Came out to answer some questions I had about my system (new to us). Spend 20 mins looking at the system and showing me how to use it. Great customer service and great prices. I highly recommend this company if you have any issues.
Stay away from this company. The owner is a piece of work. He got in an argument with my spouse about them not completing their job correctly. So, they were scheduled to come to my house to fix my sprinklers on 6/10, they never showed up or informed of me them not coming. (Screenshots of client portal calendar) So then they come 6/12 to "fix" my problem, the gentleman was here for 20 minutes and didn't fix the problem at all. The worker never turned on the sprinklers to verify his work. He told me he assumed it was correct. I work from home and couldn't verify at the time. So he leaves. Today 6/13 we call to get this problem fixed and the owner goes on a 30 minute rant about how he feels offended. The owner said he would not be able to come fix his mistakes until Monday 6/17. Does that make any sense? So then the owner tells us he's going to void out the service and not send him out again because his little ego is hurt. LOL this man is a deranged joke! How do you feel offended about the terrible work your company did? They cut corners to get the job done as quick as possible. Terrible communication, lazy workers, all about the buck and not about providing good customer service.

I am so happy with Pueblo Lawn Cop! This company is professional while also being friendly and personable. Their work is excellent. They show up on time and do the job. This year, I added the robot lawn mower to my services. I love this mower. It does the job, runs silently and without supervision. I am one happy customer.
We have been customers of Pueblo Lawn Cop for a couple of years and we are very satisfied with their service. Last year we decided to sign up for the yearly maintenance contract and I am so glad we did! We got to choose which services we wanted included and then we are billed a set monthly amount instead of by each service. It's so convenient and makes budgeting very easy. Dayton and his very professional crew make our yard beautiful. They take care of mowing, fertilizing, and irrigation. In fact, this year MIchael replaced our entire sprinkler system and it's amazing. Our lawn has never looked better. The price was more than fair. I also really appreciate that they always stick to the schedule and if there is a change Dayton is very good at communicating updated dates and times. We are very happy customers.
I have been using Pueblo Lawn Cop for several years now for sprinkler services and gutter cleanings. I think they are great, as their prices are very reasonable, they are quick to respond, do great work, and being able to schedule services and pay online is a huge bonus. Highly recommend! I definitely question some of the reviews that didn't approve of this company (as in maybe those customers expectations weren't realistic?). Dayton, the owner, has always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. Before I started using Pueblo Lawn Cop, other businesses either quoted much higher prices or weren't answering their phones or taking weeks to call back. I have maintained and repaired my sprinkler system in the past, so I can see how honest and straightforward this company is...their employees are knowledgeable and do good work!
I am a new customer for Pueblo Lawn Cop this year. They have far surpassed my previous experience with lawn service. They are on time, courteous, and conscientious. I have 3 dogs and they always make sure gates are locked. I needed them to check sprinklers and within a few days they were there handling realigning them. I love getting reminder emails and pictures of my crew leader in the email. You don't have to wonder who will be showing up. Any questions or concerns I have are addressed rapidly, including on weekends. Great company and crew.

Just needed help with sprinkler system. The service rep let us know exactly when he would be here, took only a short time to reset system, and the charge was shockingly reasonable!! Highly recommend.

Moved into new house. Backflow preventer was cracked and leaking sprinkler valves were leaking. The technician was able to repair valves and backflow preventer and ran new wiring and moved controller to new location made sure all 6 zones were working and showed me how to program contoller. All this only took one guy 2 hours. I highly recommend Pueblo Lawn Cop if you have any issues with your sprinkler system They saved me time and money by repairing valves and backflow preventer instead purchasing new ones.
The Service was superb, Michael the technician was knowledgeable friendly and a hard worker. The Repair cost was extremely fair and affordable. I would highly recommend Pueblo Lawn Cop to handle any issues you might have.

Dayton s crew do a wonderful job with my weekly mowing service. My lawn has never looked better. They have also provided excellent and responsive sprinkler repair. I subscribed to the 5 step fertilizer plan and have been thoroughly satisfied. They cleaned my gutters last year and will provide that service again this year. Highly recommended.
Dayton and his crew have been mowing my yard and winterizing/starting up my sprinkler system for years in addition to other services as needed. Dayton has always been respectful, responsive and done excellent work. I would recommend Pueblo Lawn Cop without reservation!
I do not have issue with the service itself - the employees did a good job when they were at the house - what I do have issue with is the administration and management of an account - communication and overkill on the amount of generic emails and then the abrupt and rude nature of addressing my family and cancelling an account because we had yet to respond regarding when to initiate service for the Spring. Customer is the driving factor of a successful business.
Ive been using their service for the last year and am very satisfied. We have a business account and the communication is very efficient and friendly. Were able to set up everything automatically for service and billing, which makes our job of running a business easier. The confirmation emails are very useful and help me keep track of billing and appointments. I would certainly recommend this service.
Dog friendly, hard workers, always has a sense of humor
Sraff is very pleasant and professional. They do a terrific job and are respectfully of my property. I have never had a problem with them, and trust them completely. I also appreciate that they are nice to my dogs. Dayton (the owner) is receptive to special requests and always provides the best service possible. I highly recommend Lawn Cop
I tried to hire Daton for several jobs listed on his website. He came out in September 2018 and we discussed everything I needed. He said he would schedule the jobs. He never did anything but mow and fertilize. Gutter clean? no. Yard clean? no. Snow shovel? no. Winterize sprinkler system? no. Which lead to ruptured water lines and damage to a freshly repaired concrete sidewalk. He blamed me for this incident, but he repaired the sprinkler line at his cost, proof of culpability. If he wasnt interested in the work, he should have refused all jobs, not done some and ignored the rest. Wouldnt you be upset if someones lack of action ruined $700 worth of concrete repairs? Very poor business ethic.
The owner needs learn how to properly contact customers in regards to their accounts!! I received a very rude text msg stating that I have received multiple texts, emails, and letters about the past due amount on my account. I only received one email, and it hasn t even been 30 days since the service was done! He has lost me as a customer for $55 dollars and 65 cents!!

Not customer friendly, unable to even cooperate to find a time to schedule. In no way was I requesting a special day or to take the place of a existing customer. I only asked for my schedule to be taken into consideration which was met with resistance. Everyone is a first time customer to start.
Pueblo Lawn Cop performed a fall leaf clean up on my property. The whole process, quote to job completion, was extremely easy. The price was fair and they did an amazing job. I plan on using them for other services in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They took extra good care of my lawn, and would even take the time to come to my door and make recommendations, etc. Not to mention, they are proced very reasonably. My experience with The Pueblo Lawn Cop has been extremely satisfactory. He has been quick to respond to unexpected needs, (faulty sprinkler system). The crew is always on schedule unless there is a weather related cancellation, in which case Ive been notified of a necesary change of day or time.The crew is always willing to do any little additional thing that I request...removing a large branch that fell from my neighbors tree. Mr. Robinson tries to keep the prices affordable, its a wonderful service for those of us who are not able to do this kind of work.
