J & J Services in Provo

J & J installed a fence with gates and a mow strip as well as retaining blocks. They dealt with a multitude of slopes in our yard and the yard behind us. The fence is sturdy and looks great. The work was high quality and done in a timely manner. Quote was competitive and the final total was as quoted. Thanks J & J.

There truck dropped a baseball size rock on the freeway at 800 north Orem and broke our windshield. If I had been on my motorcycle it would have killed me. We called and were told by what sounded to be the driver that his truck was empty. It wasn’t just a random rock, It fell directly from the J&J truck. We got the truck number and plate number and actually pulled up next to the driver and showed him the baseball size break. He shrugged and drove on. Any business that reacts this way to damage they caused must be horrible. 😡😡😡😡

Mr. Evans came to our home, assessed a leak, and gave an immediate solution to our problem. It took him time to teach a pair of helpless (hopeless?) homeowners to be a bit more educated about how sprinkler systems work. But he was extremely willing to teach and kind about it. What made me praise this man is that he answered a call that was posted to a public community forum. He showed to be a fantastic member of our community when he performed an unscheduled, same-day leak check. I'm not advertising he does this on a regular basis but he did so for us and we are grateful to the service he gave us on short notice.

We are very happy with all J & J services has done for our yard so far! We will definitely be using them for more in the near future! I was very impressed on the quickness they responded to our original call all the way up to the finished product! They made sure everything was done right even though it was extra work for them; I could tell that the quality of their work was very important to them!
