Mac's put a pond in for us and there have been issues. First of all they did a great job while working on the pond when it came to responsiveness and did come back out to fix some things after they had packed up the first time. Currently the pond is not deep enough to hold water on the shallow end and when I contacted them they came out and said that the berm needed to be built up by another two feet in order for water to fill in the shallow end. We were told that the laser used to shoot the water levels at the end was ineffective, but the water levels do not even come close to where they said they would be. The last conversation I had was on 23 February and have tried to contact them since then and have received no response. We had other project that needed to be done, but we will go elsewhere.

Fast and detailed work, high quality on both projects we had done. They are a great team and make recommendations within your budget. We did a 13x17’ shed pad and driveway extension/retaining wall (to reduce erosion) in total 3.5 days. We will be repeat customers. Thanks team Mac’s!! Wes and Lisa.

Husband hired them for lawn mowing/ maintenance services. Caused damage to siding of the house, downspouts and destroyed dehumidifier cover with weed eating. Went to office to inquire about repairs two months ago, have not heard a thing. Was told they are waiting on an invoice for the repairs.

I had them remove a tree for me, and at the time, there was a handicap ramp for my father, so they couldn't get all of the tree. Was paid in full. We went to his office to let him know that the ramp had been removed, and he stated that he would send someone out to remove the rest of the stump from the tree. They never showed or contacted me back. I called several times and left a message every time. He knows my sister very well and he is very friendly. Just didn't follow through with what he told me. So, we had to pay someone else to remove the rest of the stump.

We hired another "affordable " tree trimming service in the Fall and they did a terrible job...didn't even finish or return! What a difference in hiring Mac's to complete the job! Yes it cost more than I thought but it was worth every cent! Not only did they do a fantastic job on our large Ginko tree but they cleaned everything up...even skimmed our pool and swept our pool deck! I couldn't even tell they had been there! They ground up the tree on the spot, used mats so they would leave no tire marks in grass! I'd definitely use them again! Very professional and good experience, I wish I had hired them in the first place!

They have been working on a house across the street (that nobody lives at for over a year) and between trucks and equipment block me in my driveway EVERYDAY. There’s plenty of space for them to pull down the road just a little without blocking anybody’s driveway or use the empty parking lot right next door! yet they choose to block almost the whole street every day. UPDATE: after blocking my car in all week they also moved and damaged my trash bin and reflective pole by moving it WITHOUT ATTEMPTING TO ASK FIRST. It looks like they backed into it with a truck or something. It did not need to be moved to get to the gas main yet they did anyway without permission and damaged my property.

After remodeling our barn we were left with a hill of mud, we decided to hire Randy an his crew to make a drainage retaining hill/wall, back in September , the worked hard an fast an shocked us when it only took 2 days to do, fast forward To December , they came back an fixed something we asked them to fix! We are very impressed with the company standing behind there word an making things right ! We definitely will us there service again when needed! Thank you randy!!!

Stay away from this place. They ripped me off for over $500.00 . They took advantage of me because I am an out of state property owner. I live in Alabama, and had them do mowing for a property I own in Radcliff, Kentucky. Did not perform, and charged me over $500.00. Stay away from this company.
