R&S did some work on my patio removing tree roots from under the pavers. Also some mulching in the front of the house. All the work was completed on time and in a professional manner.

We could not be happier with the job that R&S did on our backyard. We needed a large amount of backfill against our pool to act as a retaining wall. They quickly and efficiently brought through more triaxles of dirt than I could count and built it up to our townships code. More than the excellent workmanship, they are probably the most communicative contractor we have hired for ANY job. Id use and recommend R&S again in a heartbeat.

Scott did a fantastic job of reviewing the issues that I was experiencing on my property (single family home, water breech in basement). He methodically analyzed all the options to help remediate my situation. But the biggest thing about working with him was his ability to listen to the customer. I felt like an equal while we were discussing solutions, where my opinion mattered. Kudos to Scott for being so customer focused and providing exactly what was needed, even as things changed as I got other work done on the property. He was a pleasure to work with!

I live in a development serviced by R & S. They do good work with the basics: mowing and trimming shrubs and such. But when it comes to work in mulch or flower beds, its not rare for workers to destroy plants (shredding them with a line trimmer or simply uprooting them and disposing of them as if they were weeds). Its upsetting when a plant that took three seasons to mature is gone in one second of bad landscaping work.

This is a terrific company! Very professional, good pricing and best of all, provide terrific results! I highly recommend.

We recently switched over to R&S for our community lawn service. Since switching, we have had tremendous success on the turn-around of the curb appearance of the development in just a few short months. Their weekly grass cutters go out of their way to make sure the property looks wonderful and are super friendly to talk to. The grass has never looked so good. When an issue arises in the community, the managers are fast to respond and takes care of them seamlessly. A highly recommended professional company.

I am happy to report that working with Ryan and his team at R and S Property Services have completely exceeded my already high expectations based on a previous recommendation from a very satisfied previous customer. As a small scale contractor, I will never consider using anyone else again. From a timely 20 pieces 8 Arborvitae tree delivery and install in 1 day to an incredible fully custom designed multi bed planting scheme and full rear yard lawn prep, seed and mat. These guys do it all. Most importantly, they do it well, they are reasonably priced and they are incredibly efficient. I love to see top notch equipment, a focus on safety and full supervision throughout the process. R and S checks off all these boxes. After a recommendation from a friend we decided to give R&S property services a try on a renovation property and I am glad we did! Aaron was at our property immediately and had a bunch of great ideas for our washed out horribly shaped flower beds. We also needed some of the property rockhounded and seeded for grass. When Aaron came back out with his crew they were there right on time and had everything they needed. He even used some boulders we had on the property to accent one of the trees they planted. It s has now been a few weeks and every plant is thriving and the lawn is growing already! Dealing with Aaron and the rest of his team was a pleasure and I can t wait to use them in the future!

Our community has been using R&S Property Services for a little over 8 months. After an extensive search for a new landscaper, R&S was selected out of 5 companies that bidded for our HOA community. Even though they werent the cheapest bid the old saying goes you get what you pay for. The responsivness of their crews to issues or new work requests has been above and beyond anything our community has recieved from prior landscapers. This company truly cares about its customers and always does the right thing.
