I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I purchased numerous palms and they planted them expertly. The prices were extremely fair and the selection was the best I found in the area. I was extremely pleased when after Hurricane Milton came through and blew a couple of them over and Seacoast Lawn Tropical Services came out a few days later and reset them. I highly recommend Seacoast Lawn Tropical Services & Nursery and if I have any future landscaping needs that they can provide, they will be my go-to.
Very unhelpful when calling to ask a question about Palms. Made it seem like they didn’t need my business and I was bothering them by calling
Spent 2980.00$ and the grass is dead. What did take is filled with weeds. Specifically bought floratam grass as we have had it for years and knew how to take care of it. When speaking with this company they blamed us as we didn't water it enough. We have a full sprinkler system and watered it as we knew to do. Very unprofessional, condescending & rude people to deal with & I would suggest to go with Palm City Sod. As we have many acquaintances that own homes in Port St Lucie we will be warning them not to use this company. Family owned business???? Not a very good family.
I couldn't be happier with the service provided by seacoast nursery. Alecia in the office was very helpful and patient with us when we picked out our trees and the gentleman who installed them went above and beyond expectations! Not to mention, the prices were very reasonable and we had our 3 large palms planted in less than 24 hours after we picked them out. Couldn't recommend this company more!
I have purchased from Seacoast a few times now, and I am very happy with the service, the selection, the pricing, and the products. My palms are growing great, and they look amazing! Alicia is wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. I am so glad I found this nursery.
Called for a pallet of grass. Said they would call back in couple hrs. 3 days later they called. When I purchased the pallet I knew something was up when I asked for a different delivery date because the pallet they delivered was completely dead. And they charged for a delivery which was suppose to be free for delay in delivery. Thee entire pallet was brown and completely dried out, that’s why I couldn’t get a later delivery. I was delivered a pile of dirt!
Already purchased (2) Christmas palms and (2) bottle palms. All delivered and installed in a timely manner. Will return for more. Recommend Highly! !
Ordered two Christmas Palms, 8-10 feet set of three...they were amazing! Called on a Thursday, talked to a very helpful and cheerful female, and were delivered and installed the next day! Can’t beat the price or service!! Amazing experience that will make me want to be a return customer. Can’t thank you enough.

Ordered a pallet of sod Monday was told could not deliver until Saturday. Called on Thursday was told sorry not until next Tuesday. Called on Tuesday for delivery time and was told maybe next week. Wasted two weeks with a muddy yard.
Called this company to get pricing. The girl who answers your phone clearly hates her job. Terrible attitude, everything seems to be an inconvenience to her. Worst costumer service. It s sad that s who you have representing your company. I m taking my business elsewhere

Staff does not communicate with each other. I was trying to stop lawn service for many months. We spoke to jonathan twice. while he was pleasant & took our NY address, the service continued & we never got a bill up here. Alicia finally called us back & ended up hanging up on my husband.my husband is going through cancer treatment & we dont this added stress. I wish to resolve our account but nobody called back yet.
Just called this morning at 8:30am for sod, had to leave a message. No one answered. Finally got a call back at 9:30. oh we just sold the last pallet to someone 20 mins. ago. We just bought 5-pallets from you last week! Thanks for the call back and the prompt answer! BTW your Google hours do not match the hours on your site!

Woman who ran the front office was very cool,She sold me 26 pieces of sod for great price, and Ill definitely be back.Closes place I could find for sod in psl.
I was greeted by a super caring young lady , Alisha. That was only the beginning! The young man johnathan was quite charismatic as well. They had very deep insight on each plant and tree in the nursery and helped me step by step. They also do my landscaping and lawn service monthly and have great pricing and great work ethic.
Great prices and friendly staff. The pots they just started selling are unique and affordable.
Dont bother calling. Apparently they have enough work, since nobody returns a phone call. WAS a repeat customer, but Ill have to call someone else.

I recently hired the guys from Seacoast Tropical Palm to transform my front landscape. I wanted a more drought resistant landscaping and also to add curb appeal to our home. I cannot say enough good things about the job they did for us. It was fast and their experience really shows. The results were great! I love walking from my car to my front door so much more now.
