Very professional and thorough. We had them install sprinklers in our front yard, which is full of roots and obstructions. It was a difficult job, but they showed up early and brought a full crew and were done earlier than we thought. We have used them before and would use them again.

They are pretty expensive for the services they provide so my expectations were high that they stood behind their work but have found them to flounder when their product and service was subpar. Hopeful they will reassess their accountability and responsibility.

Green Escapes did a great job helping us plan and execute our landscape overhaul. They helped us every step of the way. Johnny talked with us to learn our needs and wants. They then designed our landscaping plan to meet our budget.

All around Best service!!!!! I had existing flower beds that got totally redone and i am so pleased! From removing lava rocks, removing a tree stump, removing flowerbed borders, and sizing down on the size of one of my flower beds. From day one the staff was so helpful and very patient with me as we designed and picked out plants for my flowerbeds. They listened to my likes and dislikes and gave great suggestions when I was in doubt. When the crew came out, they worked efficiently, were respectful of my property, and each day they cleaned up any and all mess to where you didn t even know they were there. I had a stump removed which required a small piece of machinery in my yard. They used mats and not one track mark was left in the yard. They completed this job in an amazing time frame! I cannot brag on this company enough!!! I will definitely be reaching out to them when I m ready for my next project!

Don designed a beautiful remodel of our front yard landscaping. The team working at our house were always on time, professional, and left the yard clean each day. We had quick responses each time an issue came up and they even came out to correct an issue that we became aware of after a hard rain - even though the work had been completed the week prior.

Weve been working with Green Escapes since 2011. Don and his team of professionals have completely landscaped our yard including irrigation and lighting, and maintained all of it monthly. Weve had several additions/modifications over the years too, and have been happy with all the work. We had several trees fall over after Ida came through. Green Escapes was there the next day, repairing the damage. If you want a company who will design, build, maintain your landscaping, and you wont have to worry about it being done well, this is our recommendation. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Green Escapes just completed a major project at our home. It involved extensive drainage, restoration of our irrigation system, a brick addition to our existing patio, new landscaping throughout our back yard, and complete sodding of our back yard. Don and his associates, especially Jose, were excellent in their knowledge and planning of all facets of their work. They were attentive to our many requests and questions. We are very pleased and love our new back yard!

Our project started with a need for drainage. Their team met with us at our home to listen to our needs and ideas. We were presented a beautiful design for our outdoor area beyond anything we could have thought of on our own. They worked with us and our budget, creating a phase by phase plan. Their workers were top notch. Polite, hard working and kept our place clean as they went. Final inspection done by the manager before invoicing and another visit by their owner just recently (60 days out) to see how we still feel about the work done and to make sure we were happy with the outcome. We are.

I had an outdoor kitchen and a paver patio done by Green Escapes. They are very professional and they make sure the customer is satisfied. They have an awesome team.

Don and his team are outstanding and always attentive to our needs even though we are what I would consider a small customer. We are very happy with our monthly maintenance and all services provided throughout the year. They work to meet your needs and expectations no matter the size of the job.

They went above and beyond cleaning up our front and rear and side flower beds. Pruning, fertilizing, soil addition, mulch and a 12 deep trench of rocks along the back side of each bed. I cannot recommend Don, Jose and their entire team for their professionalism and desire for us to be more than satisfied. You CANNOT go wrong selecting them to give you beautiful landscaping. We are so happy that we have contracted with them to do monthly maintenance.

Don and his staff are courteous, conscious and all about doing the job right. If you have a problem, they will take care of it.

They wanted to charge me $95 to look at my job for 30 min. Thats $190/hour to look and listen. If everyone did that i would be out of money paying people to talk to me, i wouldnt be able to pay for the job. Give me a break. Not everyone has piles of money laying around to bribe someone to look at their job. Im adding 1*, im not unreasonable, but being told im taking food off your table by posting my opinion when i am only able to do this job with the gracious help of a friend almost persuaded me not to

Had a pleasurable experience working with Don at Green Escapes. He offered me the best design for my yard, even suggesting a cheaper design than I thought I needed. He also gave me options for the future to grow my design to keep my budget in check. Even after the job was finished, he made changes to plants to make sure we were both satisfied to the fullest.

Green Escapes sodded my back yard, removed a large tree and install some pavers. They were professional, courteous and payed attention to details. They cleaned up after the job and it was like they were never there. I highly recommend them.

On October of 2022 I contracted with Green Escapes for landscape design and installation. It was a pleasure working with their representatives in both areas. While I was given design suggestions they were very receptive to my opinions and were very willing to please me. They did a beautiful job and I was very impressed with the professionalism of all involved. In fact, they even checked on the work 2 months after completion to offer suggestions for maintaining the beauty of the plants/shrubs installed. I have also contracted with Green Escapes for monthly maintenance of the newly installed plants. After we had a hard freeze, most of our landscaping was dead and did not come back. We reached out to Green Escapes to come consult and give a quote. They came out the next day to take measurements and get pictures. Within the week I was sent the quote, scope of work and a beautiful vision of the new landscaping. I asked if they could create a place where I could have coffee and they made it happen beyond my imagination. We were put on their schedule within 3 weeks after the acceptance of the quote. All of the work was completed in 2 days. We get compliments from all of our neighbors and we are happy to tell them who did the work.

Had drainage problems in my backyard and the yard also needed to be leveled. Contacted several companies and got bids on French drains and soil. The gentleman who came out from Green Escapes to give me a quote was very professional and knowledgeable. Green Escapes was the least expensive so I opted to use their services. The guys who performed the work did a nice job. They kept things clean and neat and finished in a timely manner. I did expect more dirt to be put out and there was another issue with where the dirt that was dug out from the drains was disposed. I called the company and they took care of both issues very quickly. I would highly recommend Green Escapes to correct drainage issues around the house.
