I required help moving a large and heavy package from the driveway into my apartment. I also required assistance assembling the dresser that was in the box which is otherwise time consuming. Franklyn showed up on time and eager to work. This made my night so much easier!

It was our 1st time using SURV, so we had no idea what to expect for what we booked, in terms of depth of cleaning. The house smelled clean and looked clean when we got home. It took 2hrs for 2Bed, office, bathroom, kitchen/living area, which I assume is the norm for 1st time. I m still trying to decide if it s worth it and can t decide that until I see the bill.

Both William (AC install) & Ben (odd jobs & computer help) were awesome! All jobs went smoothly & the guys were communicative, friendly & got the jobs done, with a little time to spare!. We Luv Surv at my house!! Pamela & the Puppykats!*

I would request both of them again. On 6/5, Michael and Rob did an excellent job power washing, setting up my decks and carrying misc items. I would request both again.

Two workers came on time, worked very hard at yard work, let me know that they could not finish in the initially allotted time, and asked whether I wanted them to continue (a new block of time to pay for) or leave it as is. I asked them to continue, and they worked hard and finished the job. Very hard working, polite, thoughtful about what they were doing. Asked questions when there were choices to be made and I hadnt specified at the outset. Would use again.

The Surv employee did a great job. Survs charge was on the high side. Many people asked to do the job when they heard about the charge. Surv schedulers booked 2 jobs by mistake.

Unfortunately, half the team, Mike, was five star his teammate wasn t. The power washing of the terrace was abysmal. It is still filthy in spots. And the gutter cleaning was left half finished.

I hurt my back recently and needed help moving a window a/c and a mattress. Surv sent a terriffic young man who made short work of both jobs.

Mr Perrin was wonderful. He did the work as we directed and made suggestions for better results. In spite of intense heat he was thorough and efficient. Brady & Tyler showed up at the scheduled time and performed the tasks requested. And on one of the hottest days this year. Moving rocks and digging out a flower bed - work I cant (shouldnt) do any more. Im great full for their help.

Mike was punctual, extremely pleasant, capable, has high standards for his work, and was willing to help me accomplish a variety of tasks. I would hire him again in a minute!!

Only 1 of 2 people showed up. The one that did was great but i had to do the work of the second person who did not show. Not good.

Gio worked hard and even though he was not able to complete the job in the time he had, he did very well with what he was able to do. Administratively, the experience was not stellar. That was average to below average. Communication with customer is key, getting name right, getting credit card right, and not sending communication to wrong customer all important. I would just say because there is a lot of competition out there you want to think about being on top of customer service from the get-go! Did like the work that was done by Giovanni.

Worst experience ever. Never use them.

First the good. They are nice. Now the bad. As movers they are awful. They showed up with a truck too small for the job so I threw away thousands of dollars of stuff. I now don t have a desk chair because they threw out some things that they were not supposed to throw. They were incredibly slow so my wife and I had to help for half the day. They also didn t bring the necessary supplies (per their contract) so I had to go out and buy them that day. The final straw - they then refused to deliver my stuff unless I paid another $800. Oh yeah, and our dresser (among other things) is cracked. These guys are wolves in sheeps clothing. Do not use them for moving Update: I tipped the workers fairly as they were very nice and did their best with the inadequate resources they had. Two rugs and three basic floor lamps (~2lb each) were not on my list prior to move. Other items on my original list didn t make it into the truck and were thrown away (they were not trash), so no, I don t see any extra charge as warranted. In fact, considering that we packed half the kitchen for you because the job was not getting done on time (contracted you to do it) and bought the materials for packing (no dish boxes etc), perhaps you should have paid me and my wife for our time and materials. Instead you held my stuff ransom and I had to spend +20m negotiating with you to pay extra, but not quite as much as the original ransom amount. Your defense at the time was that some other moving companies would have held me up too. I hardly think that deserves applause.

Dan came and fixed a window that had fallen out of my basement. Also got into a crawl space and put some tarps down for me. He was very polite and got the job done quickly and affordably.

I needed furniture moved across house and garage, two floors and a loft. SURV sent two young men who accomplished every item on my list in record time. Both men were polite, hard-working, and took great care to listen to what I wanted done. I am extremely pleased with how well this went and with how attentive they were. Thank you.

We had two workers , two hours, for two days. Very pleased with the work that they did... However, on both days one of the workers was late. Was told that they have a 30 minute window so they really werent late. Was not charged for ones lateness and am waiting on the second one. Not sure what happened to reservation on the second day. I thought that I reserved them from noon to 2:00, but they came at 9:00. Was very surprised as Im in the Y pool until 9:30 each morning and my husband heads to the Y at about 9:00 every morning... He just happened to be leaving as one of the workers was arriving.... Over all, Im very pleased with the organization and have used them several times over the years, but we did have office issues this time.

Mike was productive and organized for the garden work. He was a pleasure to work with!

Jameson, was great very pleasant and worked diligently the full 2 hours. The wisteria proved to be a beast but Jameson managed to get what I wanted done. He was able to get that done and the leaves cleanup. Thr rose a Sharon did not get done but that is ok. I am very happy with what he did. Thank you Theresa Paquin

Ben and Mike were excellent at planning how to pack the large U-Haul with boxes and furniture and everything arrived in great condition, and they were extremely receptive to all instructions. They were easy and fun to work with..I would work with them again!

We hosted a four hour private event for approximately 30 people in our home. The request to SURV was multi faceted - heat and pass hors doeuvres then serve, clear plates & glasses, and make sure the bar stayed stocked. In a word - outstanding! We could not have been more pleased with how well it went having SURV offer such great service and support.

Again a different individual showed up the morning after the manager told me who was coming and who did the estimate. fortunately the young man did a good job but missed the top edge over the door and a little on the handle. On both occasions the young men were pleasant.

The whole process was excellent. Surv was responsive in a timely manner from the time I left a message requesting some help. The appraisal of the project was sent the following day after visiting the site. The workers were respectful and gracious and did a fantastic job. They were very careful and considerate.

I booked 2 men but only one arrived. He worked hard but couldnt get the job done without my help. Im handicapped, which is why I hired them to load my things. I had to risk further serious injury to get the job done which is completely unacceptable. The manager called and offered to refund my money but billed me the full amount anyway and has refused to reply to my emails. Now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charges. This is a REALLY badly run business and you should avoid them at all costs.

Movers arrived right at 9 (arrival window was 9-9:30). They were friendly and paid attention to the instructions I had on what to move. I can t say enough good words about my experience. Responsive in terms of initial contact; speed in supplying estimates. Scheduling was great and the two young men who came to do the job were prompt and friendly and professional. I will definitely call them for other jobs!

I used RentSons in December 2020 and had a phenomenal experience. The three individuals were efficient, communicative, and made the moving process much more enjoyable - I told everyone how hiring from RentSons was the best decision I made! Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Surv based on my experience this June. The lack of care shown for my home and furniture was appalling to not only me, but my friends and family. The workers encountered difficulty getting a queen sized boxspring down the stairs (understandable, it s tight!), and I told them I wasn t too concerned about a few paint scrapes as long as they were able to get the boxspring down the stairs. Later, I asked for the couch legs to be removed to allow more clearance and provided tools to do so. Shortly after, I saw them attempt to push a section through the doorframe without removing the legs, and reminded them to remove the legs again. After they left, I found paint transfers on multiple sections of the couch and significant damage to not only the paint, but the drywall and plaster walls themselves (deep gouges into the drywall and plaster, drywall corner bead is bent and exposed, etc.). RentSons moved the same furniture in the same stairwell two years ago with little to no damage, and much more efficiently. 1.75 hours to move 2 mattresses, 2 box springs and a sectional is incredibly disappointing. The quote included two tote boxes to help transport items but the workers did not bring them. After the work was completed, I reached out to Surv to express my concerns and they quickly arranged for someone to come evaluate the damage. Unfortunately that person never showed up, so the main person I had been communicating with came himself, an hour later. He heard my concerns, agreed that the damage was extensive and unacceptable, and offered to patch the walls and touch up paint, as well as a small refund. Tom from Surv spent a full day repairing the damage in the stairwell and it looks great. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the promised refund 1.5 months later, despite having followed up once. For all these reasons, I cannot recommend Surv any longer.

They were great. They were able to accomplish a lot and did everything with a smile on their faces. They were efficient, effective and had a great attitude.

Wow! Once again SURV sent 2 young men, Carter and Kai, who did a superb job! They moved furniture from the basement to the upstairs bedrooms and to the living area. They were so cautious as we had just had the floors refinished; not a nick or a scratch! They were amazing! They worked quickly, but carefully, checking with us if they were unsure about where a piece of furniture went. They did a final walk through with us to make sure everything was where we wanted it. I would HIGHLY recommend SURV by Rent Sons. FANTASTIC!

If you re looking to overpay for a job poorly done, look no further. I ve hired Surv on a few different occasions, each time hoping that I ll have a decent experience but feel like nearly every time, I m let down. As movers, they damaged nearly everything they touched and tried to charge us extra. Painting an outdoor fence actually went according to plan and budget so that was nice. Hanging Christmas lights was pathetic, and after 3-4 attempts we settled for a job that i wish we had just done ourselves. Simply painting a ceiling seemed like something I could ask them for, and although they quoted higher than another company I decided to give them another chance. However, even after the painter himself said he needed to come back to fix his jagged lines, they ve ghosted me. Save yourself the hassle. Look elsewhere.

Second time we used SURV. They completed the job as request. Both people were very nice and followed instructions to a T. Well definitely be using this service again! I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Worker (Daniel) excellent. But he didnt bring a shop vac with him, and I dont know if office at fault or him. Fortunately a neighbor lent us his shop vac, otherwise it would have been disaster.

Everyone in the office and on the job were very nice and the pricing was good but the experience was a mess and caused a ton of stress. The movers went to the wrong house - the one we were buying- and started packing and moving them out (a computer issue, but they were not the only move team on site. If they had communicated with those movers or the home owners it could ve been avoided). They tried to resolve it quickly but it resulted in us missing our walk through and not getting keys to our new house until the next day, leaving us homeless overnight. Many of our items were damaged/destroyed during the move. Including an item that I explained to each mover was important/expensive. They took money off but not enough to off set replacing our furniture. The workers were efficient and very nice but I would not be comfortable hiring again due to all the issues.

I submitted a request last night. I received a call within seconds of hitting submit. They were here precisely at noon. They were polite, and courteous. We had disassembled bunk beds just inside our front door that had to be moved upstairs and reassembled. The parts were very heavy (over 670 pounds) and the bunks are used with no instructions so the whole thing was like a huge puzzle. Dan and Felix were great and had such a can do attitude, and had the job done in the given time frame. Thanks guys!

Put up new tarp over carport. They did a great job in a timely manner and they must of because the wind blew hard last night and the tarp is still intact!
