We are extremely happy and satisfied with the work Vicente Landscaping has done for us on our property. They were awesome to work with and accommodated changes we asked for. Ron was a perfect manager to work with. Their staff and workers were great to work with. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional job that's done right and reasonably priced.
Vicente ripped out our old back yard down to bare ground and created a wonderful oasis for us. Great quality of work down to the final paver. Could not have asked for a better finished product. And they come around periodically and do cleanup and maintenance of plants. Just cleaned the yard last week while we were out of town. Returned to a beautiful yard, plants trimmed, no leaves, looking just like the day it was finished.
Vicente Landscaping did an absolutely phenomenal job with our backyard renovation. They were easy to communicate with and helped us create some cool Ideas with how we should finish/design the backyard. Even after the work was done, I had follow up questions on how to take care of our grass and operate the irrigation system and they made it extremely easy for me. They went above and beyond to make sure that they took care of my family and I would, without a doubt, highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do some landscaping work with their home. Vicente did a great job making our yard much more firewise. They trimmed trees, took out shrubby ladder fuels, removed years of pine needles and hauled everything away at a reasonable price. We are very pleased - and much safer.
Been wanting to write this for a long time. I was nervous spending so much in landscaping because I have heard bad stories. This was a revelation! Scott, the guy in charge of our project came by everyday to check on the 3 man crew of Miguel, Daniel and Jose. Everyday he updated me with progress and to see what concerns we had. I was so impressed on the quality control Scott did. He made sure everything was done right the first time. They were super flexible with changes as they came up and they never overcharged us. The best compliment I can give is I remember each persons names almost 8 years later and I would personally use them again next time. Everything still works including the irrigation system, drains and fountain. The paver work looks great and the high quality turf still looks brand new. I wish every contractor was like this. They set the bar high. The only thing I didn't like was waiting for them to start with winter and rain delays. I had given them an $8,000 deposit in like October or November and they didn't start till April. I would have just liked more updates on where I was at on the wait-list during those months just to calm my nerves. I'm glad I waited and would happily wait again! Bravo!
Our experience with Vicente from start to finish was a great experience. The crew was courteous, professional , hardworking and considerate. Jose checked with us during the process to be sure we knew what they were doing. Louis was responsive to questions and his expertise in installing the pavers was outstanding. Vicente Landscaping recently updated our front & back yards, and they fixed our broken sprinkler system. They did a super job, and we have received many comments from neighbors on how great our yard looks. They arrived right on time and worked hard all day long, completing a good-sized project in just one day. They cleaned up everything before they left. The price they quoted was reasonable, right about the middle of the market. We recommend Vicente to anyone who values good work at a reasonable price.
I hired Vicente Landscaping to design and install a large, new front yard for my ex-wife, as a gift. Yes, you heard right! Chris and his team did a great job from initial design plan, scheduling and rock selections (right on the nose!) to installation, which was on time and on budget. As a new customer it took some time to work the schedule. On our scheduled day a three man crew arrived early in 25 degreetemperatures The crew used their expertise to repair a major storm drain issue and did a great job with the yard cleanup. Highly recommend.
Vicente Landscaping had done work for us before and we were very happy with that job. The latest project included a lot of hand work plus the replacement of an old wood retaining wall with block walls and the replacement of deteriorated concrete driveway with pavers. The work done was great. Even the days when the crew started work in the 20° weather. The changes we made during the construction were handled efficiently and without any problems. I would recommend them for any landscaping improvements and/or new construction.

Vicente Landscaping was awesome! Jason gave us a very fair bid and got us on the schedule - and then even called and asked if they could do the work sooner. They installed rock and repaired an area in the front yard where we had plumbing work done, and they gave the whole front and back yard a facelift. We will definitely use them for our maintenance and other projects from now on. The guys even built a couple of decorative cairns with some rocks out by our sun dial. We would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the job they did shoed up on time ,did a excellent job trimming bushes removing old needles and leaves from our rocky yard ,cleaning up and hauling away clippings .Price was good ,men were good we are very happy and will have them back . We highly recommend them .
Incredible service! What was supposed to be a landscape lighting upgrade/repair/replace became much more complicated because of a previous landscaping companys shortcomings. Vicentes PM Randy Phelps did an incredible job. The outcome was stunning! I highly recommend this company.

Weve used Vicente Landscaping when we originally landscaped our yard and were totally satisfied. 5 years later, we just had them come back to extend the driveway 25 more feet in so we could park our RV on the side of the house. This required 25 more of retainer wall, structural engineering, etc. Communication with Chris and Jose and Hector and the rest of the team was always clear. They are a pleasure to work with and were always super happy with the results!
Scott showed up for our appointment on time. He gave us recommendations and was very personable and easy to work with. He went above and beyond what any landscaper would. He checked on the job everyday to make sure the work was done right. The crew was friendly, too! Thank you, Vicente!
I asked for an estimate for driveway pavers. Scott came out and took the measurements and said he would have the estimate for me in a week. More than 2 weeks later and I havent heard back from anyone. Not professional or reliable.
Way overpriced. Poor quality work, that has required them to come back innumerable times to make good. Supervisors attitude is at best, POOR. Just as a for instance, plants that they planted died, and we have not been reimbursed for these dead plants that we purchased. Theres another for instance, the drip system they placed, had to be replaced at our expense. MOST IMPORTANTLY, ONCE AGAIN, THE SUPERVISORS ATTITUDE IS POOR.
We scheduled an appointment with Vicente and had someone come out to look at our backyard. They came, and said we would hear next week with an estimate. Two weeks later we get the estimate. We then reach out to work with their landscape designer, something mentioned to us during the first visit. Sounded like a great idea, but we had to schedule a month out... ok we can wait. The day arrives and 5 min before they are supposed to arrive they call to cancel. We are now being told they will not come see us again for over 4 months. This is absolutely ridiculous and they clearly dont need our business. We will NEVER be working with them again. Their conduct was unprofessional and the gentlemen getting us quotes made my wife feel like it was her fault for them not coming.
Covid-19 virus material slowdowns and incredible demand in the Prescott area not withstanding, Vicente Landscaping started my job when they said they would. Their office staff kept me apprised via email. What a difference to have a professional installation! The big shock up front was their pricing was the same as an unlicensed installer which we would have had to buy all the material and get it delivered. So worth the wait and lack of headache to have Vicente Landscaping Do It All. I especially liked the paver and grass crews respect of our property and attention to detail. Very polite installers. Ours was a difficult installation with lattice and a tree and tight and curved borders. We waited years to finally have a backyard we could enjoy. In the next house, it will be the first thing we do! PS Our dog loves it!

Chris and his crew, put in artificial turf and fixed my pavers. They were timely professional and cost effective. Now I can just prune and maintain my garden beds. Also my dogs love the new grass! Great job Chris, doing our front yard soon, will be calling you.
If I could do no stars, I would. The owner is a loser. I made an appointment, he came to the house, looked at everything, promised to give me a quote then never returned my phone calls. I called at least 4 times, then gave up.
Scott and the whole crew who did our yard and paver for a hot tub were great to work with. Highly recommend them.
Chris Welborn and his team are grade A professionals. Chris showed up to my home and walked me through his recommendations based on what I wanted done (a paver patio for my hot tub.) He saved me money by using some existing pavers I had, and showed up when he said he was going to. His crew worked fast and diligently, resulting in a very happy me. Thanks Vicente!
Excellent! I have used Vicente Landscaping to totally landscape two new homes in the last 4 years! They designed and installed a total landscape package including lots of trees, shrubs, accent plants, rock, grass, pavers, courtyard wall, lighting, boulders, rip rap, drip irrigation and anything else that went on the ground! They have also done several small jobs for me, since I can never make up my mind and always want more!! I also have an annual maintenance contract that keeps my yard looking great! And, they can even remove the snow in my driveway when needed! Several of my friends have used Vicente Landscaping after they saw my great yard and were impressed with their professionalism as well. Vicente Landscaping has an office staff that is manned every weekday, which is something that a lot of other landscape contractors dont have in Prescott. Vicente Landscaping is a larger company in the area, and they are licensed and bonded which is VERY important to me. When they made appointments with me, they actually show up on time! They are a great company, very professional, and most importantly, they do beautiful work!!
