When you pay for a lawn service company that is licensed and bonded , you hope the results are professional. The sidewalks and curbs should be edged with no grass overgrowth. The grass mowed, any rubbish removed, grass clippings not left in the street and any growth in the street removed. All items were agreed to be complete with the initial consultation. However, it either didn't happen or it wasn't a professional result. 1. Rubbish and grass clippings left in the front and side of the house. 2. They put the organic yard materials in the recycling bin. They put more than that in it because it was unusually heavy, like cynder blocks were in it. 3. Edging looked like it was not done at all, not professional. 4. There are no mow lines and it looks messy. It almost looks like it was done with a weed wacker. There was some overgrowth but everything could easily been mowed resulting in a clean look. That did not happen. The overall result was dissapointing.
