Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about their work and my satisfaction, because I never was able to experience it. I have been communicating with Edgar for about 2 months back and forth. It seems that the company is overwhelmed with existing customers and is still trying to get new ones. I don’t understand why not to say up front that “we are overbooked and do not taking new customers”. Instead, they are not saying this, but want to get more and more people on board. Unfortunately, getting more customers on board means that they have to deliver the service, which in this case was non existent. I was trying to reach, call, send messages. I spoke to Edgar a few times, he came to provide an estimate for several jobs/projects we had in mind, but I never got any estimates done. I’m talking about waiting for 3+ weeks for these estimates. There was something urgent that I wanted him to do (this was about fertilizing a lawn against weeds in a natural way), and I waited about the same 3+ weeks for that. That’s it, I don’t want to deal with people I cannot reach and which do not cooperate.

BeLawnSmart has completed more beautiful work on my yard. They are neat and creative. Their fees are quite reasonable. I highly recommend them!
