Butwellls is great! Real old fashioned family business that excells at service and customer satisfaction. Competitive pricing . Far more affordable than the big box stores , in fact, I have a friend who waits until she comes here from Florida East coast for a visit, to stock up on as many bags of seashell as she can squeeze into her vehicle. :) She also appreciates the service and pricing at Butwellls. I can honestly say I have been buying bulk seashells, rocks, flag stones and rip rap from Butwellls for over 40 years! How many places can boast such customer loyalty . Great selection, great customer service. Everywhere is short on selection with the shortages. They have the most to offer. Being they have a train that their yard to deliver their inventory. Also offer contractor pricing. I parked I purchased the white marble rock for a customer that is going to be very satisfied with the product.I will be coming back.

Great people, very helpful and friendly. Received delivery as scheduled and driver called when he arrived. He was so thoughtful because I wanted to video tape the sound the rocks made when he dumped that he made sure I could. It sounded like rain.

Shopped for our rocks for our landscaping today. Called first and a very pleasant young lady helped us and told to come on out. Such a pleasant experience. Brad was so helpful we were done at 11:45am and was receiving our rocks at 1:00 in Ft. Myers. Rich delivered the load, friendly and dropped it right where we needed it. Great selection!!!

Horribly RUDE when I called and simply wanted a price for sod by the piece and by the pallet. Pretty simple thing to answer. I wouldn t do business with this company if it were free!! The lady who answered the phone was rude right off the bat. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

These folks are great! They were so kind and considerate when we stopped by twice to decide which stone to use in our landscaping. They even gave us samples of the ones we were considering. It certainly helped make our decision easier. Its such a pleasure to business with such nice personable people.

Great customer service I called three companies today looking for fill dirt none of the companies were willing to do same-day delivery but also did not have good customer service Butwell Stone & Soil was very polite and helpful over the phone and loaded up my soil for delivery immediately, definitely can I use them again in the future
Our first big landscaping project since moving to Punta Gorda. Cant say enough about the Butwell employees Ive worked with. From the woman who took my initial phone call to determine my product needs to the delivery man (Richard) who did everything possible to identify and fulfill my requirements, the employees represented this company as if they owned it. Very pleased with every aspect and highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. When the product was delivered the the driver noticed I purchased the wrong rock and notified me so that we could change the purchase and get the correct stuff I needed. I refer everyone to Butwell over all places around
