West Lawn Service in Portsmouth

This company is charging me $465 for a basic front lawn cut and edge and some debris that was removed from our property. We will gladly tell the property manager to NOT have this company redo our property. The pictures that were provided were piss poor. The full lawn was not captured or the city portion that we still have to maintain. Attention to detail was not there in my opinion that warrants a $465 charge for one cut especially since it was not over grown.

This company takes care of a few houses on our street. We have had minor annoyances over the years including once when they "took care" of a dangling limb in our yard by pulling it to the ground and damaging our dogwood tree and lamp post at the same time, then trying to charge us $60 for it! My husband and I both have back issues but make it a priority to always have our yard and lawn looking nice. My husband went out this weekend and cut the lawn as well as cleaned up all of the leaves. Today, the lawn company came and did our neighbor's yard and blew tons of debris all over our driveway from our neighbor's yard and side yard! It's terrible! Now my husband and I will have to clean it all up! This is bad business! I don't care if they don't like me or not. It shouldn't matter that we don't pay them to do our yard! A business should NEVER do this! I have photos but it will not allow me to post them here. EDIT: I tried to give him a chance to correct his mess and he's told me he can't come until next Wednesday, a week from now! I guess he doesn't care what people think of his work, it's not like I'm a customer! I will be talking to my neighbors who are customers of his and showing them what he said! SECOND EDIT: Someone returned today and not only cleaned up the mess but also blew out our carport. I tried to thank him but it appears that he is not available on Facebook. I'm updating my rating to reflect the quick correction of the error made.

Response to my initial inquiry was fast. I had quote for my lawn same day! Mowed and edged my yard and it looks great! Turn around time was about 1 week. Really happy with their service.
