Three Trees Landscaping Inc in Post Falls

My yard was neglected and I really needed help getting it to where I could manage it myself. I called and they got back to me with in a reasonable amount of time and was able to set me up for the following week. They did a fabulous job edging the lawn and clearing around the bushes and fence line. It was a massive help! Something that would have taken me all day to do they did beautifully in less than two hours.

Three trees has designed lawns for our last 2 homes. Their work is meticulously designed to the customer's requests. Employer and workers have always been respectful and responsible.

I am very disappointed with the service I received on Friday. I only have 2 outlets on my drip system. First of all your service was terrible, your time spent on flushing out the system was less than 5 minutes. Second, he wasn't very good with customer service. Third, I had to put the cover back on the systems outlet. Finley Forth, I was at the front door with the check when he left .(no storm door or mat.) I feel that $55.00 was a lot more than it should have been . Gary Hill

Three Trees does excellent, all around landscaping work for big jobs as well as small jobs. I have had Austin work on two jobs, and he has gone above and beyond in effort and quality. My only complaint is a lack of online payment or the ability to even pay with card, which has caused some difficulty in me paying them on-time. Online payment, or even over the phone card payment, would result in a five star rating.

They layed concrete curbing for us. It was supposed to be a dark red color, to match our other garden features. I requested THREE times that they mix the red paint into the concrete. They apparently forgot. They poured it grey instead. Then, when I reminded them, they just sprayed thin red paint on top of the concrete. So now, the red surface has completely faded and is covered in scratches (which would not have happened if they had mixed it into the concrete instead of on top). Also, the concrete was mixed too dry, so, It started cracking after only 3 years; now it's 6 years since it was done, and the whole curb is crumbling and breaking down everywhere. It's cracked and the color is horrible. Professionally poured concrete is supposed to last 15 years. Clearly, this wasn't even sealed. We asked them to fix it, even offering to meet them partially on payment. They said it was beyond the 1 year warrenty and refused. This company does NOT honor its work. We also requested 6" of top soil because the earth is so rocky. Again, they cut corners and lay 1" maximum. So everytime you try to plant something, it's a huge hassle. They cut corners. Rarely answer the phone (as others have complained also). We paid them thousands of dollars for shoddy work. and on top of everything, the bill was hugely more than the estimate! ......DO NOT USE THEM!

These people are great, I’ve used them for 3 years now. If no one answered leave a message and they call right back. They do my back flow every year turn on and off Sprinkler system. I’ve also had them do repairs on my sprinkler system replacing head to drip lines very professional and courteous people

Do not let them do any snow plowing. They are currently driving around in circles doing nothing. They started to plow our street earlier and then left. 3 hours and 45 minutes later, the side of the street with the houses and sidewalks is a mess. Not even plowed. Had the same issue last year. Also, last year, they plowed up my driveway (at an angle for some reason) and tore up all my grass and pushed my landscaping rocks all over into my yard. Never returned my phone call about that! We have an HOA so no, I did not hire them nor would I ever. Be warned.

I hired Three Trees Landscaping to work on the backyard of my new home. The estimate wasn't even close to the final total. The crew intentionally stretched the job, wasting time and then charging us more than three times what was approved. The materials they used were substandard and I have had numerous problems with every thing they did, including the damage they did to our espalier fruit trees that they delivered and planted, telling us that damage to trees couldn't be avoided and would not be replaced. Now, they won't call me back after I paid them $8,000. Three Trees Landscapers are unprofessional and borderline criminal, I would not recommend them to anyone.
