Had this company come out multiple times to get a quote on a drainage system. First time it was just one guy. He said he d have the quote the next Monday then he never called and said he went on vacation. Then he said he needed the owner to come out. The owner came out and said he would work on it. Never did. After checking in multiple times and getting the same answers, I still haven t gotten a quote. Very unprofessional and unserious. Guess they didn t want my 20k

Randoll was very helpful in recommending a drainage solution for us and Angel and Edmundo did a great job installing 2 new drains in my yard. Highly recommend these guys.

My wife and I hired The Grounds Guys to install hardscape/edging in our front yard and around our tree and we couldnt be more happy with the outcome! Angel and Edmundo did the actual work and were amazing! Angel made sure we were happy with the placement of the new plants and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with the progress. I had an irrigation leak that was very frustrating and had not been successfully repaired by another company. The Grounds Guys had to make a few visits to finally get to the root of the leaks, but they were persistent and did an outstanding job. From the technician who was here multiple times to the Customer Service person I spoke to on the phone, to the management, The Grounds Guys were very professional and had great communication. They will definitely be the ones I call if another issue arises.

They lie, they are con artists, they bait and switch, they do absolute garbage work and they will steal your money by running off and not completing the job. They were paid to grade and sod my yard so water would drain properly. They are so ignorant, they sloped it in the wrong direction and drainage is worse. They did not bring equipment to remove waste grasses that were skimmed so they tried to bury it in another part of my yard and hide it. The sod they provided has massive amounts of clover grow within a week. Another professional came out and saw NO roots from my soil, all the rooting was in there poor sod. They wanted me to pay a ridiculous fee to remove clover. They buried a 10 ton soil truck, because they are ignorant buffoons, in my front yard and had to have heavy equipment come in and tow them out. They destroyed the front yard and ran off soon after, never to be seen again and not repairing the damage. After 10 weeks of not showing up to finish job or repair damaged property we hired another company to finish the work. We will be going to court to sue these clowns. Stay far away from Grounds Guys of Greenville unless you have money to waste and time to waste in court proceedings.

Amazing work! My yard side yard went from a looking like a jungle to the garden it is supposed to look like. Justin and Angel made sure everything looked okay with me before going on to the next task. Very detail oriented.

Angel and Edmundo with Ground Guys Greenville did a great job with an irrigation/drainage project in the front of my house. They communicated well, worked very hard, and cleaned up nicely after every day and the end of the project. I would use Angel, Edmundo and the Ground Guys again and recommend them!

We are so grateful for Reeses professional work today on our irrigation system. He took care of each problem we had, and went above and beyond by trying to make things better than we had even hoped for. He is a valuable member of the team, and I would highly recommend this company.

The Grounds Guys of Greenville were great to work with! Steve came by, gave us an estimate and once we signed contract, kept in contact with us before, during and after the job was finished. Our team (Gerardo, Sergio, and Clotilde) arrived in a timely manner and went straight to work. They pruned (which was way overgrown), weeded, cleaned out our riverbed and removed unwanted bushes. Their clean up was impeccable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

We had them come tear out a drain and install a French drain properly including tying in our downspouts. Angel and Edmundo did an awesome job. They never stopped until the job was done. I highly recommend these guys.

We had a great experience with the Grounds Guys. Originally we had another company set to help us with our drainage issues but they kept pushing our job further back. I called the Grounds Guys and explained that situation and they sent someone out right away to take a look at the issues and draw up a quote. They were super easy to schedule and get ahold of for any questions I had. Angel and Edmundo came out to install our new French drain and pipe off several downspouts. They explained everything they were going to do to make sure we were on the same page, were super nice and professional, and did a great job. We highly recommend the Grounds Guys and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We use the Ground Guys for weekly lawn care. The guys do such a great job and are polite. Today Gabriel, Robert and Chase did our bushes. Everything was trimmed as we liked ( we can be picky) and all the debris was removed. Glad we found this service and they do so much more than lawns.

The Grounds Guys did an excellent job installing a French drain behind my garage and a dry creek bed to help drainage on the other side of my yard. The work was top notch and the cleanup was as well.

Very responsive and more then reasonable

I was scheduled to have my grass cut on Monday; no one showed up nor contacted me. I called and left voicemail, and even sent an email. Someone responded to my email and stated they will be out the next day on Tuesday. Again, no one showed up nor called me. They stood me up twice. This company has poor customer service and communication skills. I deserved the common courtesy to at least let me know they can not service my residence. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Originally wasn t very pleased. Matt reach out and was very polite and pleasant. Quick to fine a solution and make sure everything was 100% satisfactory. Good work in the Simpsonville area.

I had to move a large garden area due to property line issue. The team transplanted rose bushes for me, moved the garden space and re-mulched. Overall, they did a great job, and were solicitous of my instructions. Unfortunately, they had to transplant the bushes on the hottest day of the summer (100 degrees!) to meet my deadline, so there may have been no way around it, but my rose bushes have since all died. I dont know if it could have been avoided by covering and watering the roots until they could be re-planted in the dirt that day, or if it was unavoidable. I will nevertheless use this crew again because I dont know if it was their fault or not, and everything looked good when they left. Matt was good to work with! Thank you!

They never came when the were suppose to. Scalped my lawn in several places.

They did a good job when they showed up but were not dependable. I would have appreciated a call or text if they were not going to continue cutting my grass. I am praying for them . God will work it out He knows best

This company is very responsive to issues and needs. They actually solicit feedback, listen to concerns, address the issue and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Unfortunately they dont respond to warranty work. Ill be contacting BBB.

We recently used them to repair a rock wall. Upon completion the wall did not look like we had hoped. Matt was determined to make sure we were happy with the final results. Once he was done, the wall looked better than new. The work that was done produced a quality look and he was very good to deal with. This is the second time they have done work at our house and we will continue to use them and recommend them where we can.

Having the Grounds Guys of Greenville on property this week. Justin and Steven arrived early to start. Took the time to duscuss my job and expectations. Both were very courteous and respectful of the property and completed the job correctly, left the area cleaned when they were done. All in all a great experience and value for the service. The Grounds Guys really took care of me. The owner, John, spent time talking to me and giving me options during the initial estimate/consultation. His team worked efficiently and it was clear they know what theyre doing. If I need landscaping services again, I will be calling The Grounds Guys.

Just bought a house in Greenville and needed a major yard cleanup. Steven, Thad, and Ricky came out and did it all. Mow, blow, trim, gutters, they did it all and did an excellent job. Much appreciated!

We recently had a fire pit installed in our yard as a gift from our daughter. This is our first experience with The Grounds Guys and we are very pleased with them. Steve and Justin did the work and we felt that they treated the job as if it were at their own home. They were courteous, professional and answered our questions. We asked for estimates for some other work and would gladly hire them again.

We have wanted to have our home professionally lit for Christmas for years and we are so happy that we finally did!! When we called The Grounds Guys, Ashley, who answered, was extremely helpful and accommodated our schedule in sending someone to quote for us and did so quickly. John, the owner, came out and was professional and polite. He even let my 7 year old son walk the home with him and help him measure because he wanted to help. He let him be involved and gave me ideas of what would look best. The quote came back quick and we were scheduled promptly. Steve and Blake who came to install the lights were professional, kept the work area neat and so polite. From start to finish we are extremely happy we used you guys and have gotten so many compliments on our home. Why is the cost twice what it was last year??

We first hired Matt to do a big spring cleanup, and we were so pleased that we hired him to continue with our regular yard maintenance. Our previously long-neglected yard looks better and better every time he comes. And we just had him replace an old retaining wall that was rotting, and he did a great job with that whole project. He s competent, professional, and hard-working. We couldn t be happier!

The grounds guys were on time. I have used them before and they did an outstanding job.

Ive been using Grounds Guys for about 4 months now and I can tell you that my experience so far has been excellent! They arrive once a week to do lawn cutting and edging but they do so much more. They take the time to cut the yard in a nice diagonal pattern (looking like you would see at a baseball game or football stadium). They edge, remove and spray for weeds, and even trim the shrubs when needed. I even saw the guy stand back after trimming to make sure the shrubs were all of even height. Now thats attention to detail! They have three different plans to choose from and their prices, in my opinion, are fair. Some people may think that the prices are a little high but honestly I never have to worry about my yard or finding the time to do yard work, they handle everything including yard treatment (fertilization and weed control) as well as aeration. A real pleasure so far to work with and they have my yards looking like it belongs in a home and garden magazine!!

My experience is with the commercial aspect of their business, I highly recommend John and his crew. Very disappointed. The guy that comes to do my grandmother s yard zooms around on the mower completely ripping up the yard. I had planted new grass and he came and basically ruined any chance it had of coming up by driving the mower all over it. The grass above the wall, where he can t get his mower, looks fantastic and was able to come up because he didn t trample it with his mower.They leave tire tracks all over the driveway from the mower. He came to the house and picked up on a job that I had clearly already started and worked very hard on basically taking money out of my pocket. We had been told several weeks ago that It was his last time coming. Just a very poor job that they come and do
