Jarrett worked for 3 hrs and quit because he didn’t like that I told him not to walk 300 ft to the edge of the property without a rake or blower. He would get out there and find he needed one or the other to do the job. He also sent me multiple vulgar texts saying he had not gotten his check and said I should have paid him cash. I told him that we sent the check out on the regular pay period end. Since we have not seen his check clear we have reissued another check and I have notified him to come pick it up. He has not responded. My customer love what we do for them and we provide them with the utmost service. We have a strict drug policy and send people on a regular basis for random testing. I am really sorry you feel this way Jarrett. You told me you didn’t want the pay but I felt it was only right to compensate for the 3 hours of work.
