I have them do my yearly back flow test. They do a great job. Just don’t write them a check if you want it to clear fast, they only deposit checks once per month, which seems odd because I got a “hurry up and pay” email 2 days after receiving the bill.

The owners and staff at UltraLawn are top notch! They arrive on time and do a great job. This winter David Gibson even gave my mailbox area a quick snow berm cleaning...and I wasn’t even on the snow removal list ...he just did it to be kind. You can’t go wrong by hiring them and you will be supporting a family owned business. They are a kind and generous family who deserve Post Falls homeowners support.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but beware if you use this company once they'll assume you want to use them again. They'll just show up to your house without your verbal consent, or without you even arranging the appointment. Then they'll send you a bill for it! They showed up to my rental property without my permission, or without letting my tenants know they were there. They then proceeded to leave the gate open for their dog and small children to possibly escape from. I don't think they realize or care that most people have to budget for services, and prefer setting up appointments for when they can afford it. The owner wouldn't even have the common courtesy of calling me to figure out what happened. Now I'm stuck paying for a service I didn't even want!

Came out told me I had fungus and needed fertilizer. They treated yard and yard got worse called them they came out and told me I now needed another treatment for bill bugs and my yard also needed aeration and my sprinklers needed work. None of this was mentioned during my first visit. Called owner waste of time doubled talked and when I told him don't come back he told me 30 days to pay or I send you to collect. Stay away from this company. Poor customer service from owner.

I put myself through college working at a golf course which made me picky about my lawn, but also knowledgeable about the care required to keep it in peak shape. Turning the fertilizing and aeration services over to someone else made sense financially to me, but it was TOUGH to let go and I worried about the quality. I am here to tell you I could not be happier. This is the beginning of our second season with them. My lawn has never looked better. Not a weed in sight, started off green and healthy within days of the snow being gone. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. They call the day before to make sure it's a good time. They don't try to sell you stuff you didn't ask for but they do offer advice and suggestions when you ask. So many of these services in our community are half-rate and not reliable. Ultra-Lawn is the opposite. Fantastic company.

We're very happy with Ultralawn's service, especially advice + repair of sprinklers to make sure we're getting effective coverage. After going through several area landscapers who sent people who knew less than we did, it was nice to get expert assistance that made a difference!

I have had my lawn mowed for over 10 years. This was the first time I have ever used this company. First, they charged me more than I have ever paid before. Second, they did a horrible job. Never seen anything like it. :( .The grass was cut uneven, they would miss spots and then left chunks of grass all over my lawn. The chunks of wet grass would then kill the grass underneath. It was so embarrassing when people would come over. They couldn't believe I would pay that kind of money to ruin my lawn. :( They obviously had no clue about lawn mowing. Hopefully they figure out how to be more professional and train their people. Lesson learned and moving on!
