Aqua Lawn applied hydro seed at my new construction on 5/17/2024. It was very windy with sideways rain coming down during the entire application. The application was not applied in an even manner and several areas looked like washboard. I submitted a note with my payment explaining there was an issue with the manner it was laid and received a call informing me that they would not be coming out to reapply unless there was another job scheduled nearby, but could send someone out to give me a small bag of dry seed. I followed the directions given to me on their pink handout. Around June/July I called again stating that it did not take in some areas and was told no one had been scheduled for a job near me. On Monday, 16 Sept 2024 I left a message asking if we were going to be able to come up with a solution since the winter was fast approaching. I received a call back after calling a second time later in the week telling me that the owner would call me soon. The call occurred 23 Sept 2024...from the get go Brandon blamed me for the hydro seed not taking, first saying I did not fertilize, (I did and have the receipts showing I purchased fertilizer), then saying I didn't water enough, then telling me I over watered. He was unprofessional and rude, and obviously was not going to back his own warranty, even though the instructions were followed to the letter. It got to the point in the conversation I had to ask him several times to stop talking, and when he didn't, I told him he need to shut the f-up so I could speak. He hung up on me and obviously will not honor his warranty...Fertilizer was applied, I had to supply my own over seeding where their poor application did not take. Watering instructions were followed on timers and moved to ensure the mulch stayed green. As mentioned before it had areas that were not applied properly from the beginning. I spent a little over $3,400.00 for 1/2 an acre worth of hydro seed. Avoid this company, find someone else to hydro seed. As for sprinkler systems and landscaping, in the Whitman/Latah County area, use RAIN DROP SPRINKLERS. Matt Decker is a true professional as well as his employees.

AquaLawn is responsive, reliable and reasonable. When we have sprinkler issue, they send someone out in a timely manner to address the issue. We like the fact that there is someone there to answer the phone and e-mails and will respond. And they are diligent about filing their backflow test report to the city so we don't have any issues.

It was very easy to go online and pay the balance that I owed.

Aqua Lawn installed our sprinkler system and did a great job, charged us less than a competitor. We are hiring them to install a retaining wall and will probably have them do more projects in the future.

Wow- amazing service! I had a leak on my property and Aqua Lawn was at my property within 15 minutes. They had the issue solved in 2 hours (turns out it wasn't even related to my irrigation system) and my leak was fixed. Great price, great service! What a relief!

This will be the first time that I will be using them Their courteous reply in a Timely manner makes me feel real good about contacting them. I will update after repair is finished. Right now it’s 5 Stars from me. I hope to use them for all my needs. UPDATE: They came out right on time and did a Great Job for the price I was quoted. I highly recommend them. I will use them again when needed.

I absolutely love Aqua Lawn they are the best. They fixed mistakes that the previous sprinkler company couldn’t. I am very happy with the services they provide. They are prompt and do a great job. I highly recommend them. Thanks for doing such a great job.

I've worked with Aqua Lawn for the last 10-11 years, and I literally have nothing but positive things to say about Brandon and Harmony. They have always been fantastic communicators, provided usable and relevant advice, and did it with a smile. They've helped keep our sprinkler systems in order, kept the weeds under control, and even helped expand our concrete patio. Price never made a difference to me - I knew they would do an amazing job, and I was always happy to pay whatever the invoice showed. (Honestly, I never felt the price was high enough.) If you need help with your lawn, want a sprinkler system installed, or are simply tired of the clay or rocky terrain not allowing you to see any grass grow - call Aqua Lawn. You'll never regret that phone call!
