We have worked with Prestige on several projects at home and at our business, and are always impressed by the quality of the work and the crew! Our latest project was the transformation of a gravel area at our dental office that was an eyesore. We wanted to turn it into an attractive garden that our employees, patients and neighbors could enjoy. We also wanted to add a paver path, and some large boulders to make it more eye-catching. Patrick and Ember came up with a great design and chose the perfect materials and plants, and our crew was fantastic; they were on time, pleasant, and professional. Antonio's attention to detail was particularly impressive - he paused to get our feedback on an option he thought would give us a better end result, which we approved of. We’re happy to recommend Prestige for any landscaping project. The plants were just put in in the winter, so the after photo is before anything is blooming. It already looks much nicer, and we're expecting it to be beautiful in the spring!
Prestige did a beautiful re-landscaping of my >100yo bungalow in NE PDX! Scope was hardscaping + planting for about 2000 sq ft on a corner lot. While the work itself was top notch, I specifically want to call out Braiden, the project manager for the engagement! Incredibly responsive and accommodating, I really felt like I had 1:1 service throughout the whole process. Already recommending Prestige to my friends and happy to do so here, as well. Patrick, Kelly, and the entire Prestige team were incredible! They transformed our front and back yards, adding a water feature, a beautiful pergola, brand new deck, pavers, and hundreds of plants—plus so much more. Communication was seamless throughout the project, and the results are fantastic. Excited to watch everything bloom next spring!
You know that overwhelming sense of relief and yes--JOY you get when you find, in this crazy and increasingly-unfriendly and unhelpful world, a person or company who actually takes care of you--with excellence in communication, workmanship, integrity and value? You like that relief and joy? Then hire Prestige. They rebuilt my basalt retaining wall--carefully matching new stone to old--, an upper retaining wall with pressure-treated wood, and some stone steps. During the process, they nicked one of my irrigation lines, and fixed it. The reason I know about this is because they told me!!! (Integrity!!) The project manager came back and did a walk-through with me and replaced another sprinkler head that had been damaged. They clearly wanted to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction and that they did work they could be proud of. And did I mention value? Their cost was MUCH lower than a quote from a large company known for only building walls. I'm having them back in the fall to put in erosion-control plants--I can't wait for my fully-Prestige-ous yard!
My experience with this business has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We engaged their services for a very expensive job and we expressed concerns about the quality of the plants they were using for landscaping. They showed up looking unhealthy. We were assured by both the team and the owner that any plants that didn't make it would be replaced, and that they were covered under warranty. However, despite these assurances, when some of the plants failed to survive, they refused to honor their commitment. Even though they acknowledged on voicemail that we had discussed warranty coverage and that there were visible quality issues with some of the plants, they failed to take responsibility. Furthermore, they never mentioned that weather conditions could limit their warranty coverage, nor did they provide any evidence to support their claim that the plant failures were not due to quality issues. It's worth noting that most of the plants survived our winter conditions, indicating that the issue lies with the quality of the plants provided. This lack of accountability and failure to fulfill their promises is completely unacceptable. Not only have they failed to uphold their end of the deal, but they have also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and integrity.
Can't speak highly enough of the team at Prestige - Patrick, Kelly, and the rest of the team were highly skilled, very professional, knowledgable on all of our plants and trees, clearly had a passion for their work, and were so friendly throughout the process. After moving into our new house, we hired the team to clean up the yard (which had grown a bit wild over time) and to add a path up the hill in the back so that we could see the city & Mt St Helens. The construction was especially tough because there was no way to use machinery to get the heavy rock and gravel up the back, and both the front and back are quite steep. That said, rain or shine, they got the job done in the contracted time and at the contracted price, and they made it look truly beautiful. They worked efficiently, left it spotless after completion, and honestly, given what we thought was a large scope for a job, they got it done pretty quickly too. Pricing was totally transparent, and the team clearly thought through the entire job before sending the contract through. While they weren't the lowest quote we got, we don't regret it for a second - we got exactly what we paid for and we couldn't be happier with it. The team even checked our sprinkler systems (the house came with several and as new homeowners we had no idea what anything did) and walked us through how they worked / when to run them, etc. While we didn't have them work with the lighting or irrigation (beyond the tutorial on the sprinklers), I believe they offer these services, and seemed very knowledgable on the subject. Next time! Whether you're looking for hardscaping, softscaping, or anything else in your yard, we'd definitely recommend the team at Prestige! Thank you!!
We contracted Prestige to help rescue our landscaping at our newly purchased home. It was a big job and we were impressed by the team’s attention to detail and quality at a relatively fast pace. We had them remove some entrenched bamboo, remove a rogue walnut tree, install a paver patio, new side walkway, and renovate our parking strips from grass to beautiful new pavers and gravel. All-in-all this only took 10 days and the price was well worth it. Patrick was very communicative and patient as we had a few changes of heart leading up to and during the project, but we always felt he had our best interest at heart. Now that the project is done, we couldn’t be more satisfied and have been using our new patio every evening! I highly recommend the Prestige Team. You won’t regret it!
Three years ago, our contractor had to dig a seventeen foot deep hole in our front yard in an effort to locate and decommission a cesspool...that wasn't there. The entire yard was never the same after that. We knew we needed to do something and that we wanted to remove all of the lawn and go with something lower maintenance and more drought tolerant. From the very beginning, the folks at Prestige caught the vision and helped us get there. Not only was their bid SO much more reasonable than the other company, but Braiden asked really great questions when he met with us for the first time, helping us clarify our own thoughts and wishes. They took the time to send us lists of plants that could work and then made the plants we picked into a LOVELY plan. When the time came for install, they were so fast and efficient. The guys on the team were friendly and awesome. They installed a dry river bed, a berm, and LOTS of sweet, drought tolerant plants for us. In the weeks since the install, we have had a few questions about watering and they have been SO quick to respond to our emails. All of our neighbors LOVE the results and so do we. We would highly recommend Prestige to anyone needing landscaping help.
Very Happy with the process from beginning to end of my new front yard landscape which was very extensive and included a large water feature. These guys are absolute professionals. I have never been happier with any work done on my house. You can tell that this is a well-run company, because they do not have a problem getting their workers to show up to get a job done. They know how to work. I hired Patrick and his team to install gravel and pavers and do some planting in my backyard. I am so happy with their work. They arrived on time every morning, were very communicative, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me address some problem areas with water runoff. Great experience with the manager and crew. On time and reviewed with me what work was to be done. One tree trimmed, one moved, stumps ground down and a new tree planted. They were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

The owner is top shelf. He was responsive and professional. I have worked with a lot of contractors on may projects as a home owner. Patrick was one of the first men who did not try and defier to my husband during the project. He had no problem collaborating with a woman and for me that is a true sign of professionalism. We plan to have them work on another project for us at our rental property soon.

I used Prestige 3 years ago for a project and we had such great results we contacted them again this summer to come back. Twice now theyve done such a great job! Our yard, plants and trees always look so well trimmed and pruned, you can tell their employees know what they are doing. I am very pleased with my new walkway. I received three quotes from different landscapers and Prestiges quote was comparable to the others. I appreciated that they actually came to my house to confirm all dimensions and details so there would be no surprises. They were good communicators and the job was done very well. Prestige handled some arbor vitae removal and hedge planting for us. This was a bit of a tricky project, with the arbor vitaes growing through our fence. They did an excellent job advising us on the right plants in advance and were thorough, clean, and quick on the date of work. Any issues about scheduling or plant availability were communicated well during the process. Loved working with Prestige and will be working with them in the future.
I cant say enough about Braiden and the guys at Prestige -- what a PROFESSIONAL, meticulous, and kind team! They transformed our yard with a gorgeous flagstone patio and custom drainage from our basement egresses. The team showed up in the rain and cold, worked tirelessly for long days, and didnt finish the job until it was perfect. These are masterful craftsmen. Such a great experience working with Prestige. One of those rare instances where the guy that quotes the projects and submits the bid actually (1) follows the project through to completion (2) stays on budget (3) proactively communicates when things happen and (4) has a great attitude the whole time. The foreman on the job was top notch - ran a tight ship, while everyone there seemed to actually feel valued and had fun. It was a long 3-week project (front and back irrigation, full plant removal, new sod, all new plantings, flagstone pathways, etc) with loads of planning and moving pieces, and they were total pros. Highly recommend Prestige!

Braiden, who did the estimate, was very accurate with his numbers. Jason, the project manager, was very meticulous in his work and really paid attention to detail. The project took five days, and each day they were here promptly at 7:30. I am so happy with the finished yard.

This was an excellent company to work with. They completed the work one day early, the final invoice was slightly below the quoted amount and they did some additional little touch-ups free of charge. I cant recommend Prestige Landscape & Tree Service enough.
Great service, completely professional, but also realistic and nice! The team went out of their way to make sure I knew what was going on, to give me options, and to check in on progress. They were quiet (as much as you can be with power tools!) and considerate, and I totally recommend them! They did xeriscaping and trimming for me and Im so happy with the results.
We had an amazing experience with Prestige from beginning to end! When we first contacted them for an estimate, they responded promptly and were able to make an appointment with us in a reasonable time. When we laid out what we wanted and Prestige was up to the task and gave great advice on how we could get what we wanted out of the project. They re-purposed some of the yard debris and stones (from a water feature that we wanted to get rid of) into the project. The crew arrived on time every day that they came to work. We were introduced to each of them and they were polite and hard working. Prestige was a very efficient and clear communicator both via email and text messaging throughout the whole process. The job came out EXACTLY as we had hoped. The job was done in the exact number of days quoted at the initial estimate and the cost of the project was less than what we had been thinking prior to contacting Prestige. I would easily use them again for any of their services and look forward to that in the future.

We used Prestige to have bluestone risers installed. Braiden and his crew were excellent! During the estimate process, Braiden talked me through a few different options and provided a thorough and detailed quote. The installation took two days and the crew was courteous and did an awesome job. Braiden stopped by to make sure we were happy with everything, and he was generous enough to provide some helpful insights as we worked on a DIY patio adjacent to the risers. I highly recommend and will plan to reach out to Prestige in the future.

We loved working with Prestige Landscape. Patrick and his crew are so great. They came in and finished a job that another landscaper had started but could not complete. The crew was responsive, on time, and easy to work with. They came back for a few touch up things with the yard, really listened to what we wanted and also offered advice on things we werent sure of. We enjoyed working with Patrick and his crew from the beginning when he came out for our initial consultation, we had a long list of questions and he answered everyone of them with great tips and possible solutions to our problems. We ended having the crew come in and pull all the weeds as well as lay down the mulch. We were so please with the professionalism of the entire crew.
