They are theists, I signed up for one year ant control (only gave them permission for that one time change) and during that time they had to keep coming out since they couldn't kill the same fire ant pile, So then out of know where I see that they decide to charge my card again THIS IS CALL STEELING! And if it happened to them they would prosecute.
Useless! After one year, I have more weeds than before, and overall, the grass looks worse. They even killed a section off my lawn by using the wrong productor too much for my grass type. Incompetent ripoff! Do it yourself and save your money. UPDATE Their reply to my review was to contact them. Again, I did so. They came out and said the treatment would kill the weeds. The technician was not sure what to use and obviously did it wtong as, 3cweeks later, the weeds are still going strong. Trugreen sucks!
LISTEN TO THIS ONE “Tru green burned my front yard with their chemicals and they continue to ignore my emails to get it fixed. They refunded me my money and cancelled my contract” Fun fact ; Couple files lawsuit against TruGreen after receiving racist texts from employee, ( FUTURE CUSTOMERS ) IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD ,JAMIE ONE OF THE MANAGERS HERE IS QUITE UNPROFESSIONAL, WATCHED HIM YELL AT 2 WORKERS WHILE EVERYONE THAT WAS COMING FROM THERE SHIFT WERE IN THE HALLWAY LISTENING , THEY GIVE YOU 16-35 stops a day and then get mad if you don’t complete them , trucks are always having issues here they don’t keep up with maintenance , it’s a circus show here, “ excuse me if I curse a lot “ is what he said during my training , a bunch of clueless customers buying products that they don’t need and Trugreen will still sell it and make up something for example ;you need to wait a few weeks for it to start working . Then try to sell you another product for the damage they caused , there is a reason Trugreen customers quit their service . Most of the time the technicians will take 5 minutes on a 20 minutes house and 20 minutes on 50 minute house , WORKERS ARE OVERLOADED WITH WORK AND ARE JUST TRYING TO GO HOME SO THE JOB IS BEING HALF FASTED, THERES SO MANY REASONS WHY MANY PEOPLE SUE THIS COMPANY
Signed up for a year, however it was for only 9 months. I have More weeds and my yard is now a completed Disaster. I had to put sod down to replace all the weeded areas. Service was Poor! and the final straw they renewed my service without telling me my contract expired! oh, in January I saw the service person do my yard, he never did the back of my condo and missed most of my yard. Terrible SERVICE! don't waste your money.
Easily some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Take a pass if you are seriously considering doing business with this company. I hired this company in the third quarter of 2022 to help me with my lawn, which was struggling with color and health. They came out to do treatments for several months, and while I will say that some weeds were taken care of, the grass was still just as yellow and spotty as it was when they first came out. I have cameras all around my house, and I would watch as the treatment technician would skip one side of my house and not put any treatment down. I addressed this with them, and they swore up and down that they did. They did not know that I had a 360 view of the exterior of my house. On top of that, when I called to cancel on Jan 3, 2023, because I did not feel like they were doing anything, I was told I would receive a refund per the contract. One month later, I got a phone call saying that my next technician appointment had been scheduled. I called in to address the issue, and they told me that the customer service rep I called a month ago to cancel instead wrote in my notes that if one of my services were credited, I would stay a customer. That is not the conversation I had with them; the first customer service rep clearly lied on the company documents. Do yourself a huge favor and forget this company. Go somewhere else - literally anywhere else.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. This place is a LIE and a CHEAT. They say they ve come and done a service meanwhile I m home the whole time and no service has been completed. And they tried to charge me for a service that I never received. Save your time and money and find somewhere else!
Been coming here for years absolutely love everything from the crabs to the catfish to the ribs to the service. Very rustic happy place.

We have been using TruGreen for 2 years now for our lawn, tree and shrub service. They are doing a great job and are always a pleasure to talk to.
By far the WORST lawn service. Our mistake we prepaid for a years service. They have burned out a whole section of yard and small areas over the rest. Also killed some of shrubs. Called numerous times and was told they would come out for a free service. That s funny because we prepaid for a year. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone!
To respond to the owner s response of resolving my situation no, you did not! Per your ohio dispatch rep, a technician reportedly serviced the lawn on september 8th i eas home nobody from trugreen serviced my property .but it gets better on september 9th i received an email at 9:39 am that a tech serviced my lawn again, nope, i was home nobody from tru green set foot in my lawn, but you billed me 115.00 and change! As i told the ohio rep, who said she was reporting the st.lucie office to senior managers and corporate, i cancelled my service. I am disputing the charge with my bank and prepared to take you to court for the poir level of, for the most part, non-existent service. OWNER: Do yourself a favor and don t waste your time responding to me about resolving problems that s total BS! FYI, i have also informed my bank to block future drafts and per an email re service scheduled for 14 september, i will be at home and advise the technician to leave my property or i will consider him tresspassing. What a horrible decision and experience! Aside from no response from the Port St. Lucie office, obviously true greens corporate office does not care about the lack of service and responsiveness to greens Port St. Lucie office is providing its customers. When not only myself but other residents in Port St. Lucie capture technicians on video camera barely treating the yards And/or not even even getting out of their vehicles to treat their yards with the exception of putting invoices on their doors or billing them electronically . there s obviously an issue with the way the office is being run/managed. Additionally, it s sad when you have to go to a home-improvement store to buy your own weed control to get rid of weeds when you were paying Trugreen over $1700 a year for just this purpose. Also, not promptly responding after numerous phone calls, even at the corporate level, to come and take care of the weeds only to Tie in pretreatment with scheduled services, is totally unacceptable and there s no way reflective of true greens written guarantee. Aside from the poor reviews for true greens Port St. Lucie office currently posted on Google, It should ve also been a clue not to hire the company based on not seeing any of their service trucks in my neighborhood. Lesson learned on my part! I ve been promised rebates that never happened and still battle weeds Via my own treatment And expense. For the one time the Port Saint Lucie office manager did respond, playing a bleeding heart to a customer about not Being able to find quality help and being short staffed is not mine or any other customers problem. I will not recommend Trugreen to anyone in my neighborhood or elsewhere. If Trugreen s corporate office really cares about their image and reputation via its franchises, which is being smeared beyond repair here in port saint lucie, it is my suggestion that corporate needs to take a hard look at what is going on With the poor management, quality control And oversight of the Trugreen technicians that are not servicing peoples lawns but proceeding to bill them. It s all posted online. Image is everything.
