They cleared out the overgrowth in the front and back yard, and did good work, but trying to get a reply to their texts is like pulling teeth. Furthermore, they didn't haul away the trees they cut down, only dumping them by the curb. I was visited by the sanitation department today and was told Keymow was required to haul the cut foliage off themselves, and told me I had to pay 250 dollars for the city to haul it off. Not only that, but the yard workers (without my permission) stole two signs the city posted, which adds 40 dollars to the amount I owed the city (20 per sign).
KeyMow did an excellent job with our lawn. They were always very professional and responded quickly to our email. We only stopped using the service because we had to move from the area, but we would definitely use them again if we moved back.

After all the rain we are getting, the grass was very long this week. Roy showed up on the scheduled day as soon as the grass was dry enough and tamed our yard back to the way we like it. As with the previous times he cut our grass, he did a great job cleaning up the grass clippings afterwards. Were very pleased with the quality of the work he and his team do. One Saturday, I was searching again and filled out one for Keymow. Within the afternoon, I heard from Jackie and by the end of the weekend, from Roy to assess what I needed and make plans to meet for estimates for lawn care and plant bed re-do. They are prompt, professional, and great communicators! The work they do is awesome and I am very pleased with the new plantings and mulch they provided for bedding project!
