Great prices, but terrible service. Augusta did excellent work the first 2-3 times but then the quality dropped significantly. The high schoolers they send are in and out within 10 minutes and do not fulfill their commitments. I fired Augusta after multiple attempts to resolve these issues, yet they still show up at my house and continue to charge me. It's quite a way to do business—showing up after being fired. Avoid them like the plague.
Dawson is a very hard worker! He was able to schedule us within 1 week and completed the job in 2 days. He really went above and beyond, cleaned up the job nicely, and added tasks we weren’t expecting 😊 very happy!

I only wish there was a customer portal so there is a way to see when the service has been completed or if there is going to be a delay or change due to weather or other circumstances. Otherwise everything has been great!
