SKIM & TRIM LLC in Port St. Lucie

So I hired skim and trim this July for $265 a month. I paid them in cash. Schedule for Wednesdays. They showed up Thursday. The following week they showed up Friday. August I paid them cash $275. Missing the first two weeks of August, saying they had tractor problems. Now itSeptember they were sick. They came twice at the end. October came and told me they would only come every other week for the winter season. I voiced my opinion with no response. They showed up only twice in the november. Once to do the pool once to do the lawn. Now December I paid them in cash $265 when they came to collect only mowing half of my yard Ive never seen them again I text and called seven times Danielle text saying well rectify the situation this Wednesday. That was a month and a half ago! My pool is now green and bubbly my lawn is out of control.

I had no idea this 2 in 1 business even existed but ...WOW! I am so glad I found them. From day 1 when I left a voicemail, Danielle responded promptly. My yard has never looked better, I dont have to clean up after them and there are no lumps of grass left over. My pool is crystal clear, they came with their own equipment and they tended to it like it was their own. Hands down, no questions...highly recommend skim and trim. Awesome people!

This company completely stopped service on my yard and six neighbors with no communication warning or refunds for services not rendered. I would highly discourage anyone working with people that are this dishonest and unreliable. Do not listen to the lies they will tell you about refunds sorry to say.

These people are a JOKE! We hired them to service our jacuzzi that we had just purchased they serviced it for 7 months once a week.They were good at first very nice couple. They came out and put wrong chemicals in and rusted the top cover and chemically ruined the knobbs, jets and the cassing that holds the filters in the jacuzzi. Danielle apologized for it and told me they put other chemicals in they had ran out of granules and used LIQUID CHLORINE I didnt know it would do this Im so so sorry. We will take care of this. The ONLY thing she ordered was 2 head covers after a month. Danielle told me please give us sometime and will go ahead and get the rest of it. After 2 months waiting patiently my husband spoke to Josh and he told us will just call our insurance company. So its 3 weeks later waiting no calls from them and then I started calling NO answer for 2-3 days and then I get a text 2 days later stop harassing me. At this point Im like in shock. How are we harassing when theres no communication? So at the end of the day they never took care of what they did. So this sounds to me they Didnt have any INSURANCE. We did our investigation and oh my goodness they have judgements and liens on both of them. So this is a lesson for us. ALWAYS MAKE SURE WHOMEVER IS WORKING ON YOUR PROPERTY THAT THEY ARE INSURED.

I love Danielle and Josh. They do such an amazing job and they love what they do. They are truly blessings

UPDATE: it s unfortunate that I have to come back on and write a negative review but I no longer can recommend this service. Skim and Trim have been unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive during times when we need them or have questions. Our lawn and pool service was rarely consistent, with maybe one month of always on service this year. Overall, I am very disappointed and will no longer be working with them for my lawn and pool service.

I couldnt be more pleased with Josh and Danielle. They have gone above and beyond to meticulously manicure our lawn and make our pool a true paradise. They are not only personable but extremely professional. Always a pleasure to do business with. They truly love what they do and it shows through their attention to detail and commitment to their customers. 5 star rating all the way !!
