Maple Leaf Associates Inc. in Putnam Valley

I'm tired of these guys blowing dirt and debris all over my car in the parking lot. They drive around the lot recklessly as if they are playing a game. They weave in between the cars and blow the dirt and debris onto the car and then want to fight you when you tell them to stop. I filed a complaint against them with the BBB. If they cause any damage to my vehicle I will definitely take them to court.

As a managing member of our family corporation, I reached out to Maple Leaf due to a water drainage problem in three of our adjoining properties. While we had complex and very expensive solutions from other companies, Maple Leaf was very honest and forthright in suggesting a simple and effective solution. They honestly saved us tens of thousands of dollars with their expertise and ethical suggestions for resolution of the problem in a most cost effective way. It was such a pleasant surprise to deal with such an ethical company.

Maple Leaf has been working with our company for years at many of our commercial properties. I recently added them to another location where the previous vendor had let the maintenance slip. We've had nothing but great service from the Maple Leaf team. They have an amazing attention to detail and will provide you with a clear vision of their thoughts to make your property stand out. Guy (Mario), if he shows up, will spray for maybe 10 minutes. I work from home and made sure they told me when he was going to show up. I've never once seen them spray. Decided to cancel, management threw in random dates to make sure to collect as much as possible. For instance, 30 days between sprays right? I cancelled on the 17th that month and they supposed came the 15th when every other month they came around the 30th. For $250/month, horrible value, bugs everywhere. Go out, buy spray and take the 45 minutes it takes to spray an acre of land - costs you $20 bucks.

Poor customer service and lack of communication. My husband contacted this company for a quote very early Thursday morning, after 6 hours we did not receive a call back so my husband called again to follow-up. 2 hours later we received a call back from the estimator and was told he would be coming by at 4:30pm the following day. Friday came and went and he never showed up.  No call, no text, no follow-up from this company on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. This morning (Tuesday) my husband reached out again to find out what was going on and the gentleman did apologize and texted he would come by today, mid-morning. My husband texted him back and told him he would be home all day. Mid-morning came and went and still no one came by. My husband received a text in the afternoon saying that they could not service us since our 14,000 Sq foot (0.32 acre) property was not big enough (our home is only 672 square feet so the whole property is all grass).  I completely understand if our property doesn't not meet the requirements but the fact that this man couldn't be bother to come to the door is disappointing when my husband made it clear he would be home all day. I'm sure they do great lawn service when they actually do it but the fact that the communication was lacking and they made commitments that were not met is why I am giving this a 1 star review. Please do better in the future to communicate with customers and fulfill the promises made as this is bad business practices. I hope this review will help improve your customer service for future families seeking services from your company.
