Unprofessional. Poor customer service. Although they tell you there's $0 charge for weeks when no service is needed due to slow growth, they still mow so they can charge you for it. In fact, although our grass was brown due to property issues, they still mowed it and charged us for the visit. They're immature; they don't like being questioned on their practices and prefer dealing with customers that just bend over and take it. They are unresponsive to emails. They are messy getting grass clippings literally on everything. They're cheap, that's about all I can say. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

They do a great job with Mowing, edging, trimming the bushes, and plowing the drive in the winter. Professional and leave the place looking GREAT!!
