Backyard Barber does an amazing job. The lawn crew is awesome. They also offer many other services other than just cutting the grass such as fall, cleanup and leave cleanup. I’ve been always very happy and pleased with the job that they do five star rating. I am only leading the business because I now have enough time to take care of my yard on my own, but I will utilize their services and unable to cut the grass. Awesome service!!
Gavin and his team did an amazing job on our backyard landscaping. They were meticulous to detail, gave expert recommendations, and are very affordable! They even stick around after the project to ensure the “damage” done to the yard from the project is reseeded and recovers better than it was before. I highly recommend!!! We will be using them to redo our front landscaping next year!

Having recently installed a pool, we needed to do some landscaping around it. Backyard Barber did a wonderful job putting down weed barrier, decorative rock, and edging. They were great to work with the crew of guys were hardworking, friendly and pleasant. This is the second time Ken and his team have done work on my property and let me say, I was impressed the first time! This time they did an even better job! We had a hillside with about 5 ft weeds covering the entire length. I had attempted to do it before but the hillside has a very steep slope and I had a fear of falling down it. When we reached out to him he got back to us within minutes with a quote. Two days later he and his team were out here taking care of the eye sore. From start to finish they went above and beyond! Weed eating, sprayed, put down tarp even took care of the small area nearby, cleaned up, and then made sure I was satisfied with the result. It not only was done quickly but efficiently. 110% difference! It looks wonderful! Ken has always treated us with respect and openness. Thank you again guys! I ll be contacting you soon for some more work!

We had Backyard barber out to do a fall cleanup- I came home to a new yard!! It was amazing! I wish I had before and after pictures!!! They did such a great job we hired them to do our lawn all year long! They are professional, offer a great price and are great to deal with! I cant say enough about these guys - I use them for my personal home and my rental properties. Communication is key to me, I need to be able to send a text explaining what I want and they will respond back with options and pricing and boom the project gets done. Its getting harder & harder to find contractors that are reasonable priced and reliable that do a good job and thats what these guys offer.

BYB took a blank canvas, listened to homeowner s ideas and created as close to a tropical oasis as is possible for the MidWest. They did their research to find out the most practical plants for this area and always considered cost. They provided advice about what would and would not work short and long term. They also took on a lawn with drainage and other problems and worked to fix it in a cost effective way. BYB are versatile, creative, hardworking, punctual and listen to what their clients want. The project is ongoing and I look forward to continuing to work with them to complete it. Kudos!
