We were very happy with our patio installation (pavers, sod, retaining wall, fence, and drainage) from beginning to end. Joe, Jesse, and Ricardo (and their crew) were great from quote, to planning, to installation. The care taken and minor adjustments made along the way reflected an effort to produce a a quality product, and it shows in the final result. Given the competitive bed versus other options, we couldnt be happier.

We had a long standing desire to rebuild and re-landscape our back and side yards for several years. Our lot is on a fairly steep slope with different angles to it and no real way to get heavy equipment in to help with the work... We needed to remove several very old and rotted RR timbers, and broken and beat up concrete tiles and do a major renovation of new block retaining walls, proper drainage, rebuild irrigation system, save nice mature plantings, install new stone etc., etc... A real task. And hesitant to do a project, but we finally decided to move ahead. Well, once we contacted Prescision and Joe, our fears quickly subsided... Joe responded very quickly, came out and we worked through what our desires were, some back and forth on developing a plan, pricing etc., and we decided to move forward. As a result, we are extremely happy of how the project went, the workmanship is top notch, came in on budget and right on time (It would have finished sooner, but delayed to due to snow and bad weather for about a week). Our neighbors have complimented on the work and how great it looks and even doing some upgrades to their own places, now that things are getting freshened up... It was a complicated project, nothing for the faint of heart, but Joe, Lorenzo, Jesse and the rest of the crew took it all on and basically hit a grand slam home out of the park. Could not be happier... Buzz in Lake Oswego......

Joe, Jesse and team did a fantastic job regrading our back yard. Joe worked with us to find our budget and get us as much work as we could afford. They also recommended a dirt supplier that was affordable. A+ work and service. Would recommend and will work with in the future if we do more work.

I hired Precision to remove the snow from my roof. They did a great job! They also moved all the snow that came off the roof that fell on the decks and driveway. They were professional and positive. I will be hiring them again in the future.

I have never hired yard service before as I m the type to try and take care of everything on my own. I had these guys do a Full sweep of the front and back of my property as well as removal of 12 large privacy bushes and trimming of my massive evergreen. I came home that evening to a new yard and wanted to cry. I have never seen my yard and home look so good. All the blackberry sprouts were gone and my driveway has never been so clean! They even leveled out all my bark chips in the side yard and edged my grass to make the yard look more aesthetically pleasing. I don t make a lot of money but did the math and them coming 2x a month saves me 8-10 hours a month in yard maintenance. Time I can now spend focusing on things that are important to me. They are able to customize service and adjust to specs. I have pets and don t want chemicals in my yard and they respect that. Thank you for taking a major burden off my shoulders. The neighbors are also very happy with the cleanup.

Precision saved our yard from overgrown weeds and dead bushes. I came home and couldn t believe how beautiful both our front and backyard looked. the amount of attention to detail was amazing. Thank you all so much! I d highly recommend y all to anyone.

PLS did a great job building a rock retaining wall in my front yard. I worked with Joe, and his team (Marty, Ricardo and Leo). They were all very professional and nice to work with. They listened when I wanted made requests for how I wanted it to look. Very happy with the end result, and it turned out much better than I thought! Ill likely work with them again.

Our experience with Precision Landscaping was beyond our expectations. The whole process from initial meetings to completion was very smooth. The crew worked extremely hard to make the project perfect with a goal of customer satisfaction. Joe, Jesse, Ricardo, Leo and Jesus were so diligent and easy to talk to. They solved any issues quickly and to our satisfaction. We anticipate another project with Precision in the spring. We highly recommend this business.

Fast cheap and loud! Antiquated blowers operated at unsafe high decibels and misapplied lawn treatments are sure to make your neighbors annoyed. Their hit and run teams feign ignorance and then race off to the next crime scene. You can do a lot better than Precision assuredly!

Josh and team delivered the project as scheduled. We recently bought the property and the backyard was completely overgrown, Josh and the crew did a great job with a start over type landscape - removed overgrown bamboo, de-weed, install a seating area with crushed granite gravel and mulch the rest. Now we get to enjoy the backyard without seeing the old mess! The only thing we wish we would have gone against the company advice is weed barrier - we were told not to, wish we had it installed because weed started to grow back after the project was done.

Josh and team did our front and backyard almost a year ago (Sept 2020). During the process they were responsive and thoughtful. They listened to our needs and then adjusted when our wants and desires changed, which with any project inevitable do. Josh came to the project with an excitement, passion and energy without a bit of pretentiousness, unlike all of the other bids that were placed for our yard. Our kids have been happily using our back yard for play and skipping from stone to stone. Our grass is still going well despite our neglect. The raised garden beds have been a source of fun and food all summer. In our front yard, we have been sitting and looking at our flowers Josh chose. I won t lie, we were skeptical at first but with watering only twice a week, they have really taken off. They have bloomed and attracted bees for the entire summer and the record breaking heat has not phased them. This morning, my spouse turned to me and said she thinks that Josh is a garden genius. I agree. Most of all the front yard has, hands down, the most beautiful flowers and garden on our street. Take that neighbors!

They cleared my backyard of blackberries and ivy a few years ago and I cant wait to hire them again!

Please remove your comment on my review saying my review is inaccurate. Our property management company hired you for our building on Lovejoy. You don t have me personally on file because I did not hire directly but your staff was rude and swore at me when they were making me late for work by being parked blocking the driveway that was not authorized for their use. Extremely rude lead landscaper, the second seemed embarrassed by his colleagues lack of concern. Professionalism should extend to more than just the folks footing the bill directly. I reported this to our property manager as well and I m sure they too have contacted you about the issue. To pretend it didn t happen and not even apologize or work to correct the issue is absurd.

They did a great job for us. Everything was on time and schedule. We will have them back next year.

I had a great experience with Precision Landscaping. I recently got my back yard overhauled and couldnt be happier with the results. The crew was punctual, kind, and hardworking. I appreciated how considerate the crew was of my yard at the end of each work day. I look forward to working with the team again.

Reynaldo and his team are FANTASTIC!!! Our front and back yard were overgrown and in desperate need of some major over-haul and maintenance. They went above and beyond with complete clean up, pruning and weeding. We cannot wait for them to come back and brainstorm different design ideas! We will be using them from here on out for all our landscaping needs!

Josh and his crew are simply awesome! I work in financing large scale construction projects for a living and I know the ins and outs of setting a budget, labor costs, etc. They had a fair price and their work is incredible! I re-landscaped my entire front yard and the final project is stunning. Precision Landscape does a wonderful job and they truly made my vision a reality. I would encourage anyone to work with them on their outdoor landscaping projects.

I would definitely recommend Precision Landscape. I spoke with three different landscape companies that had been recommended to me. In the end, I went with Precision Landscape because of their fair pricing and Josh. I was impressed with his expertise (which showed in his initial bid for the project) and ability to communicate clearly. I hired them to completely level and rework my back yard. This was a BIG project that had many components. It was a five week process which went very smoothly. I appreciated working, in particular, with Josh. His expertise helped me complete plant choices on the landscape design and resolve project decisions quickly and smoothly. He is an excellent communicator and was on the property daily. With this size of project, I was grateful for his calm, professional demeanor. Additionally, his team was great to work with. They all got along really well with each other and worked hard every day.

Precision did two residential projects for us; a rear patio and a front entrance stairway/landing. Both jobs came out looking great. They are correctly engineered and the price was as predicted. I highly recommend this firm to those considering landscaping or building projects. They have lots of experience and they do quality work.

We had their services for a long time. It was nice for the basic maintenance for a long time, and they kept our yard looking nice, and did timely pruning and things like that. if youre going to be doing any changes to your yard, thats where they start to lose it a bit. My husband for the last 3 years has been doing work in addition to what we had Troys guys doing, and each time hes planted grass theyve trampled on it, and/or run the tire of their lawnmower through it. We even had it taped off with orange tape most of those times. In the spring I tried to plan a bunch of flowers along my walk, and once they started growing, they were met with a weed eater and a lawnmower tire also. So, if you dont want to touch your yard, but you want it to look nice, they are great. Weve gotten compliments for years under their service that we have the nicest yard on the block. Its just if you want to be doing anything to your yard, they dont take the time to ask you what you might be doing before they march along doing their thing. Oh, I always tried to keep the kids toys cleaned up in the backyard, but sometimes would forget, and they always moved everything out of the way.

This experience started over a year ago. But, just as we were about to move forward, a financial issue arose. Fast forward a year and I reached out to Josh to hopefully begin again. He still had the plans from before and came back out to go over things for phase one of our plan to make our yard look beautiful. He and his team arrived on the day we set and they went to work. He gave me a quick tour and explained how everything would go down. His team was so polite and worked like champs. Not only did they do everything as planned, but went above and beyond which included cleaning up a space that was not actually part of the job. Sure, it was a small strip, but that was a welcome and unexpected treat. The yard looks amazing and Josh went over everything with me on how to care for the various plants. When the job was done, his team cleaned the area and even the street in front and made this experience amazing. Not only that, his price destroyed the competition. I cant wait for phase two and three. I will be returning to Josh and his people anytime I have something I need handled in my yard. ***UPDATE*** I had them return to do the backyard. What a wonderful and professional crew. Josh is fantastic to work with and his crew is exceptional and VERY professional.

I never do this, but, I cant help myself! I asked for a bid for my lawn from Precision Landscape in SE Portland. First, the company took a while to respond, then came out and told me I probably wouldnt like what he had to say, but suggested that there was many companies out there that would want my business. I think they ASSUMED, I did not have money. They said they had customers who were paying 10, 15, 40 thousand dollars and up and that I should probably look for another company because I could find many who could help me. I was shocked! I was actually willing to spend a few dollars, but wasnt going to say that up front. I was waiting on the bid. Amazing! .... Not sure if it was race, gender, or just didnt think I lived in a great neighborhood.... Looking for full service lawn care if you know anyone good!

Thanks to Josh and his team, our small backyard has been transformed in to a beautiful sanctuary. Our front yard is also vastly improved. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Josh because he has a strong design sense, and is also a plant expert. He knows every plant and flower and can tell you whether it will thrive in your garden or not. Hes also just a cool guy and fun to talk to. Hector and Marcos installed our gorgeous bluestone patio, and worked with us to make it to our exact specification. They worked hard, and kept a good attitude and smiles throughout the process. Precision landscaping really lives up to their name. Our patio and plantings were installed with precision. We also had them build us a planter box, which matches our fence. They arrived on-time and finished the job as quoted. When we had various concerns along the way, Josh was there to talk us through everything. It was nice to have it be a collaborative process. We ended up adding some things, and felt his pricing was fair. We highly recommend working with Precision for your next landscaping project. Im sure well be working with them again in the future!

Our landscaping was 20 years old and even though we trimmed and nurtured it annually it became tired and out of proportion. Josh assessed the project, gave some general suggestions and an approximate price and date that the work could be done. We were away during the reconstruction and upon returning were most pleasantly surprised. We could not be happier with both the result and cost. They are a first class operation.

Called with a question about possible rodent problem, the front desk lady was very unhelpful. Said no one is here to help you and didnt even take my name and number for a call back when one of the service techs got back in the office. Could of been possible work for them. Will not recommend them.

In October of 2011, we had Precision Landscape do our entire front yard and install irrigation and lawn in the rest of our yard. We love the result and they were great to work with. We chose Precision Landscape after getting bids from 3 other landscapers. Josh had more creative ideas and was more responsive to our desires and budget. When other landscapers walked through the property and pointed and talked, Josh showed us pictures so we could really see what he was planning. This really impressed us. Where other landscapers said we could not have a lawn in the shade of our maple, Josh had a low water, shade tolerant grass variety that he was using in his own yard. Another thing Josh did was figure out how to get us what we wanted with what we could afford. During the job, the Precision landscape crew were friendly and respectful. They always took their shoes off when coming into the house to use the restroom. Every day they cleaned up and kept the sidewalks clean. They explained to me what they were doing when I asked. I was impressed with how fast they completed the job. I also appreciate that even through he was sticking to our budget, Josh installed an quality irrigation system. It has an easy to use controller. He even put in the valve and pipes for a drip zone for future plantings in the back yard. 8 months later our yard is looking great. I can see the plants growing and filling in. The lawn is doing well in the shade and the sun. We get nice comments about it all the time. Our yard has gone from the worst on the block to the best. Having the drip system keeps it that way. Its perfect as Ive killed so many plants due to neglect. We feel like green thumbs. I highly recommend using Precision Landscape.
