My yard has a lot of mature trees that left a ton of leaves that had not been kept up with. Requested that the leaves be cleared and removed, and the yard mowed. A major yard renovation reclaiming a large portion of my property after 20 years of neglect (I ve been here for less than 2 years). An amazing transformation! All areas were overgrown with brush and small trees and have been cleared and seeded.

Adding front and back walkway/ patio areas marks the third time in three years I have hired Spicer lawn care for a major job. Zack Spicer and his crew are talented, experienced and professional. From stone selection suggestions to design ideas, Zack helped get the project off to the right start. We were working with the challenge of me as homeowner being out of state, yet Zack kept me updated with photos as work progressed. And crucially when I did not care for the standard funnel transition from path to stair, Zack pleasantly and promptly changed it to squared off. Prior to this job, Spicer conducted major yard/ tree work and filled in a pool. I highly recommend Spicer and his crew.

I had moved in a year ago and due to lack of time, I wasn t able to keep up with my yard needs not to mention it was completely dug up for a septic replacement. During the initial walk through, Zack provided his knowledge and advice on how to make my yard better. Not only did they provide a fall clean up but they provided landscape work to give my house a little more curb appeal. I ll definitely hire Zack and his team for more yard projects.

Unexpectedly, my oil delivery driver refused to deliver oil due to 2 inches of snow/ice in my driveway even though I salted ... didnt even know that was a thing & Ive owned this house 30+ years!!! Totally saved us in this blizzard of 2022. Not being a current customer, I called and left a desperate voicemail asking for help clearing our driveway as our snowblower died and it was just too much to shovel on our own. I received a call back within minutes and was told that he would take care of us overnight or in the morning as he was completley booked. I was sooo grateful! Much to my surprise, 1pm today he showed up, plowed our driveway, sanded/salted and cleared out around our mailbox. We cant thank him enough!!!

I rented an excavator to put in drainage for my downspouts. In the process of digging trenches I came across a couple large stumps that were too large for the machine I rented. I reached out to Zach via email and he gave me a call a couple hours later. He showed up a couple days later with a larger excavator to pull out the stumps and came by a few days later to help finish the trenches and backfill the holes so I could get my driveway back. Zach worked with me and my schedule to get the job done, and kept me posted on his schedule. Would not hesitate to use again.

Zack is our landscaping/snow removal company for the condos I live in. I asked him to remove a few bushes for me privately. He did so and then refused to let me pay him! Who does that? Thanks Zack, you are the BEST!!!

I called weeks ago to get a quote. Zack picks up the phone right away and came in on Sunday. After that he shoot me an email with quote couple days later and get it done today! Zack and his team did a really good job clean out and prep the area before laying the stones. The result came out so good!! Love you guys, keep it up!

I called for an estimate to cut down some bushes and he was here in 20 minutes! Gave me an estimate on the spot, $1000 less than the other I d gotten, and was here with a crew just a few days later. They were quick, did a great job, and cleaned up all the many leftover branches and leaves. My yard looks great and I saved a ton of time and money. If we weren t moving out of state I d have them handle all my lawn care from now on!

Our back woods were a mess, full of leaves and debris, overgrown and in need of some help. We called and were offered a same day consultation visit, followed by a quote for services within days. After accepting the proposal, the woods were cleared within a week, with most work completed on a Sunday. Service was prompt and professional, prices reasonable, and the work amazing - our yard looks fabulous!

I am very happy with the work that was accomplished on our lawn. The recent drought made our already bad looking lawn worse looking so we decided we wanted a lawn with green and healthy growing grass. Zack responded to our call and provided expert advice that helped us decide what to do. He quickly gave us a price for the work that was competitive. Also his schedule to do the work was accurate and accomodated our needs. The work done was quality and professional. Tree limbs that could shade the grass were removed. Have been using Zachs business for a few years. They do an excellent fall clean up of a huge number of leaves. It always looks great. Used them also for brush clean up and re-seeding of much of the lawn, which looks great now. Also used for snow plowing, and they have been punctual and efficient. Have been very happy with the work over these last few year.

We were fortunate enough to select Zack Spicer and his team to construct a patio for us surrounding our gazebo. Their attention to the most minute detail was amazing! The base of the patio was so important and much time was spent on that. Their vision helped to add a beautiful feature to our backyard that we will enjoy for years to come. I thank my lucky stars I discovered Zack Spicer and his company Spicer s Lawn Care. His crews have done a broad range of work for me - spring and fall cleanups, mowing, installing river rock beds, installing a gorgeous walkway, installing driveway and garage aprons, and most recently an Agrimulch bed. All work is impeccable. The guys are so friendly and nice and highly skilled. There is a lot of hard work and integrity behind this company. Seriously, don t bother looking any further. This company is top notch!

I had a very good experience with Spicer landscaping, clearing some overgrown land around my property. They had a crew of three, using big and small machines as well as hand tools, and did a very thorough, careful and neat job. The guys are all polite and professional, and left the job very clean and finished looking. Will definitely call them again

If you re an 82-year-old senior citizen don t call the service because they won t come and plow your driveway even though they say they will.

Zack and his crew did a major clean out and landscape of our property. The result is amazing. They worked so hard in the heat and were pleasant and respectful. The work they did has prevented damage to the house from overgrown brush. I would recommend Spicers Lawn Care to anyone.

I called Spicers to cut my grass and they put me on the list. After a week I did not see any grass cut so I called them back and it went to voicemail. Three days later I called back and left another voicemail. Finally Two weeks later someone answered the phone and promised me that they would be out to cut my grass next day. The next day came and went and still no one cut my grass. I understand that there were some rainy days in there and I am sure the guys were busy. However, I did not appreciate the broken promise to be there next day. I canceled my service and will not be contacting them in the future.

Spicer s Lawn Care & Landscape Design has performed a great deal of work for us the last three (3) years. We have had work completed by several Landscapers in the area including the The Big One . None of them completed the work with the attention to detail that Zach Spicer provides. Unlike some of the landscapers, Zach comes when he says he will, and completes the work on or before the date he promises. Zach is the ultimate professional and does not leave the site until he has walked through all the work to make sure you are absolutely satisfied. We will never let anyone else provide our landscaping service as long as Spicer s Lawn Care & Landscape Design is around.

I had a new exterior garage installed last year and my yard was pretty torn up from the construction. I contracted Zack to make my yard good again. Zack brought in 40 cubic yards of loam, then leveled and graded my yard. He then hydroseeded. It has only been about 10 days but my yard is really beginning to look great! He was very reasonable in cost, I did shop around and got three estimates. Spicer was by far the lowest cost and best value. I will definitely use Spicer again for any big project that I cant handle myself!
