LawnStarter will take advantage of every pro they can.

Signed up for Lawn start Bi-Weekly Service. The very first service, they did not show up in the window that was provided. Got the first mow done a week late. It has now been 3 and half weeks since my last service and no one has showed up to mow my lawn again. It is supposed to be a bi-weekly service. They must not know what that means. The yard looks terrible. Called and emailed support, they told me they do not have enough providers for my area and they cannot get anyone to take the job. I would not be taking on new customers if you cannot support them. If you live in the Riverton/ Herriman area, I would stay clear unless you want poor service and a terrible looking lawn.

We have tried other services. We love this business. They are prompt but more importantly they communicate so well. They are well worth the cost and we could not be happier with them.

Excellent service and quality work. Very responsive to calls/messages. And if you're not completely satisfied with anything at all, they're happy to come back ASAP and do what's needed to resolve things. Great people working for them, too.

The rep on the phone said they’d come yesterday or today. I got an email today saying they don’t have anybody available…. Even though the phone rep said they did and it was good to go. These guys obviously can’t support more customers and their communication isn’t organized. I’d recommend going elsewhere for these services👌

For Vancouver WA area, communication is great with the app. The company is great about making things right if there's a miscommunication, and the guy assigned to us couldn't be better Great service, great price.

LawnStarter has done an excellent jo for me. They use only quality people, Chris who does my yard is the best! I was leary about using a service because I haven't had good success in the past, but Chris from LawnStarter has really surpassed my expectations. Thanks for the great work.

I tried a couple other services before LawnStarters. I was disappointed with them not cutting the grass short enough or not properly edging the driveway. I'm so happy with LawnStarters! They cut the grass perfectly, edging is great, and no mess is left behind. They also have a great app to view your appointments and change when needed or add services. I think their service is reasonably priced for all you get. Will definitely keep using this service!
