Castro's hardscape & Masonry in Prescott Valley

Jose Castro, while working for another company was hired to come to my house to plant four plants, Clean up the front yard and move A large rock from one location in the yard to another. After paying him, I realize that he had not completed the job. I asked him about it. He said he would come by with some other guys to help him finish. In six months, I probably called this guy 10-15 times he made false promises, never fishing the job!!! Don’t trust him, He took the money and run and never finish the job and he wasn’t honest when he took the job in the first place. There are a lot of other companies that are way more honest

My wife and I hired Castro's Hardscapes to landscape our new home. We had a general idea for what we wanted, but changed our minds often. Castro's are very professional and also flexible. They frequently offered suggestions and sometimes recommendations against something we thought of doing. We almost always followed their suggestions. Castro's is a family owned business and father and son worked with what appeared to be friends. They didn't appear to need much, if any supervision and everyone seemed to always know their job. We had them create a back yard in our new home with pavers; artificial grass; planters for our flowers; installed an irrigation system for the planters; added lighting with a daylight controller for the front and back yards; built a natural gas firepit with benches; build a barbeque grill with granite countertop and built in fridge, trash can and storage on our patio; and in general did a beautiful professional job. My wife and I cannot recommend anyone any higher. We are extremely pleased with the results, and if you hire them we believe you will not regret it.

This was the first time I've ever had anything like this done before, Jose was great to work with he listened to what we wanted and he delivered, it was exactly what we wanted and more, Beautiful job and the project was completed on time. He has very positive references, he communicated with us throughout the entire project and is very responsive. He made recommendations when minor changes had to be done. He and the team were here until the job was completed (no waiting or wondering when they would come back) and they cleaned up the site every day.
