I contacted P&P Irrigation for some parts upgrades (zone valves and system time clock) on an older residential sprinkler system. While waiting for my appointment my sprinkler system lost prime and stopped working with no warning. Just days before we had about half of the yard re-sodded in a landscape project so it was imperative to maintain daily water on the new sod. I contacted Brittany (P&P Irrigation) and updated her on my urgent situation. She responded the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem which happened to be a break in the suction line. Brittany returned the next day after obtaining the parts and repaired the suction leak by completely re-plumbing a section of the suction line. She also replaced the check valve, 2 zone valves and the system time clock. Her quick response to my situation saved my 5 pallets of newly spread sod! I would highly recommend P&P irrigation for any type of sprinkler system work.

I’ve been having issues with my sprinklers for many months now, I had three other companies come out to look at them and none of them were able to diagnose and correctly fix the issue. Brittany from P&P came out and within an hour had the problem diagnosed and fixed! We were able to test it and they are working like new. This company is top notch and very fairly priced. I recommend this company to all my family and friends! I was in a major dilemma with my sprinklers, bad solenoid and they were running for 8 hours with me not know what to do. After calling, Brittney was at my house within the hour. She was extremely knowledable and patient. She found the problem and fixed it within 15 min. Scheduled for a 10am-12pm for whole yard sprinkler repair quote. Drove 1 hour from my current residence to be there early. No call. No show. Makes a bad impression when you want to support small local businesses.
Tried this company for its ratings. Left a voicemail needing a call back regarding a broken sprinkler head, no call back despite being days ago. At least call and let us know there s nothing available for a while? We got another company coming now to investigate our issue.
Needed a few sprinkler lines repaired. They showed up on time. Fixed the problem very fast. Explained how to use my system to me, as it was a new to me, HydroTek 2000. Was very happy and will call them again for issues I cant readily fix on my own.
We have used P & P Irrigation and Landscaping for the past three years. They have performed both major and minor irrigation repairs for us. Each time they have been very prompt, responsive and professional to deal with. We plan to continue to use P & P for any irrigation services we may need.

Update. After using P&P irrigation I took them on for our lawn service.. Janson never returned to fix the rest of our irrigation and sent out one of his partners to fix pipe on well and it took the young man 2 hours and they charged us 178.00 when Jason quoted us $78.00. The problem is the tech wouldnt allow enough dry time before turning irrigation back on. We moved on to another company. I really liked their service at the beginning but everything begin to change over time.
Ok so I have dealt with a lot of people that provide services on your home and Jason Is absolutely the best I ve ever dealt with. He actually cares about his customers and it shows!! If I could give a 10 star review I would. Best irrigation/landscaping company out there period.
I am happy to recommend P&P Irrigation and Landscaping Service of Port Orange. Both Jason & Brittany are delightful people who do prompt and quality work at a reasonable price. Jason repaired a difficult to find leak in one of my rental homes after two other companies failed to fix it correctly. They saved me about $150 per month in water charges. He also repaired my home sprinkler system which coincidentally, also needed a serious leak repair. He inspected the everything and made adjustments to the sprinklers to give me great coverage. Also, Brittany will promptly return your telephone call. These folks are a fine local family, honest and friendly. I highly recommend them. Chuck Moore
Wow! Jason and Britany are a great team! Not just because of their professionalism, responsiveness, quality and value, but because they are good people that care about their clients. Before coming out, I had never met either of them but they treated me like a friend form the get go. In a world where we are often too busy to stop and get to know people, Jason and Britany took the time to stop and chat. You wont find that in a big chain company. They replaced several drive motors, and sprinkler heads, relocated several heads that were on the outside of our new fence, repaired a significant stretch of drip line and reset our system to run optimally. They have earned my business for the long term and I highly recommend that if you are looking for someone to get it done fast, and get it done right, you give P&P a call. P and P Irrigation came out to look at my broken sprinklers first. I was then told by Jason that he would come back that afternoon to fix and if not tomorrow. Told him sure no problem. Jason then called and said he was on his way with same day service...cant beat that. Took the time to check and adjust each sprinkler head. Dug out and repaired and replaced the broken ones. He then set my timer as well. Very reasonable price, quick work, great communication, nice guy. Hands down recommend. I will keep info for future use.
