Had hired this crew to install our initial rain sensor sprinkler system. When we needed an upgrade they came out but never sent on the additional info or pricing. Worse yet - the rain sensor system was never really installed. The exterior sensor piece was left but the connection box to the controls was never put in - meant we never had the rain sensor we paid for. They also didn t give us the hand remote that goes with the Touro system that was supposed to come with the install. So - buyer beware. Get a full checklist of what you are buying - and make sure you get it all.

This is an amazing company! The owner gets involved and goes above what is promised. They always showed up when scheduled. You also get notifications when you are scheduled and arrival time. I had a complete revamp of my sprinkler system with many new heads added plus others moved and heads replaced. They also replaced the pressure reducing backflow with a non pressure reducing backflow prevention device to boost overall performance of the system. Kanyon, Justin, Isaiah and Austin got to work immediately upon arrival and did a fantastic job. They repaired the lawn very well. I highly recommend this company and these great workers.

By far the best irrigation firm in the Tampa Bay area, they came out and fixed my problem with ease and even when a valve got stuck open, after hours, the owner did not hesitate to come out and shut it off. I was having problems with what appeared to be watering deficiencies. Mike came out to look at it and buy testing the spray patterns and the nature of the dry grass patterns. He was able to confirm that I was applying plenty of water. The problem is either a fungus or grub in the dirt or another problem with the sod itself. This is the second time that I have had a call back by Conserva of Punta Gorda. Each time they were very courteous and demonstrated expertise in their field of endeavor. I highly recommend this company and all of their people who have done a great job with redesigning, my 10-year-old sprinkler system.

We have had Conserva twice and both times they have been knowledgeable, courteous, and fixed our problems. Billy, Jason, and Zach did such a good job that we have signed up to have them service our irrigation system twice a year.

Had Bill Quinlan here for work twice (different problems) and he is always a pleasure to have as a service tech. Very professional and courteous .

Extremely overpriced. Normal service call charge of $135, then charged $590 for each thing that needed to be fixed rather than parts and labor. Quoted $590 to replace backflow, plus the $135 service call, plus an additional $590 for a timer. All for $65 in parts and an hours work. Timer wasn t even the issue after using a different company (it was an extension module). Competent, but was taking advantage of the situation Update: I protested the $135 service call fee since I went ahead with the backflow repair, and the service tech said he would have to ask and see if he could have it waived. He later returned a call saying he could indeed have it waived. I was 100% quoted an additional $590 for a timer replacement, which I declined as the price was ridiculous. The total verbal quote for service call + backflow + timer was $1315. Why would I fabricate a story or cherry pick which facts to share? I d check in with your tech before contradicting a black and white review. You seem to have great reviews otherwise. Sorry we didn t have a good experience, but it didn t rest on my shoulders.

Today my technician Billy Kanyon fixed and moved a broken valve that he diagnosed to be the problem. The old one was under pavers, so after he moved it, he replaced pavers perfectly! He fixed the problem and checked out the rest of the system to make sure everything worked correctly. Conserva has always been prompt with appointments and invoices. They are also a friendly company to work with and send the client a picture and name of the technician before they come.

At a time when no other Irrigation companies would even answer the phone, Conserva took my call, made an appointment within a week and came out to do a FREE inspection of my irrigation system. I knew it needed attention and they found the problem. The two guys who came were friendly, professional and proficient and gave me a very reasonable proposal. Then Colleen from Conserva called me to follow-up. Im very impressed with their communication, their online website and their staff. Im a Realtor so I work with contractors every day. After obtaining several estimates to install our irrigation system, we decided to go with Conserva. Their estimate was extremely competitive for all that we received. I called Mike with a concern. Their man was at my home moving 6 heads 3 feet. I also added 2 more heads. I supplied the new head with conserva supplying the 1/2 tube. They charged me in excess of $1,000. I called Mike to see why the bill was so high. He told me he d look into it and call back. No call back, won t answer my call, doesn t return my multiple calls either. I just wanted to know why it was so expensive, guessing I ll never know.

Worst service ever. The person they send to my house doesnt even know where to look to fix the problem, he doesnt know how to put the water back on or nothing. He was totally lost. Then he ask me to pay without even know what was wrong with the sprinkers sytem. Totally unbelievable.

Came the day they said they would. Nick checked all of the sprinkler heads, found the problem and fixed it in under 30 minutes. We are so pleased we signed up for semiannual checkups.

Conserva irrigation is a very professional business. On time, and very good results. Its a little pricey, but its worth it.

Nick & Billy did a fine job. No problems just good work. I had several questions about the system and all questions were clearly answered.

I would love to give this a higher review, but the quality of the work was subpar. First, the electrical and controller box installation looks awful (see attached picture.) I was told it had to do with the foundation of the house. However, other ways exist to run a wire up the outside of a house wall. Second, they damaged my fence (see attached picture) in the process and never informed me. As I assessed each sprinkler head, I discovered the damage while walking the yard. Lastly, they had to return twice after the installation due to leaks in the irrigation and house backflow systems. In fact, on the first return visit, I gave them additional work with a new installation of my houses backflow system. Once the gentlemen left, a few hours later, the backflow system began to leak again. During the second return visit to repair the leak, the backflow pipe blew out while the technician was getting ready to go. When we observed the first leak in the backflow systems, I could never obtain a person when calling the main office number. I had to call the technicians cell phone to get attention to my issues. On the positive side, when I shared a picture and screen shot of the recorded security video of the damaged fence, they responded immediately and stated they would send out a check for the repairs.

This company has expectional employees, a high quality product and great customer service. I recommend Conserva for all your irrigation needs.

Staff were great at communicating any delays or issues. Thankfully I work from home so delays didnt cause a problem, but they were very easy to get ahold of and office staff always knew what was going on. Work staff were also very nice and took ownership of the project as needed. In this day and age, that is hard to find!

I made the mistake of hiring a competitor. Workers spent their time sitting in the shade while I and my neighbors tried to locate a hidden shut off valve. Office person was rude and incompetent. The company promised to return the next day, but it was a lie. I was left with a three-foot hole dug up in the yard and still no working sprinklers. I rarely spend time to write reviews, especially ones that are this lengthy. However, our experience with Conserva was so rare these days, I felt they deserved a shout out. When hiring a vendor we simply want fair pricing (a good deal), timely service (show up and finish when you say you will) and quality work (things work better than before, and theres little evidence you were there). We recently hired Conserva to install a new irrigation zone and to update our system with newer more efficient equipment, and want to Fair Pricing - Conserva wasnt the cheapest, but provided the most comprehensive scope and understood what was most important to us, which was system efficiency and coverage as we had several spots that werent covered in our existing system. They also offered a maintenance program, which was a great differentiator, because our sprinklers run at 4 in the morning, and any issues could go unnoticed until grass/plants die. Timely Service - They were very honest that they were 6 weeks out, but said theyd get it done in two days. The area where the new zone was required was filled with roots of 100 year old oak, and the team worked nearly sun up to sun down to get the job done in the time quoted despite the epic battle they faced with that trees root base. I was extremely impressed with the intense labor and effort put in to live up to their commitment. Dallas and his team where amazing. Quality Work - The update irrigation system is a major improvement! Were no longer watering the house, sidewalk and street as wed been doing for years. The work required digging new trenches all over the yard, but once they filled them in and replaced the sod, you can barely tell. They did accidentally cut our cable/internet line, but raised it immediately and provided us the documentation from Frontier that claimed there was no buried lines. This was a massive issue, that even though it wasnt their fault, they went above and beyond to mitigate the inconvenience. They delivered a Verizon hotspot for us to use while we waited for Frontier to come out and repair. Our infant daughters breathing monitors rely on Wi-Fi, and that hotspot allowed us to sleep knowing our daughter was safe. This alone, makes me wish I could give them 10 stars! Service tech came as schedule. Was initially told that companies business was down due to Ian. And then he tells me $650.00 to locate 5 irrigation control valves. They can t be hurting too hard when you charge these prices. Way too much expense for a small amount of work.

Shane was Outstanding !! I was having trouble with one Station on our Hunter System where the heads were not popping up. I have had two other companies out to look at it, one wanted to change all my heads and the other replaced a valve with the wrong part. Shane immediately got out his Multimeter and said I believe I found the problem, low olms and he fixed it quickly. Neither of the other companies even mentioned it. It is now working like it should. I just purchased my home and called a different irrigation company to take a look at my system and let me know what I needed. They did so and supposedly left me with a working system. After planting several decorative plants I realized many of them werent getting water. I called the company back and they told me they could get water to some but not all of my plants. After the install we had an issue with one of the sprinkler heads they came out right away the next day and fixed it. If you are wanting a really good sprinkler system this is where you want to get it from.

Most horrible service EVER. We were put on a calendar to replace four sprinkler heads in our yard. My husband is handicapped and unable to replace the heads himself. We were given a date over one month in the future. When the week arrived, we received an email that listed us the day after the one originally scheduled. The repair was to be at 12:30 pm and also listed an inspection at 4:15 pm. We werent sure what that meant. We sat around the whole day waiting for the repair tech to come. We called the company at 3 pm and were told he would be here at 4 pm. He arrived at 5:15 (while we were having dinner). By that time, my husband was so angry, he asked what the estimate would be to repair the four sprinkler heads. He was told the tech had to do the inspection first. My husband asked him to leave. An hour later, we received an email with the estimate, which said they could do the work the next day. We declined, figuring we had given them enough of our time already. If you want to waste your time, give these guys a call. I promise that you will be disappointed.

I found Conserva when I lived in Tennessee and was happy to see they had a business here in Southwest Florida. Recently Ken and crew upgraded my irrigation system. My parents used this company. They were very helpful and had a team of people working. Very excited to have irrigation watering all our plants. No more dragging hoses. The character of their employees reflects on a companys business philosophy. We had significant improvements made to our aging irrigation system, and our tech, Billy, could not have been more professional, attentive or courteous. We gladly recommend Billy and Conserva Irrigation.

First I must say that they are courteous. The first visit was to repair a valve. It only took a few minutes but they reviewed the system afterwards so they were thorough cost was about $200. Didnt notice at the time but shortly afterwards saw that the valve cover wasnt replaced properly and suspected with erosion that there must be a leak. Called and another repairman came didnt see a leak left the valve cover as it was and charged a $100 for looking. I will dig out the valves and replace the cover myself but disappointed.

This company is GREAT!!! I was dealing with a 40 year old sprinkler system on a tight budget. a trusted friend referred me to this company. He said they usually have all the parts on the truck, and wont take advantage of you. I had the pleasure of speaking with 3 team members. I have dealt with another local irrigation business in the past, and the work they did was also good, but when I contacted them last year, it took a week of phone tag to reach an actual person and then they were so busy that it would take weeks before they could fit me in.
