Excellent! They were able to pick up the same day. The gentlemen were quick and courteous. I would absolutely call them again! Highly recommend.
I've contacted them on 3 different occasions and got told they would come between the hours of 3-4pm. This was Saturday. Rescheduled for Sunday and still a no show or answer. Called again and scheduled for today (Monday) and no show. Made 3 different appointments to get items removed and no shows. No text messages or phone calls about them running behind, can we reschedule, etc.. Not trying with them anymore.
We had an urgent call to remove items from the yard of a new homeowner. I'm very grateful to find Rafael! He and his team were able to accommodate us the next morning, despite the rain. They worked quickly & diligently, leaving the area clean and ready for the new owner. Rafael is pleasant, communicative & great to work with.. saving me a ton of stress! Highly recommend for all of his services.

5 Star Junk Removal definitely earned its name! Rafael was not only the lowest price I received out of 5 quotes, but also the fastest response and did a fantastic job. He was incredibly responsive and the crew cleaned out a whole trailers worth in under 30 minutes. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and polite, and were in and out very quickly. I would recommend this company 100% and will use them any time I need junk removal or lawn services.
Rafael and his team did great! I needed a very last minute job done and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule. They also Gave be the best price compared to the other 6 i contacted. They are very quick and very nice people! Took exactly what i needed gone and did a qalk thru with me to make sure if they missed anything or needed anything else! I highly recommend them if you need junk hauled away!

We have been preparing my sisters house to sell. After attempting to sort through 20 years of treasures we were left with mountains of clothing, craft stuff, precious junk (lol), trash & various furniture....We called 5 Star Hauling on a Friday & they were able to schedule us on Monday morning....Rafael & his team cleared out the entire 3 bedroom house & removed everything including many furniture pieces & beds....their rates were fair & lower then one other hauler we called....they were prompt, very nice, efficient & professional....we highly recommend 5 STAR HAULING & RAFAEL & HIS TEAM!!!
I texted them in the am and they were there same day in the afternoon. Great service! The job ended up being bigger than I expected and they took care of it, no problem. Fair price and very quick. I had a very difficult move out of the area, and they were wonderful, even though I wasn t able to be there. 5 Star gave us a quick quote and was very accommodating to our schedule. We needed our yard cleaned of old growth and fresh bark laid out. Once the old growth was removed we noted some changes that needed to be made. 5 Star, again, accommodated our needs and did a superb job of doing what we asked. Profesional and In touch with us at all times, they ensured we were satisfied before leaving the job. We will use them again.
