We have had Urban Desert Landscaping for monthly landscaping maintenance of our property since Jan, 2023. The crew shows up by 9am the second Monday of each month, as scheduled. They even maintain my irrigation system, shuting it off for the winter, turning it on in spring and repairing occasional leaks. Thanks

Urban Desert really came through for me! I have an autoimmune condition and can t have poisons sprayed around my house and in any case, I don t like using them for environmental reasons. Brandon and his team worked with me, and they weed my yard BY HAND to keep me safe. Not to mention, they do a great job!

We hired this company to complete our irrigation system. Upon receiving a recommendation for them that only stated they were a new business owned by a couple young guys I chose to hire them and give them a chance. Well, lesson learned. Now about 6 months and 7 leaks later I am hiring another company to take over. I am very disappointed in them for several reasons. They stated irrigation was their speciality, although I knew more off Google. They made excuses everytime there was leaks, never taking ownership for mishaps. They never provided me with a map layout of the system as promised in the beginning. When I did phone them about another leak, they procrastinated return to fix it. Their professionalism severely lacked as I needed to guide them in providing a written out estimate, communication issues, etc. Now the two men that did all the labor work were awesome. One was a young boy on summer break, and one was one of the owners. These men busted their buts and worked hard. Only issue that caused an issue or two was communication. The language barrier was a lil difficult. All in all I totally regret ever giving the underdog a chance.

Brandon and his crew took over maintaining my apartment complex after several other landscapers didnt hold up their end of the bid. They had a lot of catching up to do which they did quickly. With only a little guidance now and again for areas that need extra attention they are very good at their job. Brandons crew is very quick and responsive to my requests and I appreciate their professionalism very much. For any apartment complexes in the quad city area, they are a great team for your landscaping needs.

Branden and Danny are the best! They are creative, responsive, cost effective and hire the best workers we have ever experienced, bar none. Urban Desert Landscaping took our rough plan for our backyard and improved on it. We collaborated with them as they they made the plan a reality. The plan included artificial turf, extension of our patios with pavers, building a fire pit area, flagstone walkways and putting together a gazebo with a flagstone floor. Additionally we had plants and trees to finish the plan. We are extremely happy with the outcome. It is beautiful and well done. Brandon, Danny and their crew were professional, friendly and did a great job cleaning up after the installation. We would highly recommend them.

I used Urban Desert Landscape to cut down and trim some of my cottonwood trees and it was one of my best experiences when dealing with a landscape company. I would also say it was very economical since they had to cut down two (2) trees and trim another four (4). They showed up when they said they would and were very communicative. They had all the work done in about 4hrs. When I reached out to them, they were able to get us on their schedule right away. I really appreciated the professionalism from the owners and their crew. This has been my best experience with a landscape company. The icing on the cake was the owner reaching out to me that night to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed (which I was). They really exceeded my expectations and their crew picked everything up and hauled it away and left my yard very clean. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any landscaping needs you may have. I know I plan on reaching out to them again to help me out with my lots drainage issues.
