New Frontier Lawn Care in Prior Lake

Very difficult communicate. Don't return calls and don't return emails

I'm not one to leave a lot of reviews. Don't ask me why. I. Was hard pressed to hire a company to do this for me.As I like to do everything myself. Science and timing is everything. I could not be happier with the results. The service and product is impeccable. The communication and Customer Support is also the same. I started useing them because the guy crossed the street from me Does . And he does not care about his lawn and it looks fantastic. I mow they take care of the rest . This year I thought there was an issue with some fungus. Sent some pictures and they were real quick to come out and help me with the problem. Again comunication was great . FANTASTIC COMPANY!

Incredibly responsive, professional, coordinated, and the attention to detail is great. Jeff and I work hard together to plan the event knowing we have many stakeholders to consider. Jeff essentially gives me his entire company for a few REALLY early morning hours to complete the application efficiently, and quickly. I am so happy to have New Frontier as a trusted partner for my herbicide applications.

These guys do a great job. They take the time to spot spray bad weeds while they do the do their normal fertilizer runs. I honestly do not have 1 weed in my yard right now ewith the exception of below my spruce trees where they don't get under. To be excepted. Don't use the other guys.... These guys are the best!

BEWARE!! PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CALL! I was enjoying breakfast in my back yard with my Grandma and my two year old son. We were watching an employee of new frontier applying fertilizer to my neighbors lawn. The employee stopped his machine to pick up a piece of trash that was in his way on the grass and toss it onto my lawn! I walked over and before he even turned off his machine he began yelling obscenities at me at the top of his lungs! I told him that I saw what he did and that he was in the wrong. He continued to scream and curse at me! Other neighbors came out to witness this. My Grandma was so terrified she called the police on him. It turns out that this employee was actually the owner, dave! Do not call this company for lawn care! The owner has anger management issues! . BEWARE!!

This is our first year using New Frontier, but it will definitely not be our last. We have seen great results and had excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I've been using their service for several years now. They are dependable and skilled in lawn care and have brought my tired looking lawn back to life again. I prepay my service every year knowing I can rely on them to do a good job.
