Always awesome service

Within a week to two weeks after they sprayed all 143 yards in our communitywe had a large portion of our communities shrubs and bushes die off. At this time Hannan has taken zero responsibility, even though it is very obvious that something they did they caused this. The only common denominator in this entire situation is Hannans spraying of chemicals on all of the plants that were destroyed. At this point they have done nothing to rectify this problem. As a matter of fact, the only thing they have done is make excuses and pass blame even though there isnt an ounce of proof to what they are saying. BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from this company.

Over sprayed our newly planted flowers when servicing our lawn and blamed it on our ph level in soil, we have used them for a few years and they are not acting in good faith on making a mistake, only flowers near grass were damaged,10, the rest of garden away from grass is fine, we will not use them anymore for our lawn service and will recommend that our friends don t also

Do not inform customers exactly what they are they sprayed and why. Are not customer friendly. Representative who came out was rude and doesnt know how to listen or speak politely.

Overall, I m very satisfied with this company! They are reliable and services are punctual. The only reason I m giving four out of five stars has to do with treating spiders, in the treatment package we purchased it seems some spiders are included and others are not so there is an extra charge for the full treatment.

Since moving to Florida in 2009, I have had 3 different Pest Control and Lawn Service companys take care of my home. By far the best has been Hannan Environmental. Always very professional, the service technician always calls or sends a text message letting me know a day in advance that they will be on my property. Anytime I have had any extra needs or concerns about my lawn or pests, they send someone the same day or the very next day to address that issue. The email communication has been on point, I dont have to call with concerns, I can just email, and they respond right away.

Had a miserable experience with a dead rat in the attic smell that chased my kids & I into a hotel for 2 nights. After having many companies come out, and thousands of dollars in estimates later, Jamie came to our rescue. He was so kind to come over on a Saturday afternoon, go over possible rat entry points with me, and lend me his ozone machine to help with the smell. Thankfully, it helped so much, and we were able to come back home Sunday night. In talking with Jamie, his kindness and professionalism is unmatched. Stopped providing service after 8 month without any notice. Made several attempts to find out why was told by the receptionist she did not know but prices have increased and Mr. Hannan would call me to discuss. Hannan is absolutely phenominal! We recently baught a home and we had got an offer from another company to get the house sprayed free so we decided to try them out to save money as any home owner would even though we always used hannan in the passed, however they came out multiple times for ants and nothing happened so I called my go to company Hannan and had JR come out and he was very professional, friendly, and therough with his work. I have not seen an ant since he came! I highly recommend this company for all pest services.

Weve been using Hannan for 5 months for pests in our home and also ants in the yard. We have just under an acre of open grass being treated. I was recently playing with my little ones in the lot and didnt find ANY ant hills! I was amazed! Even after all of the recent rain. We also havent seen any ants or roaches inside the house either. Living in Vero Beach Florida in the community of Vero Largo our landscaping service is included in our association fee . When I first noticed one of my Foxtail palm trees not looking good the association service specialist treated it. unfortunately several weeks later the condition worsen. I contacted several other tree specialist that offered their treatments opinions with no guarantees. Fortunately our association service Yellow Stone associated with Hannan Environment Service sent out Adam one of their technician specialists. Unlike other technicians Adam took a considerable amount of time studying the dying condition, reporting the evidences by phone back to to his company. It was decided Adam s diagnosis from the beginning was agreed to that a termite treatment should be done. David is AMAZING! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with his services.

David has been servicing our lawn for a few months now and we couldnt be happier. He is very professional, punctual, and communicates when he comes and goes. I also love that he remembers I have dogs and always reminds me when they are allowed on the lawn after treatment and to lock the gate.

Our yard has been trouble since we moved in. Weve replaced the entire yard and replaced pieces several times over the years. Weve tried Scotts Bonus S and several fertilize companies, but finally found one with IMPRESSIVE results! After a month and a half and only one treatment our grass is so thick and green. Im so happy to finally have healthy green grass! I have to give Hannan Environmental major credit for this! Great company and great group of guys!
