Red Mountain Landscaping is phenomenal!! From the first moment we met John, we knew he was the perfect man for the job. All communications were clear and he answered all of our questions. He designed the perfect back yard for us. John went above and beyond to make us happy. His crew was amazing as well. Will definitely use Red Mountain Landscaping again. For whatever reasons, John (Red Mountain Landscaping) seems to have response issues. Mon, Nov 30th: We were stood up for a consultation meeting. John didn’t contact us until the next day to explain that he had to work extra late on a project and didn’t have my contact info with him. Tue Dec 1st: Met with John and went over our requests. John felt our project wouldn’t take more than half-a-day to complete. Wed Dec 2nd: After receiving and agreeing on the cost of our project, John said he was coming out next week. I had to asked which day. Fri, Dec 4th: Since John never answered me from Dec 2nd as to which day he was coming out, I texted him again and asked for the day and time-frame he was coming out. Mon, Dec 7th: John finally responded that he would come on Wednesday. I had to asked - a.m. or p.m. He said a.m. Wed, Dec 9th: John called at approximately 9:40 a.m. and said he couldn’t make it because he was taking care of affairs from his son’s auto accident from the previous evening. John rescheduled for the next day (Thur). Thur, Dec 10th: John didn’t show up, nor did he notify me. We gave him a free pass since it rained that day. Fri, Dec 11th: At 10:30 a.m. I texted John and said if I didn’t hear back from him by noon, I can only assume that he is no longer interested in his part of our agreement. As of late Friday afternoon…“crickets”. Time to find a reliable landscaper we can count on!

John went above and beyond to help us achieve our vision we had for our backyard and patio. He came out to look at the project and gave us options, ideas and recommendations as if it was his own place. The project went just as smooth and everything he promised he followed through with and even did extras to make sure it was done right and we were satisfied. We have other projects in mind and John will be for first person we call to help us out when we are ready. We cant wait to enjoy our backyard now and will be recommending John to any of our friends and family who need landscaping done.

We had an inground spa for 10 years that we barely used. Since the addition of grandchildren we were more wary of continuing to maintain it. We had an idea to turn the area into a fire pit. We had seen good reviews on red Mountain landscaping and decided to give them a call . John was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we wanted to achieve with our project. He built a beautiful raised rectangular fire pit and matched out existing pavers.

Pre scheduled an estimate between 4-5 pm. Made sure we were home, delaying plans. 5:30 pm with no call no show. After multiple attempts of calling to check if they were on their way, never answered the phone. But did decide to send text, Can t talk right now, not on my way. Reschedule next week. This company didn t even have the courtesy to reach out to us, to let us know they were unable to make it. We had to reach out to them. The only positive thing is that we didn t spend any money, good thing if this is how they treat their customers.
