jobs than they have bandwidth for as if I couldn’t figure that out. Lol.

These people are great. I had a tree fall in high winds and they were on the property in 45 minutes after I called them and had it cleaned up in 2 hours.
