Werner's Landscaping in Providence

We found Werner through our neighbor who uses them for their own landscaping and had positive things to say about them. Like our neighbor, we've also had an overall positive experience working with Werner so far. He is easy-going and quick to respond back to phone calls and voicemails. His crew is efficient, friendly, and professional. We hired Werner for aeration and overseeding of our lawn this past Spring and he mentioned at that time that he will help seed again this Fall at no extra charge. After several months of us trying to manage the lawn ourselves, we contacted him again a week ago and he not only kept his word (aerated and overseeded our entire lawn again with a slightly different grass seed mix at no extra charge), but also took the extra effort of investigating why my grass was browning and spent some extra time helping to spread grub control insecticide over my (fairly sizeable) lawn without any extra charge for the time spent (I went and purchased the insecticide that he recommended while they were overseeding). I am appreciative of the fact that, as a newbie when it comes to lawn care, he is not judgmental and provides sensible recommendations that makes me feel like he truly is trying to help my lawn look nicer, rather than selling me services that I do not necessarily need. We look forward to using Werner again in the future if we have any landscaping needs!

Werner has been my landscaper for about five years. His work is exceptional and at a reasonable price. Whenever I need extra work done such as tree work or stump grinding he completes the job and clean up to my satisfaction in a timely manner.

I hired this company to deliver loam and seed a portion of my existing yard. After a couple of weeks I called them to inform them I don't see any grass growing they told me be patient and water twice a day. It's three months later my lawn looks terible all bare spots. they will not answer my calls or even return my calls. Very unproffessional never again.

Werners was great initially, but over past couple of years I experienced unreliability, Not showing up in timely manner and experiencing an extremely long lawn. The grass was sky high on more than one occasion. No phone call when not showing up on time and later than usual. I felt they were prioritizing newer customers and ones on a weekly schedule. I was a biweekly. Sure it can rain. but other landscapers on my street were showing up a day later tops. if you need more help hire it! Started out nice and helpful on phone but was met with aggressive tones on more than one occasion. Told if i did not like the way they worked you can hire someone else. Blessing in disguise I found someone who really cares about the lawn and went above and beyond to give care to neglected bushes and shrubs. Phenomenal guy. If it was because of the Washington Bridge just say it, but the unreliability did start before that.

Werner's Landscaping has given my yard an unbelievable makeover year after year! We have hired him for the past 12 years now & we are always amazed with the results. Our yard was overgrown, weeds were outgrowing our beds. They always work fast & within hours everything looks amazing. I will continue to use them for future jobs and refer to anyone I know.

I had Werner and his crew installed granite papvers along my driveway as well as remove old plantings, added mulch and cleaned the yard. The transformation is stunning! My yard was over grown and tired and now it is refreshed and clean.I had quotes that were 2-3x more for the job they completed. Very reasonably priced and the service was great. I highly recommend Werner Landscaping.

Werner has been my landscaper for the past ten years. He has done everything from lawn and bed maintenance, trimming and spring and fall cleanups, to plantings. His prices are very fair and he and his crew are polite and easy to work with. His clean-ups are extremely thorough. I Wish I had taken a picture of my yard before he cleaned it! I live in Greenville and my property was a complete mess with leaves, huge tree limbs and acorns. It is now pristine. Just waiting for the grass to turn green. I would highly recommend this company.
