Sol Vida representatives were very professional from survey the project, giving us alternatives to use, and from the professionals that came out to complete the project. Really glad Katie and Dave took an appointment with me! Designer Katie DELIVERED form to our zillion functions (dogs, kids, chickens, privacy, etc) She worked really hard on our budget working to achieve covered porch plans with cedar pergolas instead. Our family LOVED the separation from our sweet but destructive pups with a dog run! Then the shade beside them with large shrubs. They challenged our plans in the best way, suggesting curves on the concrete patio and natural winding paths. Much prettier than our original design. Really kind folks!

We are extremely happy with Sol Vida. Katie helped us design both front and backyard landscaping design (and installation) as well as patio extension and pergola. The design process was very professional and the designs were carefully provided & edited to our needs. On the installation front, David & crew did a fantastic job - very clean neat and professional work. Sol Vida Landscaping did an excellent job designing and building a paver patio, retaining wall and pergola for us at our home in Prosper. They were easy to work with from design through installation and we're very pleased with their work.

We hired Sol Vida to do landscaping for our new home. Katy did a great job working with us to put the design together. After over a month delay getting started, the work began with a guy named Dave overseeing the project. That is when the problem started. Dave was rude and abrasive in his tone when asked a question or even to request we move our vehicle. He appeared to be in a constant irritated state. When I told him I didn’t appreciate the attitude he had when talking to me he walked off the job. He left a mound of trash in our yard as well. The crew was nice and polite, so it was only Dave that was a hot head. We have him recorded on our Ring, and it was very clear before he even knocked on the door he had an attitude. NO customer should EVER have to put up with such rudeness! If they get rid of Dave, it might be an okay company to deal with.
