It is so nice to work with a family business that has been in the area for decades. They are courteous and honest, and every mower or snow blower we have had them service was returned running like new. Nice doing business with them!
Mr. Nemes took care of me , I'm so glad he did! After a careful explanation of my parts order he made it so fast and easy to pick up. Thanks!
Our experience was very good. We took two snowblowers in for repair one was worth fixing the other needed to be replaced. Prices were reasonable and customer service very good. Now all we need is some snow to test them out.
I love a great local mower shop. Had a cable snap on my mower, called up, they confirmed they had it in stock. Stopped in, super friendly. Went home & made the repair and finished mowing the lawn. Will definitely be back for parts or any repair needs.
Tune up on a mower that is 1year old cost me $175. Mower ran fine, just needed an annual maintenance and was 175$ about 2-3 times what it should be
Fool me twice, shame on me. Dropped lawn mower off for SPECIFIC repair to clean the carburetor and left required $50 deposit. 6 days later I was informed it was ready and a BALANCE of $103 was do. Wait. What? $153 to clean a carburetor? I strongly objected to the price and was informed his rate is $95 an hour. Mercedes mechanics should make this rate. Found out he replaced several items that I did not request. After more objections he took $30 off the bill. There's no warranty on the work, other than it will start. Classic bait and switch. Beware. I will not return. Zero stàrs really.
We just had our Husqvarna riding mower repaired by Nemes. They are nice people and did an excellent job for a fair price. Ignore the internet trolls-Nemes has been in business in this town for a long time. The only problem with them is that they are busy so you may have to wait a little for your equipment to get serviced or repaired but that tells you how much trust people put in them
Dishonest and Incompetent(Incapable of fixing simple problem which I fixed on my own with the help of the internet). This is the first negative review I'm writing and doing it because I wanted to warn others. They are dishonest because they quoted a price of $70 to clean a mower carb on the phone. I dropped the mower off, a couple of days later they called to say it was ready and the bill was $140. The going rate for a carb cleaning is around $70(I later found that a brand new carb cost only $65). So my family member who answered the phone argued that it was too much. I later went to their shop to pick up and saw the bill had a number of items listed as replaced, they amounted to less than $20 worth of the $140 bill. Seemed as if they were trying to justify their charge. Because the lied again, when I got back home I notice the gas cap was the the same old scratched up I had before leading me to believe they lied about the needle and float which they also claimed to have replaced. To top it off they were Incompetent/incapable of fix the carb properly. The store owner did state that he couldn't fix it(only time he was honest). He started it up and ran it for me shortly. But he said it would stall soon after. In the end I payed the bill which was twice what I was quoted(should have had it in writing but you only need that with such dishonest people), that had fraudulently claimed to have replaced parts and they couldn't even fix the problem. I was young didn't know better and I didn't want them holding on to my mower while the bill was being disputed. The only silver-lining was that I able to fix the carb myself with a pliers, screw driver, simple socket set, and the help of the internet. (Tip: just use one bristle of a wire brush and clean the small holes of the carb). Great tips and be found online/youtube to fix most ever aspect of your mowers and blowers don't need to be victim such thief’s.
Purchased a used tractor in March 2024. Nice people.
Awesome. Love this place owner is really nice and super helpful. Highly recommend.
All the folks I ve dealt with here have been courteous and helpful. Good inventory too. Remember places like this before going to a big box store.
The service here is top notch... Not enough credit goes to how they treat customers and their service is above and beyond. Its nice to see a small shop be this successful. Highly recommend these folk
Very polite and knowledgeable.
