Turf Plus in Provo

Haven t started treatments yet but Holly was so easy to talk to. She answered a lot of my questions and even helped me determine how to utilize my LEFTOVER IFA TREATMENTS! I appreciate that so much! I would have started sooner if I knew how I could have gotten this used up. Thanks Holly!

I have been with TurfPlus on and off for the last 5 years, and now that I am moving outside Utah, I am sad that I wont be able to work with them anymore. While Ive always enjoyed their service, I do want to specifically call out their customer service. In particular Holly. I use a relatively unique bank that results in a decent amount of failed payments, because I forgot to allow the funds in advanced. I always call up feeling like a fool to make my payments sometimes a month later and Holly has been the one laughing with me and making me not feel stupid for my problem. Whenever I needed to make changes or ask questions like when we finished are backyard, Holly made it happen. Thank you Holly, and thank you TurfPlus!

Turf Plus has been a great company to work with. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and the results are just as good as those other high-priced companies. Also, their technicians are friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend this company.

Finally a company who answers the phone and the office manager Holly was great. Tanner the tech that came out has amazing people skills did a great job explaining what he was doing. Highly recommend.

We love turf plus. Half off our street uses them and you can tell exactly who when you drive by. Our yard has stayed very green and weed free for years and the technicians are all really nice and professional.

Decided to make the switch to Turf Plus and paid in full for the whole year, now regretting that decision. March 22nd I was told my first application would happen in the next 10 days. Its now 20 days later and I still havent had anyone come by. After texting to remind them I finally got a reply that Im scheduled... Would not recommend using Turf Plus based on my experience so far.

Awesome lawn care! They are very well priced and Holly at the office is always so nice. They take care of my lawn and several others in my neighborhood. Would definitely recommend these guys. They were especially helpful in helping me get rid of grubs!

I ve used Turf Plus for several years now, they do a great job and not to expensive! Their service is wonderful, very responsive and attentive to my pets and children great feedback on how to care for your lawn. Would highly recommend! Oh and I had a huge problem with box elder bugs they sprayed around the windows and perimeter of my home. There were literary hundreds of dead box elder bugs after that and that cut back on them I still see a few but that s understandable since they are a flying insect.I love Turf Plus!

I really enjoy working with Turf Plus. They keep a schedule and always show up when needed. I like the pay per treatment as you go instead of one lump sum. I would recommend then to everyone.

I have used this service for years in Herriman Utah and my daughter has also. We are both extremely pleased with the yard and pest control services. We have never had a bad experience nor has my daughter. Every employee who has serviced our yard has been fabulous! Today we had Ari and he was wonderful. We did not have the dogs in the house and they charged him in the yard. He was so nice about it he just joked and said he got his cardio for the day. We love and appreciate your people and your service. Whenever I have needed to call to change a phone number or check on something the people on the phone have been exceptional. Our grass is so green and the one weed that we havent been able to kill by ourselves is now in the trash can. I like how they dont force you into long term contracts. I will be a repeat customer.

We have used Turf Plus for years, and my mother before us. I cant say enough good things about their service. They really know what theyre doing, and their technicians are well-trained and courteous. If you want a beautiful lawn I can highly recommend this service.

I have been using TP for 4 years and every year my lawn improves in color, thickness, resistant to bugs, weeds and tolerant to July & August hot summer days! This year my lawn has a super thick turf and dark green, Im watering less this summer because of TP treatmens. I plan on staying with TP.

We bought a home where the only thing living was dandelions. I thought wed probably need to re-sod the whole thing but wanted to give TurfPlus a try. I DO NOT regret it!!! We have super amazing green soft grass in only 4 treatments!!!

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Absolutely Fantastic. Our grass was struggling with weeds and areas of thinning. We were seriously at a loss, we decided to try Turf Plus. We noticed change within 3 days, weeds started to die and grass started to grow. The color is amazing. The professionals that come out to spray, kind and more than willing to answer any questions you have.

What a difference 1 year makes. I had been using a well known other lawn service for many years prior... always seeing more weeds toward the end of summer... and the past few years, a growing struggle with necrotic ring. Fortunately, a neighbor recommended Turf Plus and I started with them late last year. Today, my lawn has never looked more healthy. My neighbors have told me the same, and the necrotic ring is diminishing with a full season worth of treatments from Turf Plus. I will also add that the most severe areas of necrotic ring, I pulled the yellowed, damaged grass... added top soil and reseeded with Rye Grass. New grass is growing in those damaged spots. Turf Plus has noticeably fortified and beautified my lawn. Thank you!

Ive been looking for a mowing service, and it turns out they dont do mowing, but even though they didnt have what I wanted they took the time to help me through recommendations and by answering all of my questions. Very professional over the phone. If Im ever in need of a weeding service, or work with insects, Ill be glad to contact them again! Wonderful secretary!

The process is great. They dont push hard to sell you services you dont want and they get results. The only suggestion I have would be to watch the billing. Its correct but not always easy to figure out what you owe IF you are doing it for multiple properties. Im sure its fine for one location.

We have used TurfPlus for years, and have been impressed with their service. Weve tried a few others, but always come back. TurfPlus could do a little better with weed control, but they respond well when we call.

I dont often write reviews, but these guys deserve it. When I purchased my house two years ago, I had the worst, most weedy lawn in the neighborhood. Thanks to Turfplus, I now have the greenest, healthiest lawn in the neighborhood. They are reasonably priced and theyre product is the best!

After being a loyal customer to Turf Plus for several years and happy with their service, I am now very disappointed in the way that this company operates. Approximately 3 months ago, Turf Plus was aerating my neighbors lawn and hit our fence with their machine. In turn causing damage to our fence that needed repair. I called Turf Plus immediately after it happened, and came to an agreement on the cost of repairs for the fence. Turf Plus shortly after sent us a check for $100 and we repaired our fence, after all accidents happen. Last week I scheduled an appointment with them to service our lawn. Told them what times I would be available and scheduled it for the following Friday. Friday morning, I called and spoke with the receptionist before the technicians left and told her that I needed them to come in the morning instead of before 1 PM or after 4 PM. She told me that it was fine, that she would have the technician call me. The technician called me a half an hour later, to tell me she would be coming to service the lawn between 5-7 PM. I told her that the time would not work, that no one would be home. She then asked me to leave my fence open, so she could still come. I explained it was not possible with our dogs and that we would not be returning soon enough for them to be let back outside. She then stated that I needed to reschedule for the following week, I told her that I couldnt because I will be having a baby. She told me to call the receptionist and see if I could be rescheduled. I called the receptionist and explained the situation to her. She told me she would call me back. Shortly after, I received a text message, not a call back. The message stated, Hi Mrs. Shepherd this is Dana the manager with Turf Plus. Im sorry were unable to please you. Please find another company to service your lawn. I was shocked! They didnt even try to reschedule me! I called the receptionist back, Dana answered the phone. I asked him if he thought is was appropriate to send me a text, he stated that it seemed like I was unhappy. I explained to him the several conversations that I had, had with the other employees earlier, which he was unaware of. That I would have preferred to have been rescheduled, to which he replied that I couldnt the following week. I agreed and told him I was having a baby, but that I wasnt going to be in the hospital for forever. He then stated that they werent making any money on our business, because he paid us for our fence they had damaged a few months back. I told him, that their technician breaking our fence had nothing to do with me, that we were still continuing to do business with them, and the amount that they paid us was their offer, not mine! Anyway, needless to say, we are no longer doing business with them. Unfortunate that it is poorly managed and due to improper communication between their staff. They have lost a loyal customer, who has referred many people to them.

This is the first year I have used Turf Plus services. My lawn was way overdue for some TLC... After a little research, I found TP Lawn Care to be the most competitive. We are now at the end of the season, and I can tell there is no comparison with the conditions my lawn was last year. The staff has always been friendly and easy to coordinate their visits for all needed applications. Shelly in particular, is always considerate and super customer-service oriented. High Five to Turf Plus; well talk again next spring!

Weve been with Turf+ for over three years now and absolutely love their services. My favorite part is the education they provide; when and how much to water, mower height during the season, preventative damage and it goes on. This spring I tried their bug barricade. Love it so much I did another round for the fall. They are true to their product and services and their customer appreciation shows. We recommend them to everyone!

Great Communication, Ive called around to several companies and none of them could give me a straight answer as to how much it would costs me to start services, When I called TurfPlus they able to tell me how much on the spot by the size of my yard no fuzz no beating around the bush about it, there is no contract, so no pressure to sign up, I love it! They mean what they say if you are not satisfied with the sprays they will respray for free, It happened to me, Im not sure why the first spray wasnt as successful as the second one but My grass it sure looks nice, to which its brand new grass we planted in the June 2016, and there were all kinds of weeds growing because we water the grass like crazy to it would take on our clayish terrain, its all fine and Great now.
