I had a 60-year old stone front porch. After many years of neglect, it was a total mess. Blake and his crew (Jeremy and Danny) totally deconstructed all the bad parts and quickly and professionally repaired everything. The entire job was completed in one day. Backyard renovations are definitely ones we all consider consistently. My wife and I put our trust in Blake and his team to bring our backyard vision to life. We were anxious to have the project completed, but understood the timeline. His team works tirelessly to ensure a perfect product install and any areas that may have been disturbed due to machine traffic were properly repaired once the job was completed. I spoke to a lovely lady regarding a spring clean up. I was quoted a price which was fine. We signed an agreement. I was told that they were behind due to all the rain which was fine bc it wasnt a rush. A week went by and I heard nothing so I reached out. I was given a date. The day comes and goes and no landscapers. So I call again. And now I get another date. Sure enough tbay day comes and goes no one shows up. Bottom line I am extremely disappointed in the company. I understand they are busy with commercial projects and repeat customers but to blow us off was not ok. I hope they dont treat all new customers this way.

We had an old dangerous concrete walkway that we wanted replaced. Blake recommended Cambridge pavers was the best option for longevity. We decided to go that route and we are so happy we did. Dutchess Lawns saved the day on our project. We were having a major water issue in our basement from cracks in our foundation. When Blake came out to give us an estimate he recommended excavating around the foundation so they can repair the broken blocks and install new waterproofing. They did an amazing job cleaning up and were super efficient during the entire process. We super pleased with the way everything turned out and will certainly be using them again for any future projects.

I wanted this to be a positive review, and it cant be. We had Blake come and provide an estimate for a packed gravel pad foundation for a shed. Upon receiving the formal estimate, we accepted and I immediately called his office to make arrangements to put down a deposit and schedule the work (within a day of receiving the formal estimate). The woman who answered the phone told me Blake would call me back within the week to take a deposit and schedule the work. We knew that his team would not be able to start the work for 3-4 weeks, but we were okay with it, just eager to get something scheduled. Over the course of the next four weeks my husband and I emailed and called Blake repeatedly, and I left messages on the company voicemail. Blake emailed my husband once and called us back once, both times to tell us that he was busy preparing for snow season and would get back to us the following week to schedule the job and take the deposit. After four weeks of chasing him, trying to give him money, and getting little to no reply, we gave up and hired someone else. The review starts and ends with really unprofessional communication. If he didnt want the job or couldnt take it, he could have been upfront about it instead of stringing us along for a month.

Blake and his team did a phenomenal job. They took great care and precision installing these custom flamed pavers. Not only that, they came back and sealed them to protect even further.
