I am very happy with the front yard. I would like the back yard just cleaned but no trimming on the Nandina & the natural grasses in the back yard until Fall season. It is supposed to look like a natural meadow. I appreciate the small blue grass patch getting mowed in back each time you come. Thank you.

Terrible service. They gave me a monthly quote for yard upkeep and had me sign their contract. Then a week later they said their quote was too low and needed to charge extra. The work they did was completely a joke. In the contract, it stated yard clean up. Three months went by and the yard looked as if no yard work was done. Not sure how this company stays in business.

Came out early , got the job done in a very good timely manor , cleaned up and left everything like it was , hauled of the tree for me , I am very happy , will get them back for future work

Had an issue with trees hanging into neighbor s yard. Aspen came, patiently listened to what the neighbor wanted to have done, explained what trees were invasive and what should or needed to be trimmed and got to work. Took care of my neighbor situation and helped clean up and keep my other trees healthier while they were at it. Cleaned up after themselves and behaved professionally throughout. What more can you ask for??

We are very pleased with the design ideas from Cory and the work Aspen did. Hector and his crew, which included Arturo, Gabriel and others, showed up on time each day and took pride in their work. The results were amazing. As another reviewer mentioned, Cory informed us we could put pavers over the concrete on the patio, which we hadnt even thought of, and it elevated the appearance of the whole landscape design. We called Aspen Landscaping shortly after the new year. Our previous yard maintenance company had suddenly become unresponsive to our calls, and we had piles of leaves in both yards from Falls shedding. We also decided to upgrade the appearance of our front yard and do some additions to the existing rock work in the back. Aspen sent out Cory to give us an estimate for work. He arrived as scheduled, we discussed my ideas for upgrading the yards, and he gave me what he thought was a good approximation to complete the project- assuming acceptance of the bid (which we obviously did). Except for an unexpected snowfall, all the scheduled work dates and times were met, and the results to both yards was even better than what we had expected. My wife and I plan to do some additional planting and rock work in the yards come Spring, and Aspen Landscaping will be getting a call to start the process soon. Totally satisfied customer!

These folks did a great job helping us out with an irrigation system leak. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. The office staff are very helpful and provide scheduling, info, pricing, billing, etc. They even send out emails with landscaping tips. Wouldnt hesitate to work with these folks in the future.

Spring time and shedding oaks, and too much time since our yard was last cleaned. Michael, Isaiah, and Fernando worked efficiently and effectively getting our large yard back into shape. Not only did they clean up tons of tree debris, mow the lawn and weed but they also trouble shot the irrigation system finding a broken T fitting and replacing it. Aspen Landscaping does excellent work and I am very pleased with the results!

The crew was prompt, polite and fast. They paid close attention to my requests and did exactly what I asked them to do, especially about trimming a neighbors tree that was hanging over on our property.. They also did a good job cleaning up all the trimmings that they cut down. I think my neighbor will be using them now.

We called Aspen after getting bids from 3 other businesses that were too high, and after scheduling twice with one company who eventually blew us off and didn t come the day they d asked for and didn t call or text to cancel or reschedule. Cory came over right away and provided a very reasonable estimate and Eli and Gustavo followed up 2 business days later to perform the work. Eli and Gustavo did an outstanding job. They were professional and friendly and wanted to please the customer. They worked fast and didn t waste any time getting things done. We wanted 4 trees trimmed and 2 were in a not-so-easy location. We also wanted a ton of small pine needles blown off our landscape rocks and raked up. They did a great job getting those things done and our yard looks so much better and we aren t as worried about a fire from our western flank. Elijah was a pleasure to work with to get things scheduled, and Cory was excellent for the estimate! He had great ideas and didn t try to push unnecessary services on us. Thanks so much to all the hard working professionals at Aspen Landscaping!! I HIGHLY recommend and appreciate them.

We had these guys come out and do a firewise clean up near the shop and they did a very thorough job, very quick and efficient. We will be having them back to clean up the front entry way too. I would recommend them.

More of a blow and go this time. Blew leaves in both front and back yards into vacant lot next door, then the wind blew after they left and blew them back in the yards. They did weed eat and distribute weed killer.

The estimater was there when they said he would be , the crew how ever was a day late due to scheduling problems ? Supposed to be there on a Wednesday but showed up on Thursday then the machine broke down and had to repair it , showed back here about 5 hours later to complete job . Crew was very nice and apologized for the problems . The girl in the office was also very sweet and apologized for the mishaps . They should have rescheduled me for Thursday instead of dragging it out on Wednesday . I had scheduled stuff to be done on Thursday in which I had to cancel and reschedule my stuff when I probably could have gotten some of it done on Wednesday had they rescheduled me .

We needed a tree removed in our backyard, and Aspen sent out one of their Arborists (Cory) and he surveyed the work that needed and sent back an estimate we were happy with. We scheduled an appointment for their techs to come out, and they arrived on time. Eli, and Gustavo went to work and had the tree cut down and removed quickly with no issues. Apen Landcaping did a fantastic job on our backyard beautification project. Cory was very professional and the only one that took time to provide a detailed contract on what the price in included. He was also very thorough on measurements and provided an idea that the other contractors did not think of that saved me money and looked great. His 3 man crew were hard workers and very polite. The forman, Hector, was a perfectionist. They left the job site neat and clean. They worked very quietly. Did not play loud music like a lot of work crews do. I would certainly use Apen Landscape again and recommend them to our friends.

I asked Cory to do a landscaping project on the front of the house to make it look nice and beautiful, well, Cory and his crew did a great job, and I asked if he would finish the job at a certain date, he was able to finish the job one day early which I appreciated a lot. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and would recommend Aspen Landscaping without hesitation .

We have had Cory do several landscaping projects for us in Prescott. We were able to sell one of the properties for a great profit and I believe the landscaping had a big part in making that possible. He always does a great job from the design to the construction to the cleanup. I am already planning another project for Cory and his crew.

I met with Cory concerning a major yard cleanup and he stated he would have a quote for me within 24 hours. That was a week ago. Cory could see that I am not able to do any yard work due to my age. I feel that this gentleman has a problem with the older generation. I never did get a quote and I feel that this company has an inappropriate relationship with the older generation.

I called for an estimate was called back told that someone would come over for an estimate, wait a couple of weeks when no one came left another message asking for estimate no one ever called back or came to give an estimate At least have the decency to call back that was in early March

Just had Aspens crew install new astro turf in my back yard. Fantastic job, very high quality. Care to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Was told by friends to get 3 bids, Aspen was in the middle, but we feel gave us more than our moneys worth. So glad we used them. GREAT JOB!
