ALC always sends me a text 'heads-up' before snow removal, which allows for me to let the tenants in the buildings I manage know that they need to move their cars. The driveways are always cleared well, and with the additional salt and sand service, slip-free. Channing (ALC's owner) is constantly updating both myself and the building owner about upcoming services to the property in detailed emails, and rapidly returns phone calls.
