After calling countless contractors to get someone to remove a mounted gas grill and lamps from our yard, John was recommended to us. He was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. Midland Thomas did what they said they would do. I had a 10 yard dumpster delivered to my home. They dropped it off on time and placed it where I wanted it. When I was done with it, they had it off my property the same day I notified them. If I need another dumpster, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience with Midland Thomas. I had a rental house that was left in an ugly, dirty, smelly mess when my tenant moved out. I called Midland Thomas for an estimate on the job and John met me within 30 minutes to walk through the house. He was fair and told me right up front that a job like mine would cost a bit more due to the overwhelming smell (which was totally understandable), however, the price for the work was still very fair considering how nasty of a job I was handing them. Johns team came through and removed six rooms worth of destroyed carpet, three rooms worth of destroyed laminate flooring, furniture left by the tenant, a giant, stinky brush pile left in the garage as well as some other trash left outside of the house that normal garbage collectors would not take. And the team did the entire job in one day! I was very pleased with how easy it was to contact and communicate with John and how thorough of a job his team did on my tough task. They did everything they said they would do (and a bit more)! Highly recommend to anybody with a challenging junk removal problem!
