There has been no improvement in my lawn in the three years of service. There is as much Bermuda grass as Centipede. I see that the vast majority of reviews are either 5 or 1 which seems strange there arent many 2, 3 or 4. Mine is a 1. They come out and apply whatever was specified, but no one looks to see what is needed to solve the problems that appear obvious to me. The people doing the work do not appear at all knowledgeable but are just following a routine.

Rickey Turner is very knowledgeable in his work. He walked me through and helped me understand the different treatment plans he was about to do. You can tell just by talking to him he understands and cares for the customers lawn. Thanks Rick for taking time to answer my questions & giving me tips on how to better take care of my lawn.

I had them for a year. My yard now has dead spots everywhere. They do not take soil samples, they just spray whatever regardless if it helps or harms your lawn. My neighbors yards look so much better doing nothing.

Weve used TruGreen for many years, and cant say enough about how great theyve been. We loved our original tech, Kevin and it was no surprise to learn he trained our new tech, Chuck. So friendly and despite the heat, he was incredibly thorough on our last service. Great job!

Very professional staff and quality service.

I had no idea how much stress would be gone with weed free beds! The money I spent on the bed weed elimination and prevention has been worth every penny! Add to that the great progress my yard/grass has made since Truegreen started I am one happy customer :)

I was extremely disappointed with the services I received from TruGreen Mid South. We have a locked yard and a dog and repeatedly requested at least a day prior notice to arrival for servicing. That never happened. Person at home is in a wheelchair and account was noted that it takes time for them to get to the door. Many times the technician rang the bell and left before the door was answered. I paid for aeration and did not receive it and was told it was applied to other services instead, which was never approved. The new company Im using was greatly surprised that I had been using a lawn care service for the prior year with the condition of my lawn. He explained that TruGreen uses a cheaper chemical that doesnt kill the thin bladed hardier weeds. Multiple messages/contact forms were sent and when someone did finally return my call they had an attitude of we dont care. Horrible service, horrible customer service.

True green came for a year and treated our front yard. When they started we had bald patches everywhere. After a year it was unchanged . Such a waste of money.Picture is 1 year later .

They killed my front yard. They were friendly and the people on the phone were a pleasure to deal with though. Just dont think they know what they are doing, unfortunately. Ive re-sodded most of it and Im moving on.

This company is a complete scam. I have security cameras around the house. The technician only applied the fertilizer on his straight path to the back of the house. Also, reported that he treated the existing weeds which is not true. Don t waste your money.

Service went well. Will see in the spring if the herbicide was effective.

I have been fighting the weeds in my yard for over a year now. I called Trugreen Midsouth and they came out and took care of the weed problem I was having. No more weeds growing on my lawn and I am completely satisfied with the professionalism, customer care and special attention to details of my lawn. I highly recommend using Trugreen Midsouth as your lawn care provider. Its well worth it.

TruGreen treated my lawn in March, and a week or so later my front lawn is almost completely dead, and I have dead spots all over the rest of my lawn. They claim zero responsibility and refuse to refund my money. Do not use TruGreen for your lawn.

TruGreen has been pretty good. I was nervous about using them because I had heard mixed reviews. They came out regularly at first to spray and check on weeds--my yard was overgrown with them. They died pretty quickly leaving patches of nothing. They then came out to plant some seed and do some fertilizing pretty fast after that. I got my first service in January and now in May my yard is looking pretty good. Everytime I think about calling them because I see weeds popping up or am concerned about patches, they usually already have something scheduled and come out. Its not too expensive, my yard is looking so much better than when I had to do it, and they are efficient and professional. Give them a try!

My yard was nothing but weeds, but now it looks great. TruGreen truly made my yard a yard of the neighborhood.

TruGreen is working on getting my lawn in shape, but they are having challenges. I hope they get it worked out this year.

mr. Williams provided excellent service. This was my second treatment, and I have been very pleased. They do what they re supposed to do. Looking forward to a continued relationship.

The service we have received since Stacy Ware has been our technician has been excellent. Prompt notification along with showing up during the time frame they said they would.

I paid up front for a years worth of service and they told me that it would take about a year to start seeing real results. I have been patient with them and waited the year and my yard looks horrible. I have several different types of weeds in my yard that are taking over and my grass is mostly dead. I have called them many times to come out and they do come but there is never any progress. My yard only looks worse. I received an email today saying I have a past due balance. I can t believe that they have the audacity to ask me for more money considering how bad they have messed my yard up.I am the only one in my neighborhood that uses them and I have the worst looking yard in the neighborhood. I have 360 degree surveillance around my house and I have taken pictures throughout the year. I wish there was a way to post them in here so I could help other people save their money. I will say that the staff that comes out to do treatments is very nice but that is all that I can say good about my experience with them. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

The yard is looking great!! I wish I had done this years ago. LeeAnn is doing a super job for me letting me know when she would be here and addressing any trouble spots. 10/10

I said goodbye to Trugreen today but wanted to let other people know of my experience. We have had trugreen for over a year now and our yard looks horrible. I kept thinking things would improve with time but our yard has multiple types of weeds and looks worse rather than better than it did last year. I only wish I could post before and after pictures of the way our yard looks as evidence that the work that we paid for was worthless. Save your money and do it yourself- or do nothing. Seriously, every single yard in our neighborhood looks better than ours, it s embarrassing. All the guys who sprayed my lawn were nice, but I am not paying for cordiality I am paying for a weed free yard. Trugreen was a true fail.

When Kevin White with Tru Green first came out to our rural Saint Amant home, it was clear he was unsure if we would be a good fit, being that literally 98% of my lawn was clovers and thistleweed. Within 3 WEEKS, those dang thistleweeds were dead and I could walk barefoot in my grass again! Fast Forward now 4 months, his attention to our lawn is unparalleled with any service provider weve had. He constantly checks on us to ensure we are happy, to give us advice, etc. My grass is greener than I could ever imagine, DESPITE the oppressive heat and periods of too little or too much rain. We are so happy with Kevin and his service to our account. Ask for him. You wont be disappointed!!!!!

TruGreen has been Great !! We had dead spots all over the yard due to bugs. They came and explained the process along with other services they provide and we took those as well. Got to say it has been nice to have green grass coming back in the yard before winter and no weeds in our flower beds. Looking forward to their flea and tick treatment or I should say our Cat and Dog is looking forward to that treatment. Thank you TruGreen !
