You get what you pay for easily the most affordable service and the employees go above and beyond with kindness

Unfortunately they are hired by our HOA (we’re working on firing them) when asked to inform community members about when and where they fertilizer/pesticide. They refuse to put up a simple, temporary sign. This has resulted in pets becoming ill from the toxins. Several dog owners have reported their dog’s vomiting, diarrhea and seizures. Titan doesn’t care and can’t bother to post a temporary sign in these areas. They once left a bag of the fertilizer behind which plainly stated harmful to pets and children. The bag also stated not to be used around waterways. We have a spring that runs into a creek right next to where the bag was found. I don’t care about their sloppy workmanship but poisoning family pets is despicable. Shame on you Titan landscaping!

I live in an HOA that provides weekly landscaping. Everytime these guys show up I spend more time cleaning up after them than they spend working here. Sloppy trimming, poor leaf blowing, they routinely leave trimmings behind, don't trim bushes but trim other ones, and mess up the landscaping rock. They have even left the front gate open multiple times, risking our dog running away. Very poor attention to detail. I would not recommend. There are plenty of other reputable landscaping services in the area.

They do good work, as long as you don't have actual work for them to do. Un-responsive to questions or requests. Commercial and HOA's properties, probably get good service, but they suck at residential stuff.

These guys recklessly use their leaf blowers, and don’t stop when vehicles pass. I rode by on a small street on my motorcycle and they blew a huge cloud of debris into my face which led to me smashing into a car. They bailed before I had a chance to confront them. They have zero road side etiquette. I really appreciate the insurance rate increase these guys caused.

We walk in a large subdivision where Titan is under contract. Their employees are unfailingly courteous to walkers. They turn down or off any power equipment so as not to frighten the dog or get debris on us. They are also very friendly when spoken to. Thank you Titan!

This company has to be the worst ... or close to it. We live in an HOA community that Titan services .. the last time they were in our yard, they did do the cutting they were supposed to do, then blew the debris to clean up, well, sort of. they left a LOT of debris in our yard, and neighbors also .. it seemed the crew really had no direction and did not know exactly what to do either. When we had KLer for the maintenance company, they did a fantastic job, always ... very sad to make this report, but it is true. We would welcome back KLer any day or see Titan clean up their act.

Best quality landscape company in the quad-city area. They're dependable and easy to work with. They do incredible maintenance for all the local major commercial accounts. Would definitely recommend Titan Landscaping.
