I highly recommend not to hire the company for any grading or tree removal. I scheduled a promised appointment. Which never happened. Then, when I finally was able to communicate with Owner. He didnt honor our original agreement. Insted. Sent another contractor, who quoted a price, almost 3 times higher than his promise. And laughed! When I inquired. Now! I Have a mess. To find a honest contractor. Completely trash company. I wish I could give zero stars.

Saul was excellent! I was traveling out of down during the project. Saul was very patient and I was very happy with the final results of my new raised garden bed installation. Also did grading in my backyard and plant removal.

Not worth the money for landscaping. Did very little but charged double and the outcome was very disappointing. I had to set up the framework.

Saul is so responsive and easy to work with. He and his crew installed two pallets of sod where we had a tree removed. The grass looks great and we couldnt be happier. Highly recommend!!

Saul and the team at Rid serviced my home for 7 years with regular lawn maintenance, and landscaping services (sod, mulch, tree trimming, flower beds, etc) and it looked amazing with their care. They were always professional, reliable / consistent and courteous - kept me updated of any potential issues with my yard, and were always responsive when I wanted to consult with them about changes. I would still be a client if I didnt move to another part of town, but they know if they ever decide to expand their service area, they have a customer for life!

Rid property services built a few retaining walls for us at Blades lawnmower shop. As well as laying down stone. We could not be happier with the outcome they were efficient and did it with us operating around them. Without issues and the results were better than expected.

Saul showed up on time and understood my requests. He also offered some insight on what plants/bushes to install. His team also showed up on time and tore out several large bushes, installed new bushes, laid mulch, and even mowed the grass and trimmed the other hedges without us asking. Great experience!! This company is fantastic! They are efficient friendly and wonderful. Highly recommended!!!

These folks were great to work with! They removed an old lower deck section and stairs and added a large paver patio. The old slab outside the basement door was broken and shifted, so they removed it and replaced it with the pavers. We had old brick edging around the flower beds that was falling apart, so they replaced that with matching paver edging. We also have an area with slate chips for my raised garden beds and a place all prepped for a greenhouse, and they knocked it all out in a few days and left everything cleaner than they found it! Great communication as well. The pics dont do it justice because nothing is there yet, but were very excited about our new outdoor space and plan to have them out to do more.

WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!! We used their landscape services recently to remove some leaves, trim our bushes, and re-mulch a fairly large section of our front yard. I had no concept of what something like this should cost, but I was very pleased and thought the price was WELL worth the time and money we would have spent to do it ourselves. Rid Property Services provided lawn care for my rental property for 4 years. Great service and requests for account statements and other items were answered promptly.

Started using their house cleaning services while under going chemo in 2017. So professional and attentive to my needs. Then we decided to use the lawn mowing/maintenance service. Everyone has been great! Was sorry to have to discontinue their services when we moved out of state .

Very disappointed in services provided. Accountability to satisfactory pledge of performance not honored. This company was unable to have competent worker, required constant supervision Company accepted a cleaning job in Roswell. HomeOwner was charged mileage in addition to having incomplete job assignment. I would never use Rid Property Service again, nor would I refer them to anyone.
