Singhs Landscaping & Lawn Sprinkler, Corp. in Queens Village

I've been using Singh Sprinklers for 10+ years to service my lawn sprinkler system. They are way overpriced and very unprofessional. Their rude service tech was giving me multiple different prices for a manifold replacement. His pricing was fluctuating by $100 in both directions every time he talked. He then went on to tell me that sprinklers 3, 5 AND 6 were busted... but the actual (lovely) tech that I was watching told me only sprinklers 3 and 5 were out of service. I felt like he was trying to make money off of me just because i was a woman. Too much competition out there to stick with business owners like these. No thanks.

Should have seen the reviews before. Can't keep appointments and cancels last minute. I tried using them last year as well and they cancelled on me twice for different reasons. I didn't think anything of it at the time. This last time however, I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. I just put sod down and needed sprinklers fixed. I let them know. On the day of the appointment, after the sod has been installed for 3 day, they call me on the day of the appointment and say they need to reschedule because someone called in sick. Nope! Not buying it, it's impressive to be that unreliable that consistently in the service industry. In addition with the other comments below on this issue, pass on these guys.

The work did what I expected but they came a.day later. They did not contact me.about the delay in an install before mine. They said they did not have the phone number correctly. It would have been nice for a call. I have been a customer for over 15 years

We been trying to contact this company over 2 weeks. Not responsive at all, doesn’t keep their word. After constantly contacting him we set an appointment. We wanted landscaping design, lawn-mowing and cleaning done, we agreed on 325. They came to do the job 6/18/22, The owner brought 2 guys. When they were doing the landscaping they left a huge mess everywhere, and the owner was rushing them. Thats when I realized he hired them on the hour. The owner kept rushing me for the payment, and told the guys get everything done in 10 minutes. I asked him what about the lawn mowing and cleaning. He started arguing with me and yelling saying he’s not going to do it. The owner hired the 2 guys for an hourly rate. I wanted the job done, I don’t think its my problem if the owner has to hire people hourly and pay them. Im paying for service not hourly. They only did the landscaping, no cleaning, no lawn-mowing. Even after a very bad service I paid 350$ because I wanted to give those guys he hired a tip. Now I'm stuck with all these leaves and branches everywhere all over my lawn, sidewalk and street. Now I have to hire somebody else to do the lawn and clean all this mess. The money was worthless. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, very rude, disrespectful and just unprofessional overall.

I've called them 4 times and every time they've said they're going to send someone to my house for an estimate and nobody showed up. I understand being busy but don't tell someone you're going to show up and then never show. Absolutely ridiculous.

Based on most of these "positive" reviews, seems like the company caters to/responds quicker to Guyanese natives or male clients. Maybe that's why they didn't show up within the time window they mentioned nor did they return my last 3 calls. Maybe I'll let a guy call next time. Smh.

I just needed a one time clean-up. I spoke with Ricky who handles my area. He requested that I text him my address, he came to the property did an assessment and gave me a price. Due to all the rainy days my property looked abandoned and like a forest. Ricky quoted me a very reasonable price and scheduled me an appointment for the next day. They did a fabulous job and we were very pleased with their work. My corner property looks nice and neat and more like a home instead of an abandoned property . A HUGE Thank you to Singh Landscaping for coming through.

Most excellent service! On time, on-budget, and left the yards spotless when the work was complete. Had a sprinkler repair/installation at my home as well as my parent's home completed the same day. Fair, honest, neat, and polite. I recommend these guys without reservation.
