My lawn used to be the eyesore of my block. No, its the belle of the ball. Never, ever has it looked this good. All I have to do is sit back and cut the grass when its needed and I am so okay with that.

The only thing i would like done better would be an email stating what was done, what product was applied, a report of the condition of my lawn and what i meed to do after product application such as watering, mowing, etc.

I coincidentally just met the technician Arich who was knowledgeable and professional. He was treating a neighbor s yard and I approached him about the services his company offers because my neighbor s yard looks amazing!!! He was able to address all of my questions. I signed up right away and he was able to get started with treatment right away. He followed up with me immediately and kept me abreast of every step in the sign-up process and informed me what to expect next from the main office. My first impression only got better with my conversation I had with Michelle in the office. She was amazing as well! I didn t anticipate starting a relationship with this company but they have themselves a new client!

Our lawn maintenance was a hobby on which my husband spent hours perfecting a routine that produced a lawn to be envied. A few years ago he could no longer give it the attention it needed. Update 3, lawn looks pretty good after a few years using the service. They are more communicative these days. Would still be nice if a top guy came around and did some annual evaluation. Update 2. The second reseeding looks nice. Will update again this spring. Update: yes thanks for trying again natural green. I will look for the soil test results. I think it would be beneficial for you to present a checklist of things the homeowner should do to maintain their lawn. Water frequency, when to mow, what to look for when there s a problem, etc . The only time I see someone is when they come and apply something. Someone should have been looking for the worms and/or fungus this year to prevent the grass from completely disappearing. Instead of checking after the fact. Just my thoughts. Hopefully the grass comes back and I can make this a 5 as well. ******************************* So far, not so good. Not enough attention paid to my specific lawn. Seems like it s just one soil test that you are unable to really verify and a generic checklist of things to throw your money at. Maybe they are able to turn this around but $1700 in this year and I m looking at mostly bare ground. And that s after a fall reseeding and $3000 leveling and all new topsoil (by a different company). I will update the rating if we get a turnaround here. I m not mad at them, just want them to do better and be successful. Flea and tick treatment does seem to be effective though and I was skeptical.

Over priced company!! I had took care of my yard for years before using them. I tried them for a year and my yard had never looked as bad as it did this year. Decided to use them because I had some Bermuda grass that I wanted to get rid of and the sales manager Dayvon Parker told they could get rid of it. That was a lie, what he meant was give me $240 a year to treat it alone with the other $110 for the other services through out the year. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! If you know anything about taking care of your lawn, you would know that are overpriced !! The Quality of service on a scale of 1 to 10 would be a 3

Yesterday while I was working away from home you sent Luis to apply the 2nd treatment on our lawn. He texted me when he finished stating not to cut the lawn for 2 days. When I got home I noticed that the yard was cut also. I called Luis asking if he knew that the lawn was cut immediately after he left? (Verified by cameras). He said that the fertilizer/weed killer was not going to work since the yard was mowed before the 2 day wait time. I had zero control over all this. I asked him what he could do and you sent me this! This is my second go around with Natural Green Systems. 4 years go they did a job. They had my lawn looking like the Master golf course. The end when a service that no longer with damage all the good work, I step away. Long story short I Hurry it down again to get the grass back to the Augusta Masters quality. Duane Jones is our technician, and on his last visit he noticed some brown spots which I was aware of, he took a closer look and determined that it was a fungus. While he was doing the normal treatment, he added a fungus control and in 2 weeks the lawn is already looking better! Thanks for the advice, we really appreciate it! This would have never happened with our previous lawn service!

Unfortunately, I agree with a lot of the negative reviews lot of lip service with no real result. At the end of the day, nice doesnt fix my ant infestation problem. My ring camera also showed tech servicing wrong part of lawn but NGS wasnt interested in addressing that. They would only come back out if I agreed to pay more. I was crystal clear to Dayvon where our ant problem was and how they are marching the perimeter of the home and overtaking our space. $150 down the drain. I would never recommend this company to anyone. As a small business owner, the way these people do business is thoughtless, reckless, and downright disappointing. But nonetheless its 2023 and nobody cares about their customers anymore. Its all about getting the initial dollar with little to no concern for actually resolving anything. It s a shame.

At the present, I can only provide customer care.response. I have decided to use their services basis on their knowledge and response to my concerns with the present condition of my lawn.

Waste of money! Scam Alert! Cartier McKinzie was caught on my ring camera doing minimal work. I paid for bug extermination and Cartier only sprayed for about 30 seconds total. Spent approximately 4 minutes on my quarter-acre property and left. After reviewing the video, I would say he only sprayed 5% of the lawn. I ended up buying 2 bottles of Cutter Backyard Bug Control and did it myself. That took over 30 minutes for me. Please provide training for your employees and educate them on what a complete job looks like. And if this company believes that the products theyre using is strong enough to only spray 5% of a lawn to kill 100% of bugs, then you clearly do this on purpose in hopes that I ll pay you again. Perhaps that tactic would work if only spraying 5% would have furnished results. But the camera ruined that for you, and of course after inspection, bugs were still there. I m not sure if laziness is the issue or trying to preserve your products for another customer. Either way, I got ripped off. If you decide to use this company, do yourself a favor, and micromanage them. You have to be home and outside with them. Let them know you re watching, so you won t be disappointed, and let them know when they missed a spot. In my case, he missed 95%.

I dont appreciate hard sales nor inconsistent pricing. Very unprofessional! Dont send one sales person to contact me then follow up with another competing with the first persons price points. It came off very dishonest to me

Spent almost 2k on lawn maintainance to fix dead patches. Grass is a completely different species than the one I had so the lawn looks horrible. Most of the seed they just came and threw anywhere. 1k fertilizer was useless. Don t waste your money. Now I have to rip up the lawn and start over.

I have used the services of Natural Green Systems for 4-5 years. I have a huge front, side, and back lawn. My late husband used to take expert care of the lawn, but after his death in 2017, I needed help. As Im a committed environmentalist, and on the board of my local Riverkeeper, I do not want toxic chemicals used on my grass. Natural Green Systems uses organic based natural products to feed, protect and maintain my lawn. I have a beautiful, full, green lawn that usually looks great and healthy deep into the winter. I used to have several bald areas on a sloping hill. But not any more. I highly recommend this company.

We signed up for the Natural Green Systems seeding program for our lawn. That is it. No other services. Well, our charge card started getting charges for other things that we NEVER signed up for (Bermuda Grass Removal, etc.). Huh?! I was totally shocked to see charges being added to our credit card. I am on Social Security and on a limited budget, so paying for things that I did not order or ask for, puts us in a stressful financial situation!! To say I am upset, is putting it mildly. We are going to contact our credit card company to put a halt/stop on these and all other charges. I honestly need a tranquilizer to calm down right now. Unbelievable!

I was dealing with another Lawn Company and I was not pleased with them in many ways. I was in need of help with my lawn. I did some research and I found Natural Green Systems Lawn and Pest. When I called and I explained to the gentleman what my situation was and that I needed some help. This gentleman was very understanding. He said they would be glad to help and in two days the workers were at my house. In subsequent calls, when I had questions, they were always willing to help and explain what I needed to do. I would give this company very high marks and would recommend them to anyone needing help with their lawn.

I used this copy at my townhouse which was a much smaller property. In my current home, yard is much bigger and I decided to use them again. Pricing changed and aeration and seeding was not included. Aeration was done but not well. Some spores were missed. As a result, Grass started to grown in the holes only. Hopefully the rest of the spots will fill in next spring.

We had been using TruGreen but wasn t satisfied with the results. Natural Green had our lawn looking sooo much better in just 6 months. They are more expensive than TruGreen but the results are like night and day. Our lawn is thicker, weed control is better, doesn t go dormant as quickly as before and more resilient. Even our grass cutter praised the results . If you re going to spend money on lawn care might as well get your moneys worth.

Staff has done an overall good job. Luis was recently here and introduced himself before doing the application. He was very friendly and easy to work with.

I had another service that failed informing me that I had termite infestion. Natural Green Systems found and treated the infestion at a reasonable cost.

Natural Green Services has no integrity. They will steal your money and pretend to do the service. My ring doorbell shows the technician Bryan Kellaher walking up to my door, talking on the phone and leaving a receipt, placing the sign in my yard with out servicing my backyard or the front. When I called the company to complain, Joe mentioned that the technician who is white would not do that because he has been working for the company for three years. But the camera shows otherwise. He brushed me off and could have cared less. No one came back to do the service. Give me back my $57.31 and cancel my account or I will sue you and give your company a bad name. Trust me I will.

This service is the worst. Thus, far I have paid over 4K and my back yard still looks the same. I paid for service back in the fall (November) when it was too cold to do seeding and aeration, at that point I paid 3k. They came back yesterday 3/11/2021 and did the aeration and seeding and I had to pay an additional 1k for that service. I called the Sales Manager Dayvon Parker to I tried to explain how can you get my back yard green when you did not seed it in November and why would I need to pay again for seeding that was not done in November. This joker told me that I paid 3k for top soil. I am like WTH for top soil (Leafgro), I could have gone to Eds Plant World and purchase my own for that amount of money. My lesson learn not to trust a snake oil salesman.

They feed it nutrients, rid it of pest, and seed it with native grass seed, not toxic pesticides and weed killers. They alert me to their schedule of treatments and servicing. So far the service has been outstanding I can see that my grass is starting to grow and should be full and healthy by mid-spring. Since where I live in a brand new development so the Sod that was place down during the summer damn near burn up and it was cheap Sod as well, but as I stated I can see that the irrigation and the seeding is starting to work.

I met someone from this company at a local home Expo. Their prices are very reasonable. They come by regularly and spray inside and outside of my house to keep the bugs away. Its very effective. I have not used them for lawn care because I have a condo and the lawn is the responsibility of the complex. But for extermination, they are really good. I havent seen a single ant or spider since I hired them.

He showed up late, and then left before we could even get started!

These guys are the best!! My grass couldnt be any greener and/or more plush...its so thick and healthy that my dog loses her fetching balls in it on a regular basis. I wanted to wait a year before posting. I started using natural green spring of 2020 for weeds only. I do most of my own lawn needs but needed a little help so i went with there basic plan. By the fall i was weed free. I used another service in march of 2021 for aeration and over seeding to fix my lawn from the irrigation system installed fall of 2020. They did a great job my lawn has never looked better. Cost for seeding was reasonable Cost on weeding is 2x higher than true green but natural green is reliable and i like the products they use.

I have only good things to say about Natural Green Systems. Our issues with various weeds have been addressed and they worked with us at the start of the season to aerate a small area and overseed versus trying to sell us on the whole yard.

Reached out to Natural Green as a referral and haven t look back. It s been about a month since the fertilizer and aeration has taken place and I m loving the outcome. Grass is much greener than my neighborhood only sodded grass. You could most definitely tell the different. I ve worked with Dayvon and called him a couple of times with follow up questions and he didn t hesitate to assist. Also spoke with Joe the general manager of a slight hiccup with one of the employees that came and did my first application and he was very professional! So far so good.

Been with N G S for almost 3 years now and I Love the way my grass looks. I used to Envy the way my neighbors grass looked but now my grass looks better than theirs The grass is full and green and no WEEDS!(Yayyy) I also use their pest service and happy to say no bugs in spite the fact that I do run a daycare with little Rugrats running around therefore crumbs everywhere. With the business I have they do try to work with me with scheduling on Saturdays but the only downside to that, it takes too long for them to have someone come out to service the inside of my home. Also if any issues that need to be corrected or to finish a service takes a little too long for them to reschedule to come back out. Not to happy with that especially if the service has already been paid for. If not for the reasons just stated I would have probably given 5 s I would still recommend to others and I enjoyed the companies employee John

I have been using Natural Green Systems for two seasons now, and my lawn is vastly improved. Their regular service is provided on time by employees who are very professional. I get good advice on additional care that I need to perform, such as watering. I am completely satisfied with Natural Green Systems and intend to have them service my lawn from now on.

The lawn service worked! My lawn was redone by a landscaper but naturally it still needed TLC. The slow release fertilizer works well and the bare spots have come alive again with their attention. Good work.

Natural Green Systems has done a great job restoring my lawn. They do what they said they would do. Far surpassed my initial expectations.

Overall they are reliable and reasonably priced on fertilizer and mosquito treatment. Mosquito treatment works extremely well. Things I dont like about company include: Sales tactics to get you to buy products. Example, they said they took a soil sample and that my yard needed lime. I said funny I did the lime myself and asked when was the soil sample was taken? They only responded with oh, we didnt know you did the lime meaning they used my soil sample that was 6 months old. Poor Comms throughout the company. Everyone not on the same page. Example, after the lime incident they called me a couple days later trying to get me to buy the lime treatment after I called them out on the use of a 6 month old soil sample. Scheduling conflicts also took place a couple times but we got it fixed. Most recently they forgot or didnt close my side gate to the backyard. I have pets so luckily we closed the dog door the day they arrived to prevent issues or concerns.

I have been using Natural Green for about a year now, and the lawn is looking pretty good currently. If your looking for a cheep lawn fix, their not your guys. If your looking for a professional company with the knowledge to produce a quality product and results, there spot on. They have been very responsive when issues arise, and so far they have been able to remedy any concerns that come up. I would recommend their services for a no nonsense quality result.

I was provided a bunch a lip service and didnt receive what was promised. Overcharged for service, and repeatedly had to initiate calls to resolve the overcharge. Only used them for 2 months and my yard got worse after they treated it. Would like all my money refunded and possibly pursue legal actions to place them on notice. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. What a waste of my time

Neutral Green provided aeration and reseeding and my lawn has never looked better. It is lush an green. I am very pleased with their service and plan to use them in the future.

They do good work. Like most of these companies they draw you in with a great price, then they keep inching up the price and try to sell you more services. You have to evaluate how much you want to spend on maintaining a reasonably nice looking lawn. Our lawn has looked it s best in 41 years with this company.

I have been using Natural Green Systems Lawn service for about 3 years. My Yard has been getting better every season. Such much that I was given the award for House of the Month for November. I attest this to using this company and having confidence that they know my yard and what is needed to keep it healthy.

Run away! They will take your money and either perform service the wrong time of year (seeding late spring in Maryland) or not perform the services in the package they sold but still charge you the full amount. My lawn looks the worst it s ever looked and the company has yet to address concerns despite multiple contacts. They just send me to a different person and no one actually addressed the concerns. They also came after being told to not put us on their schedule and performed a chemical service without communication - then my pet was let out on the grass shortly after. They shrugged it off like it was no big deal. In reply to their reply below: we came to an agreement that they would take corrective action in the fall. They NEVER contacted us, we reached out to them and they still never came to do the work. We did pay for services and received a charge back from our credit card regarding this particular service. However, they never performed all of the services that we paid for in the monthly visits nor did they refund for those services not provided. In response to your second reply, after countless emails with NO RESPONSE, we were forced to file a chargeback. This was filed prior to reaching any agreement because you never replied without me stating Multiple times that I would do a chargeback. I told your company that the chargeback would be dropped when you performed your end of the agreement. You did not. And I even reached out in the fall to confirm and you still did not. Also, You DID NOT perform all services, as we received only fertilizer and no weed control until we complained, not to mention the amount we put toward the fall seeding in our elite program that never happened. We paid for every single monthly application that you came to do - you did not continue to provide service and not be paid. You stopped providing service long before the chargeback. And had you done the agreed upon fall seeding, aeration and top soil, we would have happily cancelled the chargeback that we didn t want to do to begin with. Your company destroyed our lawn, misguided us in treatment and didn t give us all of what we paid for and I have the photos and complaints to prove that.

Weeds brown spots, moss you name it I have it. I have been told it s been a hot summer, I cut my lawn too short and lots of rain etc. save your money for a better company!

I would give five stars for price and effectiveness. However, one of the technicians who came to treat my yard was unprepared. Asked if he could have water to fill up his sprayer , then left my water hose on....water leaking everywhere. Simply unprofessional and showed no care for my yard. There stuff does work though

Jackie and Dan showed up early in the morning and got right to work. I was tremendously impressed by their attention to detail in aerating the edges of the lawn by hand, seeding every square inch, even by hand along the edges. These guys really take pride in their work.

They promised great work less expensive and I had more problems than when they started and after a couple thousand and time they said I have a fungus which they would be more than willing to charge me for dont believe the hype

My lawn looks awful, they got rid of the clover and thats it. We spent over 3k and my lawn is full of grab grass. Will never use again.

I was originally with one of the nationally know companies, but opted to go with this company due to the customized approach taken to care for my lawn. I still have 3 more treatments to go, but when I tell you that it s starting to look more like it was when I first purchased my home. lol! I didn t see the same when I was with Trugreen at all. My lawn had turned into crab grass over the years, but Natural Green Systems approach appears to be helping so far. Can t wait to see the end results. I ll update to 5 stars at that time.

My back yard was inundated with all types of weeds to the point there was little if any grass. They came out, identified the problem and sprayed. Its been a week and I already notice the difference. I plan on using them in the fall to aerate and plant new grass.
